if you open the settings folder and open the settings file at the bottom theres an option for transparency, if you set it to true it might work.

After downloading/building for MacOS you have to make an exception to allow it to run:

Open Terminal.app (press Cmd + Space and enter Terminal).

Ok so... 2 days in already saw a huge issue while using Vencord

VCs are unusable

On mobile and on web i can acess voice calls just fine, but on the desktop version (since installing Vencord) it keeps looping me into a cycle of "No route" and "Connecting route" without ever finding a connection, meaning i can't go into VCs while i use Vencord

This is spesific to my Desktop app and desktop app alone, I've tested it a while before coming to this conclusion

Reset both the pc and router to eliminate possible ip issues, tried on other versions (which work just fine)

When joining voice channels, I get "RTC Connecting"

Cause is unknown, so there is no real fix.

However, a simple workaround that fixes it temporarily is to click the text that says RTC Connecting, then click Debug. Close the page that opens again and it should now be fixed!

Note that you need Discord Developer Mode (Discord Settings > Advanced > Developer Mode) enabled to do this!

if the ctrl + shift + i keybind doesn't work, it's likely because a different program conflicts with the keybind. This is most commonly the AMD Radeon Software. If you have that, disable keybinds in it (see the video below)

this is less an issue and more an inquiry

so, with servers that have the server guide like opt-in channels/categories thing, it seems like the categories not normally visible don't show up with the "see hidden channels" plugin. Is this just the fact that it hasn't been updated to account for that, or some API restriction? Because once somebody mentions a hidden channel in chat and you click on it (to see the "you don't have access to this channel dialogue") it shows a "suggested" dialogue and I can add them and then I can get all the channels in the category like that by following the category via the context menu

How to update

• Discord Desktop: Use the Repair option in the installer
• Browser: Update the extension or Userscript
• Vesktop: Update to Vesktop 0.4.1. Use the "Update Vencord" option when right clicking the Vesktop tray icon. If you're on Mac, use the MenuBar. If you cannot do this, go to your config folder (%APPDATA% on windows, ~/.config on linux, ~/Library/Application Support on mac) and delete VencordDesktop/VencordDesktop/vencordDist, then restart Vesktop.
