@broken tiger I'd suggest removing The microphone and Screenshare/monotone, I do not think they are working. or rather they don't do their work.
Screenshare settings does work but your usage of CPU and Memory skyrockets. I wouldn't recommend keeping it, fake deafen is nice. I got it as well.

Client modifications are against Discord's Terms of Service.

However, Discord is pretty indifferent about them and there are no known cases of users getting banned for using client mods! So you should generally be fine as long as you don't use any plugins that implement abusive behaviour. But no worries, all inbuilt plugins are safe to use!

Regardless, if your account is very important to you and it getting disabled would be a disaster for you, you should probably not use any client mods (not exclusive to Vencord), just to be safe

Additionally, make sure not to post screenshots with Vencord in a server where you might get banned for it

Hello, I hate to bother if this is a known issue or something, but I'm having trouble configuring anything in Vencord. Whether it be plugins, or vencord settings, any time I make changes to what is enabled/disabled, then reset, it reverts to what it was at before. I've tried updating the installer and Discord, deleting config files, and switching to canary, all of which have done nothing to solve the issue. I've looked on GitHub and this channel for any topic related to my problem but haven't found anything. If anyone is willing to help, I can provide more information if asked. Thanks in advance

Hello I need some help. I started using vesktop for about a week and it was working fine up until two days ago where I couldn't upload files anymore, everything else seems to work without major issue. I've been on a quest to transitioning to daily driving linux because windows pissed me off so I'm not yet that proficient at figuring stuff out. I am using Arch and I got vesktop from the AUR. I've tried re-installing vesktop entirely but the problem persists.

Nobara is based on Fedora and made by GloriousEggroll who is pretty big in the Linux community

I used that and I recommend it if you have an Nvidia GPU or wanna game on Linux easily

The most likely cause is that your install is outdated. Check if there's any updates. You can either do so using our inbuilt updater, or if you cannot get there due to crashes or similar, use the "Update Vencord" in the Installer.

If you're all up to date, try reinstalling with the installer anyway!
