Is there a text replace plugin for other people's messages? Just replacing the text locally, not actually editing a message someone else made. For like censoring certain words you personally don't want to see or changing punctuation so it'll display properly in the font you're using.

Regardless... Basically looking to make a plugin that lets you easily create Masked Links. Similar how they handle it in Obsidian/VSCode via md Plugins.
Basically the thought being if you highly text, and have a hyperlink in your clipboard, when you paste it auto [highlightedText](Clipboard_Hyperlink) kinda thing.

So I wrote something vaguely how I'd think it'd work...? But can't really debug it as when I open dev tools to see why the plugin failed to load on desktop, it crashes (The whole 2GB electron BS, I know)
But how would I test this in the browser or otherwise?

Context: Write lots of guides for my discord servers, and use masked links alot. Kinda PITA to do manually.

issue with the ImageZoom plugin, some images turn the cursor to a magnifying glass on hover, and clicking to zoom on those works fine until releasing left click, releasing causes the image to deselect as if esc has been clicked

Why does my Discord always crash when opening DevTools?

Discord on Windows uses 32bit electron which has a hard memory limit of 2gb. Discord's memory management isn't great so it will already get up to like 1.5gb ram usage if you are in a lot of servers and have it open for a while

DevTools use a lot of memory so once you open them, they immediately push you over 2gb usage. Thus Discord runs out of memory and crashes

Solution: use Discord Browser / Vencord Desktop

Why does my Discord always crash when opening DevTools?

Discord on Windows uses 32bit electron which has a hard memory limit of 2gb. Discord's memory management isn't great so it will already get up to like 1.5gb ram usage if you are in a lot of servers and have it open for a while

DevTools use a lot of memory so once you open them, they immediately push you over 2gb usage. Thus Discord runs out of memory and crashes

Solution: use Discord Browser / Vencord Desktop
