Cloudflare is blocking everyone using discord's desktop client, including non-vencord vanilla users, as they are also getting blocked. This is not a vencord issue, and is a discord sided issue. In the meantime, you can use mobile or the browser site.

1 - Fully Close Discord
2 - Uninstall Vencord using vencord.exe
3 - Press Windows + R then type %appdata% , enter 'discord' folder and delete all the files then re open the discord and log in normally
