I think they mean the theme they're using on Vencord has native transparency support, and that they don't know if being on Windows 11 will affect whether or not they can enable transparency.

Which, I too am having that issue, and none of the transparency-related console commands I've been given have done anything. Difference is I'm on Windows 10.

Why do I get logged out after opening DevTools?

Discord tries to protect you from getting scammed by "hiding" your token when you open DevTools, which means it deletes it from storage and only keeps it in memory in order to make it harder to obtain.

If you now close discord before closing DevTools again, your token will not be saved anywhere anymore and as a consequence you will be logged out

Solution: Close DevTools before closing discord or better yet enable the NoDevtoolsWarning plugin which removes this "feature"

Why does my Discord always crash when opening DevTools?

Discord on Windows uses 32bit electron which has a hard memory limit of 2gb. Discord's memory management isn't great so it will already get up to like 1.5gb ram usage if you are in a lot of servers and have it open for a while

DevTools use a lot of memory so once you open them, they immediately push you over 2gb usage. Thus Discord runs out of memory and crashes

Solution: use Discord Browser / Vencord Desktop

Hello. I'm trying to use vencord with nixos, this is my discord package:

Initially I thought it's because of the SharedImageFactory error, but other apps have it too (the normal version as well) and it doesn't affect the startup.

I've had an issue since a few days ago, SpotifyCrack plugin seems to not work at all and doesn't do anything when I try to listen along with someone. There doesn't appear to be any error in the dev console aswell.

Anyone know why my discord keeps on freezing when I start it up with Vencord?

For some reason the second my PC connects to Discord's server or whatever (since it's as soon as my pings appear on the app) The app freezes and then I'm unable to enter discord

On the desktop app btw

I've had an issue with PinDMs for a long while now where i cannot see my entire dm box except the pinned 6-7 chats. When i scroll down a little bit i cannot see any dms and scrolling further down makes my dm box work just fine
