Theoretically, if i downloaded a bunch of plugins and a theme that doesnt really support them, and now cant get back to the settings to fix it

How would i fix it

then open settings.json

in a text editor

is it an online theme or local theme?

Sorry I am very new to this and might be stupid but whenever I enable the SuperReactTweaks plugin it makes this pop-up happen everytime and I have to close it and if I click the super react button it brings the pop-up back again. I tried probably a bit too much troubleshooting with completely uninstalling my Discord and Vencord (deleting cache and all) and still can't seem to get it to work properly.

So is there any specific plugins for Vencord that are more/less safe than others? Never messed with plugins before and only got about 6 on, but I don't want to run into API call issues or anything like that.

fakenitro screenshare quality could be detected by discord if they wanted to

but also vencord itself could be detected by discord if they wanted to

although i guess that would be a clientside check and they can check if youre using hq screensharing without nitro on the server

but ive used it and im fine

if youre paranoid just dont use the hq screensharing on fakenitro if you dont have nitro i guess

Will I get banned for using Vencord? Will plugin X get me banned?

Client modifications are against Discord's Terms of Service.

However, Discord is pretty indifferent about them and there are no known cases of users getting banned for using client mods! So you should generally be fine as long as you don't use any plugins that implement abusive behaviour. But no worries, all inbuilt plugins are safe to use!

Regardless, if your account is very important to you and it getting disabled would be a disaster for you, you should probably not use any client mods (not exclusive to Vencord), just to be safe

Additionally, make sure not to post screenshots with Vencord in a server where you might get banned for it

That's good to know, only plugins I really got are Decor, BetterFolders and PinDMs, besides the ones enabled by default like crashhandler, I DO have EmojiCloner which I don't think should cause issues but that's about it

HQ screenshare's a thing I'm assuming even without FakeNitro since I used it yesterday without having the plugin enabled. but that's the only thing I can think of offhand

When I check it it lets me stream up to 1440p with 60fps even without the plugin enabled, which I can tell since the fake emoji thing doesn't work without it on, so that seems to just be part of Vencord from what I can tell. My internet's kinda dodgy enough that I probably wouldn't stream that high anyway lol
