If the Sword’s lunge doesn’t go back to 140 damage,it’s just useless.If it’s under 140,you can’t use it against Medium or Heavy at all.That value was carefully calculated and made sense in terms of balance.

Everyone knows Dagger,Sword and all melee get countered by Light.But you nerfed Sword while pretending it was for the sake of Lights, even though it was obviously done to benefit Mediums.
People are tired of these blatant patches made only for Medium.There’s a reason people started saying “The Mediums”.
Heavy is still powerful at close range,so melee isn’t even a threat to them.

Medium has tons of tools to counter melee: turrets, mines, goo grenade, glitch trap, dematerializer, jump pad, zip line, proximity sensor, and a bunch of weapons. And still, these skill-issue players cry for nerfs to melee and weak wepon even though they already have all those tools. They just can’t handle melee because of a skill issue.

I play all class,melee was never a problem when I played Medium or Heavy(not to mention Light).If anything, having melee was a guaranteed win. But because of these dumb whining, stuff that wasn’t even meta got nerfed.That’s how you ruin patches.

If you keep listening to people who ask for nerfs not because something is overpowered,but just because it annoys them(cause skill issue), of course the game will fall apart. And in doing so, you're killing the fun and variety of the game.

About Double Barrel,you nerfed it, then reverted it. Because Light has low HP, so it needs to have high DPS. DB is only viable up close, and it needs to 2-tap Heavy.That balance was correct, so reverted.
The same goes for Sword.Nerfing melee damage is saying “don’t use it.” It’s the same mistake as with DB. Sword was built around close-range and low health.it required specific damage combinations for each classes. so lunge was 140.

This isn't about nerf.It's about buffing underperforming or unfairly nerfed weapons.Nerfs should be the last option in balancing.They kill fun.

imo 3rd parties make the game less enjoyable

first cashout orange dies early, pink and us fight over who gets the cashout
but it doesnt matter who of us does better because orange respawns just in time to wipe what remains of our teams during their 1v1, getting the cashout even though they died early and had pretty much no effort in wiping 2 low players that used up all their items
the 2nd cashout is started by orange and all teams are set up around it
trying to push would be futile since you would be shot by both surrounding teams, and even if you would get it, the 3rd team would just push in and take it right back from you
so everyone is just kind of forced to camp and do nothing, hoping for something to happen
which leads to orange keeping it and the match ending early without really getting anything out of our plays

this just doesnt feel good
i think 5v5 quick cash would feel a lot more satisfying, actually winning because your team is better than the other team
and since you aren't incetivized to wait out your enemies fight before you can push in with reasonable chance of being rewarded, it would likely end up being more action packed too
please let us try 5v5 qc

Why do u guys need to turn the game into a fucking fulltime job?? 2400 points of worldtour allready take me 1 month of playing at least 8h a day, then theres casual which needs at least 150 matches so with 50% winrate thats another 225 matches= so also like 50 hours, then ranked takes at least a few days. This game feels like im doing homework instead of playing holy shit. How am i suposed to have this much time to play it? whos gonna go to work for me to afford the nasa computer needed to properly run this mess????

  • How equipment gains experience to be known in game (more info tab when looking at overview page)
  • Experience buff to certain gadgets, smoke nades give 200 per deployment while also letting you have 3 at a time, anti gravity cube only gets 75 per deployment while only have 1 at a time
  • Anime face can use all eyes
  • Greatsword skin for sledgehammer or weapon for heavy
  • Medieval themed battle pass (knight skins)
  • Ranked should also reward world tour points, so winning a full tournament would give you RS and 25 world tour points
  • World tour should give 1 point per 10k cash earned

In order to max out the sponsors, you need to play some competetive matches.
So, after playing casual for months (mostly the platform), without a single crash, I queue for World Tour.
After the first round, the game crashes - and yes, a crash report is produced, I click send.
When I log in back, which takes some time (the anti cheat? shader precompilation? the start time is weird...), I am welcomed with a notification that I am being banned from competetive for leaving a match.
So, I am being PUNISHED for YOUR BUG. Not a great feeling. And yes, this is your bug, because other games do not crash, and even this game, after playing for a couple of months, crashed for the first time... The only thing that changed was the mode, which I did not play previously.
There is a button to reconnect... So I do. Of course, my team, after playing with some handicap, obviously loses.
I think, maybe beacause I reconnected the message was incorrect - nope, I cannot play World Tour.
So... I search how to report this... and there is no clear way - mostly "go to Discord, maybe developers will read". Nice.
I am a casual player, so I don't mind losing.
And I have a backlog of games to play. I play a game as long as it feels nice and fun. Crash is not a huge problem... I dealt with modded Skyrim and Morrowind, so really, no problem. But being banned (even if just from a mode that I normally do not play) feels really bad, because it states that I did something wrong. The concept of punishment, without a clear way to appeal is not a great thing. So here is my feedback ^_^

Here is a list of weapons that need to be buffed but not make them meta in the next balance patch

Spear: increase the basic attack damage combo to 70, 80, 95 and increase the spin attack damage to either 120 or 130

KS-23: increase the projectile speed to 500m/s, add a 1.2x headshot multiplier, increase the environmental damage so it can two shot most walls, I know it's a shotgun but it shoots slug rounds and this will reward players for hitting headshots with the KS-23

Riot shield: increase the swing speed by a little and make it so we can bash people while blocking if they get too close and the bash will do 75 damage and increase the movement speed when blocking

R.357:Increase the bodyshot damage to 75 and decrease the headshot multiplier to 1.9 therefore making it 75 × 1.9=142.5 and also decrease the fire rate by a little bit maybe from 140 to 130

Dual blades: add a parry mechanic so it can parry secondary attacks of other melee weapons like the sledgehammers overhead charge but it can't parry the primary attacks of other melee weapons and increase the first swing damage from 50 to 55 and increase the second swing damage from 60 to 65 and lastly increase the final attack damage from 65 to 75 and make it so the final attack can be done faster and increase the movement speed when deflecting by just a little bit

AKM: increase magazine capacity to 34, 35 or 36, the choice is yours on what number you choose

ARN-220: increase the fire rate to 750 rpm, decrease the duration of the tactical reload animation from 2.45s to 2.30s, decrease the duration of the full reload animation from 2.80s to 2.60s

Smoke Grenade: decrease the ammo from 3 to 2, and decrease the cooldown from 50s to 20s

  1. Just finished the last of the heavy hitters contracts, and I like it! hoping it comes back in some form, maybe with an extended roster of melee weapons from all classes?

  2. As above stop defaulting to party chat when solo. Not sure why this decision was made.

  3. Give the pike more sights, or even just the reflector if you want to stick to long range. The pike isn’t even that good at extreme ranges making the scout sight’s increased zoom feel uncomfortable at the pike’s optimal range. The weapon just generally feels uncomfortable, I don’t think it needs a buff just some QOL changes like sights.

  4. There seems to be a lot of folks annoyed by the Cl-40 for some reason. I think it’s fine as is but if you’re going to change it please for the love of all that is good an holy don’t just nerf it like you did with the sword and cerb. Look at what the complaints are and rebalance it to address them, don’t just smack the damage down. My suggestion if anything is to increase damage (including self), reduce fire rate, make the arc of nades steeper, and reign in the blast radius. Retain its slow ttk while upping its risk.

  5. I see you embark with this new skin tier. Making it 1200mb and not the closest purchasable amount of 1150mb is explicitly predatory. Especially when other skins with similar levels of effort like the sticky situation skin for the r357 is only 800mb. If you want to raise it to 1000 or 1100 or even 1150 whatever do that. But not a chance me or most people are going to drop 20 bucks on a banana. Reduce the price of the Akimbanana by 50 or more, this is a bad path to walk down you guys.

ks-23 needs some more buffs to be decent

  • shots are still very unpredictable past the 10m range, especially on moving targets, a fix would be making the ks-23 more accurate, to the same level as the cl-40
  • the ks struggles at killing mediums and heavies, i think a fix for this would be giving it 105 damage and reducing winch damage to 0 to avoid oneshot combos against lights. this would also bring back its close range brawler playstyle

Or at least a preview in the section of how the emote would look like on my preview card even if I don't own the emote.

Fix the goddamn servers. And for gods sake it's hellishly annoying to try to pick up a cashbox in the middle of a battle but instead start doing the reload. Its inconsistent asf and so annoying when you die when you can't pick up a propane canister to fire at the enemies.

Day 7 requesting a Coin toss emote (only with "The Finals" icon, not a head or tails emote)

It will be a hand emote for the left hand (As every other hand emote) which tosses a coin (With a very satisfaction sound effect, like the ULTRAKILL's one) and then grab it in the air and the emote finishes

It would be so cool since, the enemies get coined, it would be a very gentle but cool flex

Hope Embark takes note of this, we need it in the game, I would pay for it

This is just a request that I see most of the community give feedback about but the mythic banana skin for the deagles should have a unique inspect added to it, even for the players who already bought it, it just makes sense because a lot of legendary skins have inspects on them but a mythic skin having no special inspect? I think Kyoto needs a few more buildings scattered around so half the map doesn't feel like an empty void. Maybe like a shack or two in the bamboo forest and a few extra pagodas in the low ground swampy area. I don't think removing the water movement speed penalty addressed the real issue folks have with the map.

Three simple things that mildly annoy me:

  1. You are unable to ping enemy or teammate trophies. For both, it just says something along the lines of healing in chat. Instead, it should just ping the trophy with a unique icon and not show the healing message if it is an enemy trophy.
  2. The range on pinging cashout and vaults is ridiculous. It's like 15x the diameter of the icon, when it should only be 2-3x. If I ping anything in the general direction, the cashout gets pinged.
  3. You are unable to interact (steal/open a vault) if an inactive interactable object is in the way (unopened gateway/teammate or enemy jumppad). I mostly notice this when I place a gateway on a vault but then can't open the vault, forcing myself to find an angle that works). The inactive interactable object should just be ignored.

The profanity filter is terrible, there needs to be a way to disable it. It is so sensitive that it seems even more toxic than it usually is. Harmless words like damn, rip, or even just ???? Are getting censored. I get the filter and I get that its enabled by default. But please let me disable it.

servers have been terrible this weekend, collecting all of the icons, just slideshow matches down to 7 fps randomly, terrible experience, and you just rage quit, and come out of your game frustrated.
That is my feedback, this weekend your game was annoying, and frustrating, not fun.

Also, WT is too much of a grind, like way too much of a grind, and on top of that winning is the most important thing = Terrible design for "casual" mode.
Less emphasis on winning, less pressure on the grind = Less sweaty meta teams, people actually playing to have fun.
Make it about collected cash or something, not all about winning.

  • Add the option to equip a 2nd weapon in exchange for sacrificing 2 equipment slots, similar to other popular shooters and let players choose between utility and flexibility

  • Remove visible healthbars on all enemies, so that its easier to both plan ambushes as well as to escape them. This will encourage the players to count their shots and and focus on the enviromental cues.

  • Remove all wall destruction from Terminal Attack, as well as specializations and equipments used for breaking walls. This will make the mode itself much more tactical and methodical.

I returned to the game last week after not playing for the majority of this season and wow.. Is it just me or is everyone else also being matched against what feels like the top 5%, as every match I play is filled to the brim with people with multiple season Ruby or Emerald badges. I've played for 2 hours tonight and I haven't won a single WT round and I have barely been able to get 2-4 kills every match. Either the skill gap is insane or there are loads of cheaters atm. The game in its current form can only be described as "insanely difficult". If player retention is a problem, please seriously consider looking into the matchmaking (or lack thereof), especially for the more "casual" gamemodes like WT.

I loved the game, but I can't keep up anymore. I don't have enough time to sink into a game to get to that skill level. I wanna be able to unwind and play a couple of fun matches after working the entire day, without having to coke up to be able to get more than 2 kills a match. I can't be the only one with this problem, but I doubt many people will mention it here, I guess they just uninstall the game and go play something else.

TL;DR Please for the love of god do something about the horrible matchmaking.

ive stopped playing the game long ago, but i still check constantly what the game is up to, because season 1 and 2 brought the most fun ive ever had in a game. however im writing this, cause i want the game to keep expanding and i came up with a pretty cool gun concept.

the way it would work is just like the normal shotgun, but u would be also able to charge the shot by holding the mouse button and the more charged it is, the more damage it deals, ofc it would have a charge limit to stop the shotgun from dealing too much damage
the magazine size should be 4 or 3, thats just my opinion
and yeah thats pretty much the gun, i dont know what build should be allowed to use this weapon, but it def suits the finals and yeah, my idea idea originated from fortnite, its so weird that no other game copied the gun concept

  • Add more map variants. One with a crane in the middle, one with moving platforms, and one where the alien ships from the alien invasion event randomly come down low enough for jump pads to reach.

  • Fix charge and slam getting completely negated by hammer.

  • Maybe add spear as an alternate weapon?

  • Fix kills not getting rewarded correctly when 2 players both break a suspended structure and drop each other in the void.

Why don't people dare play ranked? Cuz it's 3-stack ruby teams who end up being first of that round and team up with the lowest skilled group and grief all others by playing 3v6. You can win every cashout but the last one will always get doubled and you will always get griefed if you're not fourth or have the least kills.
Just remove doubling from the last cashout already. It's a game mechanic yall put in that contradicts the rules and ruins it for everyone else. It's straight up ridiculous and punishes all decent players.

While I did play WT/Ranked up to Emerald/Diamond, QC has been my go-to since S1. Changing maps and classes every game, playing different loadouts including off-meta weapons and gadgets is just more fun to me than using the same meta loadouts to sweat in competitive tournaments. But...

**The wave respawn system considerably worsened QC when it was carried over from Powershift. **

I just can't count how many games I lost despite my team and I dominating our opponents, with 2-5 times more combat score than everyone else. Why ? Because the wave respawn system punishes us for winning fights. Team wipes generally grant us no advantages at all, quite the opposite: enemy teams can respawn in seconds, usually closer to the objectives/in a better state (full team with full HP and ammo) than ours.

QC before the wave respawn system felt more fair, as wiping teams meant they were out of the fight for a while, giving your team a better chance to successfully defend or steal.

I know it's a casual quickplay mode, but it's also the entry point to The Finals' signature game mode, so it should feel closer to how WT/Ranked is played.

TL;DR: the wave respawn system in QC punishes good players, does way too much to help bad teams, making the outcome more luck-based than skill-based.

Sword was never the issue. I favorize it to be back to old damage even though I hate sword lights.
The issue lies with the Dash. The Dash allows the Lunge Attack to go zoom zoom mode. That frustrates low to medium skill area.
The Dash also does not work good with the dagger as it always seems as if you would be stabbed from the front.
Having Dash in the game with not a faster update frequency on the server is the core issue.

Portal gun spec for light? It could be a better gateway, with the ability to see through it and shoot/throw things through them. If it had 4 charges it would be much more versatile than gateway, and it would very fun for movement. It would have to have a range of 30m or something to stay fair though.

Alternatively, it could have 2 charges, with 45 second cooldowns each, but it could have a range of something like 90m and infinite duration. I could see either of these working for light, but I honestly think the second option would spice up the playstyle the most.

Heavy is still powerful at close range,so melee isn’t even a threat to them.

Medium has tons of tools to counter melee: turrets, mines, goo grenade, glitch trap, dematerializer, jump pad, zip line, proximity sensor, and a bunch of weapons. And still, these skill-issue players cry for nerfs to melee and weak wepon even though they already have all those tools. They just can’t handle melee because of a skill issue.

I play all class,melee was never a problem when I played Medium or Heavy(not to mention Light).If anything, having melee was a guaranteed win. But because of these dumb whining, stuff that wasn’t even meta got nerfed.That’s how you ruin patches.

If you keep listening to people who ask for nerfs not because something is overpowered,but just because it annoys them(cause skill issue), of course the game will fall apart. And in doing so, you're killing the fun and variety of the game.

Add SBMM to casual play / quick match. Casual has become insufferable playing against stacks, rubys and sweats. There's no learning curve getting crushed by caffeine fiends, this will likely kill the game in the long run. Here is a list of weapons that need to be buffed but not make them meta in the next balance patch

Spear: increase the basic attack damage combo to 70, 80, 95 and increase the spin attack damage to either 120 or 130

KS-23: increase the projectile speed to 500m/s, add a 1.2x headshot multiplier, increase the environmental damage so it can two shot most walls, I know it's a shotgun but it shoots slug rounds and this will reward players for hitting headshots with the KS-23

Riot shield: increase the swing speed by a little and make it so we can bash people while blocking if they get too close and the bash will do 75 damage and increase the movement speed when blocking

R.357:Increase the bodyshot damage to 75 and decrease the headshot multiplier to 1.9 therefore making it 75 × 1.9=142.5 and also decrease the fire rate by a little bit maybe from 140 to 130

Dual blades: add a parry mechanic so it can parry secondary attacks of other melee weapons like the sledgehammers overhead charge but it can't parry the primary attacks of other melee weapons and increase the first swing damage from 50 to 55 and increase the second swing damage from 60 to 65 and lastly increase the final attack damage from 65 to 75 and make it so the final attack can be done faster and increase the movement speed when deflecting by just a little bit

AKM: increase magazine capacity to 34, 35 or 36, the choice is yours on what number you choose

ARN-220: increase the fire rate to 750 rpm, decrease the duration of the tactical reload animation from 2.45s to 2.30s, decrease the duration of the full reload animation from 2.80s to 2.60s

Smoke Grenade: decrease the ammo from 3 to 2, and decrease the cooldown from 50s to 20s

Balance: This is a fast simple attack with

My suggestion is that, like other stores, if you could arrange items by price from high to low, or low to high. This would save the hassle of needing clicking through everything to see what I can afford. Since I can’t easily see what’s available, I ended up getting queued into a match and forgot to spend my multibucks until much later. how this affects buying decisions, not sure, no data to work with, but I imagine getting rid of obstacles encourages specific buying behaviors.

Winch Claw needs tweaking

Please remove the 1s stun on the target. This turns in to a free kill almost every time, which is exactly why the stun gun was completely reworked.

The claws hitbox also lingers too long. Even if the user misses, they can strafe with the target and the claw will still attach.

For some reason, the targets hits do not register after being pulled by the user. This gives the user a completely unfair advantage as there is no chance of retaliation after being pulled.

Currently there is no counterplay to being winched, the skill ceiling is very low to use this ability, and it nearly guarantees a kill every time.

cheaters are limit testing now in ranked. Like how can 3 cheater in a team get close to ruby with out getting banned in the way. There is a guy that i reported at least 6 game in season 5 is still cheating his way to get ruby... LIKE HE HIT ALMOST EVERY SEASON TO RUBY WHILE PLAYING WITH CHEATERS. ( i am talking about Beginner#0199 if any embark employee wants to ban him thanks for doing your jobs)

Why do u guys need to turn the game into a fucking fulltime job?? 2400 points of worldtour allready take me 1 month of playing at least 8h a day, then theres casual which needs at least 150 matches so with 50% winrate thats another 225 matches= so also like 50 hours, then ranked takes at least a few days. This game feels like im doing homework instead of playing holy shit. I have THE idea for an event:
Strange Shift: (im not doing the shortcut -_-)

  • All classes change Gadgets
  • Proffesions are kept
  • Weapons are kept

this could be done by either: Swapping the equip pools (light gets med, med gets heavy, heavy gets light) or by banning the original equip and leaving the rest free (for example: light doesnt have light gadgets but all the other ones from med and heavy)

I would love to see people play gravity cube or something with light

The finals is starting to not feel as fun anymore. The new seasons are always great but then the reality of how bad the state of the game hits.

Dealing with Tripple mediums spamming defibs,Thermal smoke, and constant grenades in my face because there’s still no hud direction indicator and the aps still sees no changes. Of course on top all that there’s melee users and flame throwers. Turrets are so awful too.

Of course there’s ways to counter these things but you can’t counter everything at once especially when you can’t change your gadgets or guns in ranked and there’s limited reserve space in world tour. So the game can be so awful. You can between rounds but there’s no way to predict what other teams are using unless you played them previously.

A theoretical fix could be more gadget slots. Or just add the feature to change gadgets in tournament modes so you’re not stuck to suffer against broken stuff with no way to counter.

The game could be a lot better competitively if players were limited to one tactical or lethal option and more support space options. I get the game is supposed to be chaotic and fun but I feel that stuff should stay in quick cash. Tournament mode can still be chaotic and fun if players were given more gadget options but it’s also tournament so players should be somewhat restricted in what nonsense they can do by giving players more and better options to counter their nonsense.

I really hope the next season is better but I said that the last several seasons and still no changes.

the respawn timer in quick cash is default 28 seconds with a maximum of 30 seconds. It should be 15 seconds max with a constant tick-down timer starting at 15 seconds that you can respawn on in waves. Literally the previous patch. It was perfect.

It will be a hand emote for the left hand (As every other hand emote) which tosses a coin (With a very satisfaction sound effect, like the ULTRAKILL's one) and then grab it in the air and the emote finishes

It would be so cool since, the enemies get coined, it would be a very gentle but cool flex

Hope Embark takes note of this, we need it in the game, I would pay for it

Hey guys, I've been playing a bunch of powershift, and I've played with and against this team with buh#2375, boomstick#3503, ozen#8125. They always camp the spawn point and don't even touch the platform. They wait for people to spawn in and just instakill them a few seconds as they spawn. It's super toxic and when people eventually leave, it just results in the new people joining to also be spawncamped. I feel like a measure shousp be put in place to stop people from abusing this, as I feel this is how most disconnected lobbies end up happening in powershift.

Aim assist doesn't work properly sometimes. To fix it you need to reboot the game. You'll know your aim assist is working properly when it works on teammates and it starts tracking. Your shots should land much easier. If however you notice it misbehaving, it isn't completely broken. I think it's just the tracking portion of it. Also when the low framerate bug happens, aim assist puts in double time and your bullets seem to have magnetism. Also the mini gun will have no aim assist sometimes whatsoever. Your aim will just whip past enemies like it's not even on a little. This is mostly for pc but my brother who plays Xbox says it happens there too

Here is a list of weapons that need to be buffed but not make them meta in the next balance patch

Spear: increase the basic attack damage combo to 70, 80, 95 and increase the spin attack damage to either 120 or 130

KS-23: increase the projectile speed to 500m/s, add a 1.2x headshot multiplier, increase the environmental damage so it can two shot most walls, I know it's a shotgun but it shoots slug rounds and this will reward players for hitting headshots with the KS-23

Riot shield: increase the swing speed by a little and make it so we can bash people while blocking if they get too close and the bash will do 75 damage and increase the movement speed when blocking

R.357:Increase the bodyshot damage to 75 and decrease the headshot multiplier to 1.9 therefore making it 75 × 1.9=142.5 and also decrease the fire rate by a little bit maybe from 140 to 130

Dual blades: add a parry mechanic so it can parry secondary attacks of other melee weapons like the sledgehammers overhead charge but it can't parry the primary attacks of other melee weapons and increase the first swing damage from 50 to 55 and increase the second swing damage from 60 to 65 and lastly increase the final attack damage from 65 to 75 and make it so the final attack can be done faster and increase the movement speed when deflecting by just a little bit

AKM: increase magazine capacity to 34, 35 or 36, the choice is yours on what number you choose

ARN-220: increase the fire rate to 750 rpm, decrease the duration of the tactical reload animation from 2.45s to 2.30s, decrease the duration of the full reload animation from 2.80s to 2.60s

Smoke Grenade: decrease the ammo from 3 to 2, and decrease the cooldown from 50s to 20s

In joining an ongoing match not having to wait 20 seconds to respawn because someone died as the 8 seconds to get into the match is loading. It will say "eliminated by player" with the classes max damage.

It just slows down the pace even more because gotta wait eight seconds to JOIN and then an additional twenty seconds after..? Idk just weirdage

Add claymore sword for medium class,primary attacks r wide swings 170 degrees and holding alt attack blocks half the damage and deflect only a few but releasing it after holding it does a downward slash and the higher the damage the higher u fall so u can use dematerialise spec to attack players downward and surprise attacks,good combo with jump pad for very high damage,claymore has more to do with positioning rather then combo which duel blades is quicker at combo

1. Left-click: Swift Primary Attack (Tap/Hold)
Damage: 60 DMG

Balance: This is a fast simple attack with
low damage, good for ending low-health enemies or following up with other attacks.

**2. Right-click: Versatile Secondary Attack (Tap/Hold) (NEW) **
- Instant Backstab (Tap)
Damage: 90 DMG (on the back) / 60 DMG (if missed)

Effective angle: 180 degrees
-No movement penalty

Balance:

  • no movement penalty,
  • can perform instantly on every first hit.
  • highly maneuverable,
  • But the damage is not overly high, and it has some Delay like in videos
  • good for combo with 60 dmg or 40 dmg
  • suitable for hit-and-run tactics.

**PS. ** However, if you feel 90 DMG is not worth it, you still have the Charge Backstab as a primary option, as it was with more risks but high rewards. Or a Swift attack that's faster but has a lower DMG.

- Charged Backstab (Hold)
Damage: 320 DMG (on the back) / 75 DMG (if missed)

Effective angle: 180 degrees
-No movement penalty until it is fully charged
-800ms to charge

Balance:

  • This is already in this game.
  • While it deals massive damage, it requires 800ms to charge
  • The player can maintain sprint speed until the knife is fully charged
  • and a movement penalty is imposed if the player still holds their right mouse button
  • There is a delay between attacks when pulling the knife back
  • Ensuring that players plan their usage carefully
  • Make it become high high-risk-high-reward execution

Why 90 DMG Instant Backstab is Essential:
This fixes the Dagger's unresponsive Right-click (M2) directly, turning it into a reliable, instant burst option. It provides crucial tactical flexibility for quick encounters, enhancing player control and skill. This isn't about replacing the 320 DMG charge, but complementing it for all combat scenarios.

Rework ranked to function off of MMR which does not wipe with seasons.
The reason for this is simple, the way seeding works heavily favors people in the lower seed brackets.

Your system calculates the disparity between the first and last place, assigning loss and gain values based on how "hard or easy" the game is.

This is dumb, for several reasons, but primarily this :

A player who was ruby for 5 seasons in a row, will at some point be low plat. This means that if he is matched against a low diamond, he is at a significant advantage because he'll be placed in a low bracket and get 1500+ rp whereas that diamond who "is totally gonna have an easy game" will get like 400 for beating a 5 season ruby player

the ranked system is trash all around. the matchmacking, the rank progression, the 3rd partying, the 3 stacks of rubies colluding with each other, the overall uncompetitive nature of cashbox games, the toxicity, the cheating, and to be frank...its not a measure of skill but rather luck and playtime.

Please give the target dummy event skin (bullseye barry) the robotic voice that practice range dummies have. I'm not sure why this isn't a thing already. Dede has a unique voice and that's tied to the face. Barry is also a face.
More voices in season 7 would be cool too. All the cosmetics that change voices are super special. Stuff like that should be noted in the store too with a * like the new toy sledgehammer skin looks like it totally makes a squeak sound, but that's a total guess before I spend real money and that would be a deciding factor too. Fortnite has a swing tool button for pickaxes in the store for this very reason.

funny dagger buff idea: Make change the goo nades backstab angle to opposite side. So if you get gooed you just stab it or you don't get countered by 3 goo nade user gooing every single angle of inside of a building.
Other than that fix the no regs on dagger, stop cheating and boosting problems that happens for ruby rank.

We have so much moto/racing drip we need a racing gamemode bruh cars n bike type deal
ima add to this i think while cars and bike should have different stats i feel each build should add to your setup

***Light: have them add to top speed and handling but due to size of the player lower traction basically the Tokyo drift build. for the q ability give em grapple to allow for grapple assited turns

Medium: base top speed but crazy traction, acceleration and handling making them the maneuverability build. For this q ability make em steal some speed from the nearest car to give them a temporary speed boost

Heavy: the best traction and top speed but acceleration and handling take a massive hit. for this q ability have em use winch claw to pull themselves past the person they hit***

1. Point distribution based solely on total team RS shouldn’t be the only factor for gaining or losing rating. Additional factors should be considered - such as whether a player is solo or in a trio, with solo players receiving slightly more favorable outcomes whether they win or lose. End-of-round cash totals should also matter: for instance, a team with two successful cashouts might still finish 7th or 8th due to griefing with a double plug and lose 1000+ points, despite clearly performing well.

**2. Reduce the value of cash earned from double plug cashout. ** Four teams fighting for one cashout doesn’t measure skill, and instead introduces randomness into competitive play. This randomness leads to point losses for those unlucky enough to get denied the cashout. This strategy is often used by the strongest team to grief the second-strongest, helping the weakest team move on to the next round. This tactic has no place in ranked play.

**3. Seeding needs to be reworked. **Currently, players with Diamond or Ruby ranks start with 28,000–30,000 rating, which means Platinum players are being incorrect seeded into lobbies.

Heavy agree, plus the spawns in this game are horrid, no fixes have addressed the core issues

  • multiple teams spawning on one cashout simultaneously/consecutively, its not even discreet im watching a team spawn, they wipe and a team spawns right behind them
  • coin spawns you anywhere from 90-170m away from your cash/objective
  • getting wiped while holding and respawning puts you 200m away from your own cash
  • vault and cashout spawns should never ever be within 150m of each other, games get ruined because a team gets rng for both vaults next to one cashout station giving them massive tempo and control
  • certain cashouts have set, predictable spawns making it easy to just hold damage or poke instantly. This is very abusable on skyway when holding the business/servers building.

"Earn 45,000 cash in a single match, 3 times in World Tour or Ranked Tournament." has incorrect wording or logic, A match of the finals consists of 3 rounds of gameplay, Therefore earning 50k in 2 rounds is in a single match and that doesn't trigger it

my opinion:

damage wise, the sniper is in the perfect spot right now, its objectively the worst shooting weapon existing, but it can be valuable in high ranked if you are an literal AIM GOD who hits at least one headshot on every enemy no matter the distance. This sounds bad right? But it’s perfect. sniper is THE most annoying weapon to lose against and should NEVER be meta. same goes with overpowered shotguns.
the only way to allow a fundamentally annoying weapon without making it insanely unfun for people to play against,
is making it so skill dependent that you literally cant complain if you lose against it bc the sniper player will ALWAYS be more skilled than you.
btw this concept should be applied to all fundamentally annoying weapons.

Im saying this as someone with nearly 1500h in the finals with about 1000 of them on sniper.

  4. NO in air accuracy at all

  5. NONSENSE scope wobble if getting shot

  6. MENTAL ability to NOT being able to aim instantly anywhere else than the bottom if adsing out of a climb.

  7. BORING scope wobble if scoping while dashing

I feel like the Dash ability needs a heavy nerf. Players shouldn't be able to charge melee weapons, reload, or use weapons during dash. Just make it a pure movement ability used to reposition.

The Real issue is whinng from noobs who struggle against Lights or something. Stop nerf. Just buff underperforming and unfairly nerfed weapons.

If the Sword’s lunge doesn’t go back to 140 damage,it’s just useless.If it’s under 140,you can’t use it against Medium or Heavy at all.That value was carefully calculated and made sense in terms of balance.

Everyone knows Dagger,Sword and all melee get countered by Light.But you nerfed Sword while pretending it was for the sake of Lights, even though it was obviously done to benefit Mediums.
People are tired of these blatant patches made only for Medium.There’s a reason people started saying “The Mediums”.
Heavy is still powerful at close range,so melee isn’t even a threat to them.

Medium has tons of tools to counter melee: turrets, mines, goo grenade, glitch trap, dematerializer, jump pad, zip line, proximity sensor, and a bunch of weapons. And still, these skill-issue players cry for nerfs to melee and weak wepon even though they already have all those tools. They just can’t handle melee because of a skill issue.

I play all class,melee was never a problem when I played Medium or Heavy(not to mention Light).If anything, having melee was a guaranteed win. But because of these dumb whining, stuff that wasn’t even meta got nerfed.That’s how you ruin patches.

If you keep listening to people who ask for nerfs not because something is overpowered,but just because it annoys them(cause skill issue), of course the game will fall apart. And in doing so, you're killing the fun and variety of the game.

About Double Barrel,you nerfed it, then reverted it. Because Light has low HP, so it needs to have high DPS. DB is only viable up close, and it needs to 2-tap Heavy.That balance was correct, so reverted.

The buff for KS23 is very nice but it only made it much more clear that it will never be a long ranged weapon as the projectile size and speed is just too small and slow. It now performs very consistently at medium range, better than before at close range, but it is still very weak and inconsistent when compared to before the 5.8 update.

I will keep on emphasising this, ks23's consistent performance and fun was its jab combos that allowed it to pump out damage consistently at close range and its movement capabilities. Now without either, ks23 is forced to play very defensively and is unable to move around as much as missing a shot is incredibly punishing now. Not to mention that heavy is meant to be a frontline role, and a heavy that does not push is close to useless

it is a barrel that works like Pokémon ball, you can throw this at your teammate and capture them
while they are inside your barrel:

  • you can't swap to other gadget or weapon (but can use specialization)
  • you have slower movement speed

**2. Right-click: Versatile Secondary Attack (Tap/Hold) (NEW) **
- Instant Backstab (Tap)

Balance:

  • no movement penalty,
  • can perform instantly on every first hit.

Would enjoy the game a lot more if when I get hit markers, and land shots on my target... they. Actually. Register. Instead of only three of them registering, but not the other eight that would have guaranteed the kill. No, I'm not talking rot or spewing tall tells. I have multiple clips of this very phenomenon happening where its clear I'm hitting my target, I'm getting hit markers, but they aren't receiving damage. I'm a light player and I take offense to the lack of heavy nose breathing sounds and auto-cannon's* in-game. I also think that because I finished the battle pass with 9 days left that you should give me everything in-game for free because I deserve it.
For instance, if I am playing light and using a 3 × 2 sensitivity speed for my controller and a two mediums are in the vicinity using 5 × 2 sensitivity speeds I am definitely not going to be able to hold both of them off. Naturally anyone in a one vs two situation should be fast switching and using cloak because cloak is top. So if anyone is frustrated with a 3 × 2 against two 5 × 2 situations just know that the new season is coming and everything will work better with math.

    Solo queue in World Tour has been a nightmare for me in Season 6. The matchmaking often pits solo players against coordinated three-stacks, which makes for an unfair experience. It would be great if solo queue matchmaking prioritized matching us with and against other solo players—or at most, duos—while reducing the chances of facing full parties.

  2. Party Bonuses and Incentives
    I’m also confused about how party bonuses work. While it makes sense to reward players for bringing friends into the game—referrals are a great system—I feel the current approach overlooks solo players who also help grow the community.
    Why not introduce rewards for players who successfully bring new users into the game and encourage those users to stay? A mentorship or guidance program could go a long way here. For example, Team Fortress 2 had a coaching system where experienced players could spectate and guide newcomers. Something like that could work here too, especially if limited to a new player’s first 20 matches to prevent abuse. Of course, this would require a healthy stream of new players to function well.

Here is a list of weapons that need to be buffed but not make them meta in the next balance patch

Spear: increase the basic attack damage combo to 70, 80, 95 and increase the spin attack damage to either 120 or 130

KS-23: increase the projectile speed to 500m/s, add a 1.2x headshot multiplier, increase the environmental damage so it can two shot most walls, I know it's a shotgun but it shoots slug rounds and this will reward players for hitting headshots with the KS-23

Riot shield: increase the swing speed by a little and make it so we can bash people while blocking if they get too close and the bash will do 75 damage and increase the movement speed when blocking

R.357:Increase the bodyshot damage to 75 and decrease the headshot multiplier to 1.9 therefore making it 75 × 1.9=142.5 and also decrease the fire rate by a little bit maybe from 140 to 130

Dual blades: add a parry mechanic so it can parry secondary attacks of other melee weapons like the sledgehammers overhead charge but it can't parry the primary attacks of other melee weapons and increase the first swing damage from 50 to 55 and increase the second swing damage from 60 to 65 and lastly increase the final attack damage from 65 to 75 and make it so the final attack can be done faster and increase the movement speed when deflecting by just a little bit

AKM: increase magazine capacity to 34, 35 or 36, the choice is yours on what number you choose

ARN-220: increase the fire rate to 750 rpm, decrease the duration of the tactical reload animation from 2.45s to 2.30s, decrease the duration of the full reload animation from 2.80s to 2.60s

Smoke Grenade: decrease the ammo from 3 to 2, and decrease the cooldown from 50s to 20s

Add kusarigama for light OR MEDIUM class,primary attacks hit like sword but alt attack is u spin the chain and blade 160 degrees in front of u and most damage ONLY where blade hits NOT the WHOLE CHAIN,it’s skill based cause u hold down alt and the more u hold the longer u throw and only the blade part damages when spinning plus u can move your aim while spinning to make blade go in that direction,a mix of projectile and melee.

To simply put it,the melee alt is more like aim and shoot but use aim to move the blade and hit box.

There r two ways of implementing this,either the melee projectile starts from an arc from the left side and goes to the centre line and move as u change your aim or the projectile starts from the crosshairs and moves where u move your aim

U may change between the two using a different stance using the weapon inspection button or add more combos using that button.

Either u can’t use light spec when using alt or give this weapon to medium with a wall run gadget or else it’s the most dull experience chasing player as a medium

For the ks no shotgun has a headshot multiplier so this would just make it better outright, the riotshield bash is also not a good idea as the entire point of it is having complete immunity untill you have to attack making it you have to be a bit voulnerable to get kills, the whole bash idea isnt bad but the damage i think could be removed for maybe a tiny slow debuf to the hit player. Dude there aren't many other shooters that have a viable melee option in them, or creative alternative weapons outside of standard assault rifles, pistols, SMGs and shotguns. That's one of the things that makes The Finals special is having a diverse range of weapons to choose from. Sounds to me like you need to work on your aim training to track the dude running right at you with a close range weapon. Or just like, move away from them maybe? Melee already has so much counterplay its mad that people think there is no skill involved. It's more about positioning and being opportunistic than sitting in the gun range and memorizing the spray pattern of the two rifles you like to use. Just saying if you want to play a game that only has standard shooter guns, you are spoiled for choice finding an alternative game to play.

Spawns :(

  • multiple teams spawning on one cashout simultaneously/consecutively, its not even discreet im watching a team spawn, they wipe and a team spawns right behind them
  • coin spawns you anywhere from 90-170m away from your cash/objective
  • getting wiped while holding and respawning puts you 200m away from your own cash
  • vault and cashout spawns should never ever be within 150m of each other, games get ruined because a team gets rng for both vaults next to one cashout station giving them massive tempo and control
  • certain cashouts have set, predictable spawns making it easy to just hold damage or poke instantly. This is very abusable on skyway when holding the business/servers building.

Griefing :( - remove box 6 from ranked

Hot take here.

Make World Tour more casual. It competes with ranked, but without SBMM you tend to only get matched with Emerald stacks, as a Silver/Gold. (I appreciate player variety but not stacks every single match).

The mode needs to lower the total match requirements for ranking up passively, and atleast have a 1 point incentive for 1st round if you play.

This would make it so it doesn't feel like a time wasted grind when you lose 1st round.

I find it funny how many players in their feedback use terms "noob" or "no skill" and think what they provide is "feedback" while opinions they dont like is "whining". Game is not balanced around high level of play and thats FINE because most of players are not comp players. If game is not enjoyable on low and mid level it will bleed players. Sword was indeed a huge issue on low level and especially toxic to play against for console players. Some middle ground between old sword and new sword should be found though. LMH is most common in competative nowadays and general class balance is good spot for the most part. Most players play light especially in quick cash and most feedback comes from light mains as well and they play politics and downplay as much as they can. I am just amazed how snobby and rude they sound in feedback. All level of play matters.

This game shouldn’t have the illusion of choice between a gun or a melee, all weapons should be viable and nobody should feel like they’re letting their team down because they chose a fun but bad weapon. What exactly is it you want them to do? You're claiming they "refuse to address it", but based on what? They do improve cheater detection, and mention it in their patch notes from time to time. The game is pretty decent for the industry as far as counteracting cheaters goes (there was actually a study done on this a while ago including several other games, this game generally ranked pretty well considering it's a smaller scale operation than the games that did better than it). Suggestion: Aerial Cinematic Replay for Custom Wallpapers

Hi! My suggestion comes from a personal frustration — I haven’t been able to find any good animated wallpapers for this game.

Here’s my idea:
What if every match had a built-in aerial camera — like a drone or helicopter — that records the entire battle from above, moving dynamically around the map and capturing key moments in high cinematic quality (regardless of your in-game graphics settings)? It could record things like team movements, building destruction, combat scenes, etc., similar to the atmosphere in The Finals.

After each match, players could access a replay of this footage and have the option to download it — either with or without commentary from Scotty and June. Over time, players could even compile several of these clips into long-format videos and use them as animated wallpapers or share them online.

I think this would be a really cool addition, especially for players like me who love the game’s visuals and want to showcase them outside of gameplay.

Charge N Slam should be changed. I have been using it since CB2. Since then it has never a single time EVER been "competitively viable" it has always been a quick cash specialization that made people in lower ranks upset. Perhaps instead of abandoning it now that it has probably the lowest usage rate of all specializations we change it fundamentally so that the players can have a versatile specialization list to choose from. Winch/Mesh need competition.

The Real issue is whinng from noobs who struggle against Lights or something. Stop nerf. Just buff underperforming and unfairly nerfed weapons.

If the Sword’s lunge doesn’t go back to 140 damage,it’s just useless.If it’s under 140,you can’t use it against Medium or Heavy at all.That value was carefully calculated and made sense in terms of balance.

Everyone knows Dagger,Sword and all melee get countered by Light.But you nerfed Sword while pretending it was for the sake of Lights, even though it was obviously done to benefit Mediums.
People are tired of these blatant patches made only for Medium.There’s a reason people started saying “The Mediums”.
Heavy is still powerful at close range,so melee isn’t even a threat to them.

Medium has tons of tools to counter melee: turrets, mines, goo grenade, glitch trap, dematerializer, jump pad, zip line, proximity sensor, and a bunch of weapons. And still, these skill-issue players cry for nerfs to melee and weak wepon even though they already have all those tools. They just can’t handle melee because of a skill issue.

I play all class,melee was never a problem when I played Medium or Heavy(not to mention Light).If anything, having melee was a guaranteed win. But because of these dumb whining, stuff that wasn’t even meta got nerfed.That’s how you ruin patches.

If you keep listening to people who ask for nerfs not because something is overpowered,but just because it annoys them(cause skill issue), of course the game will fall apart. And in doing so, you're killing the fun and variety of the game.

About Double Barrel,you nerfed it, then reverted it. Because Light has low HP, so it needs to have high DPS. DB is only viable up close, and it needs to 2-tap Heavy.That balance was correct, so reverted.
The same goes for Sword.Nerfing melee damage is saying “don’t use it.” It’s the same mistake as with DB. Sword was built around close-range and low health.it required specific damage combinations for each classes. so lunge was 140.

Why is there a quest that actively wants you to leave your primary objective and resort to a playstyle that is the equivalent of trolling your teammates? The problem is that Rubies and Diamonds take ages to find matches in ranked due to the low number of players in the game. So, once they reach their goal of getting to Diamond or Ruby... they switch to WT.

This is where the main problem begins: WT becomes the worst possible gaming experience because there's no matchmaking. Rubies, Diamonds, and tryhards have a field day playing against casual players, even people playing solo, etc. The frustration is immense, while at the same time, you're further demoralizing the people who do play as a team, who are Rubies, Diamonds, or tryhards
 This will end up being a game for a small number of people, until there's nobody left.

As I've been saying since season 2, the matchmaking problem still isn't fixed and they don't want to fix it. So yeah, I'm tired of this topic.

Here is a list of weapons that need to be buffed but not make them meta in the next balance patch

Spear: increase the basic attack damage combo to 70, 80, 95 and increase the spin attack damage to either 120 or 130

KS-23: increase the projectile speed to 500m/s, add a 1.2x headshot multiplier, increase the environmental damage so it can two shot most walls, I know it's a shotgun but it shoots slug rounds and this will reward players for hitting headshots with the KS-23

Riot shield: increase the swing speed by a little and make it so we can bash people while blocking if they get too close and the bash will do no damage but will knock them back a bit but not too far maybe like 5 meters and increase the movement speed when blocking

R.357:Increase the bodyshot damage to 75 and decrease the headshot multiplier to 1.9 therefore making it 75 × 1.9=142.5 and also decrease the fire rate by a little bit maybe from 140 to 130

Dual blades: add a parry mechanic so it can parry secondary attacks of other melee weapons like the sledgehammers overhead charge but it can't parry the primary attacks of other melee weapons and increase the first swing damage from 50 to 55 and increase the second swing damage from 60 to 65 and lastly increase the final attack damage from 65 to 75 and make it so the final attack can be done faster and increase the movement speed when deflecting by just a little bit

AKM: increase magazine capacity to 34, 35 or 36, the choice is yours on what number you choose

ARN-220: increase the fire rate to 750 rpm, decrease the duration of the tactical reload animation from 2.45s to 2.30s, decrease the duration of the full reload animation from 2.80s to 2.60s

Smoke Grenade: decrease the ammo from 3 to 2, and decrease the cooldown from 50s to 20s

Got an idea for a new specialization: while moving, you charge yourself. Once fully charged, your next shot will do more damage. This would be useful for people playing sniper, dmr, db or knife, but would have the trade off of not having invisibility or dashes, and would be a more offensive alt. from grappling hook

I think a solution would be to have only one Tournament Playlist. This can act as ranked but your rank is hidden. Then add leaderboards that can be viewed in your stats screen. That way people will generally fall into their buckets naturally, and the people who care about rank/competition can still climb the boards. There can even still be board rewards.

WT reward track: gains experience through ALL playlists.

Ranked can still give rewards, but doesn't shove your rank and mmr in your face after every match.

I think this would also have the benefit of reducing some incentive of the massive smurfing issues

I wannae say I literally am a support main, I’ve spent probably 2/3rds of my playtime on a nearly identical loadout, and lean on the defib HEAVILY to run that build. But with that being said with all my experience with defib, it is absolutely imperative that people be allowed to be able to block me from doing it to them. The class system is built to allow you to play your way, and we can’t do that when we can be revived against our will. You can be trapped with the wrong loadout (or in terrible positions) for most of a game if someone decides to pocket your statue all game. Not to say that’s a bad thing all the time, most of the time it’s great to have someone keeping you in the fight the whole game. But it’s best (as with everything) if that choice lies with us, allow us to block revives Embark.

Your "Win Points" system for World Tour frankly just sucks. Here's why:

  1. World Tour is your main casual gamemode. It's the one you spend the most time tweaking. It's the one you add funny gimmicks to every week. It's the one you give the most rewards for playing. Being specifically forced to win (as opposed to just playing or playing well outside of winning) contradicts the design of making it a casual mode and inherently makes it more competitive and toxic.
  2. The grind is excessive. Assuming every round is 15 minutes and you win each round 50% of the time (which would mean you're an average player), that means you have to spend over 147 hours each season for Emerald 1 -- JUST in World Tour. It's only been 3 seasons of the new Emerald system and it's already getting tedious and causing burnout.
  3. Those who already have Emerald 1 don't get anything. Them winning is literally just blocking progress for other players.

I understand incentivizing people to play WT with rewards, though. I suggest you replace Win Points with Cash Earned. Say, for example, instead of 2400 Win Points to get Emerald 1, you need to earn a total of $10,000,000 to get Emerald 1. You can further tweak the numbers as you like (maybe even give more cash in the gamemode itself?), but this should at least let you easily address point 1 (and kind of point 3).

shots are still very unpredictable past the 10m range, especially on moving targets, a fix would be making the ks-23 more accurate, to the same level as the cl-40,
the ks struggles at killing mediums and heavies, i think a fix for this would be giving it 105 damage and reducing winch damage to 0 to avoid oneshot combos against lights. this would also bring back its close range brawler playstyle

So tonight, I've been having a bug that forces all player (and maybe all things making sound?) audio through my audio. It's making me think, a specialization that lets the user hear audio from the perspective of other players could be kinda neat. I'm not sure what the viability of it is, or what class it would go on. The bug was both incredibly overwhelming, but also gave some pretty good intel on rotations and stuff, so I guess this is some food for thought

Why has sword been gutted due to phantoms and "one shots" and then left to rot? Phantoms got patched, and im not even going to get into the double standard/lack of logic when it comes to sword "one shotting" compared to other weapons.

I think something they should mess with before straight up nerfing smokes or thermal is giving smoke and gas a slight heat signature (maybe giving each thier own slightly different hear grade). That could make the visibility of enemy heat in thermals a bit less distinct while also allowing lights to know where there is gas or smoke while they haver thermals.

Right now the trade off with thermals is that you can't see when the smoke expires, when you leave it, or if there's poison gas around.

btw a good counter to smoke-thermal is to throw gas into the smoke cloud.

Light breach charge needs to break smaller holes that’s enough for lights to peek and shoot or go through and don’t leave large open holes like it already does and besides no one needs that level of destruction and it’s almost NEVER used!!!!!
Make damage STACK at least close to season 1 breach charge.

Add a flare gun that leave trails like the colourful purple smoke/sparkle if stuck on players and does small burn damage and sparks damage player teammates nearby,leaves more smoke if flare is stationary so it’s also a long range smoke bomb,it’s duel purpose.

Add claymore sword for medium class,primary attacks r wide swings 170 degrees and holding alt attack blocks half the damage and deflect only a few but releasing it after holding it does a downward slash and the higher the damage the higher u fall so u can use dematerialise spec to attack players downward and surprise attacks,good combo with jump pad for very high damage,claymore has more to do with positioning rather then combo which duel blades is quicker at combo

Goo gun is pretty much forgotten,give it alt fire a charged shot where it creates 3x3 wall close range but doesn’t stun players like primary shots do OR maybe a movable object like what u get when u shoot a goo barrel that doesn’t stick to surfaces that u use for cover.

How cool would it be if u could throw ur only ur teammates when using Charge and Slam,it could help surprise enemies where u throw teammate behind them and u r in front of them shooting and they r surrounded lol.

Ks-23 still needs more buffs to be decent.

  1. The spread needs to be reduced to 0. The spread on the ks-23 makes it unrelieable even within its effective range and having your gun be unrelieable when it heavily punishes you for missing (in the ks-23s case oftentimes a lost 1v1) is not a good idea. Not to mention that the ks-23 already isnt the easiest to use gun due to its awkward projectile, the existence of the projectile makes accurate ks-23 shots a point of skill expression and not rng.
  2. The ks-23 heavily struggles at killing heavies and mediums. Needing 3 shots for mediums and 4 for heavies at its current rate of fire makes it a pain to kill them, but the thing that breaks it is the fact theres no tech to reduce the ammount of shots needed. No headshots, no qm combos. The damage output of a really good ks-23 player and a bad one (as long as theyre hitting their shots) is the exact same. My suggestion is to buff its damage to 105. This enables 2 shot qm for medium and 3 shot qm for heavy. By enabeling these qm combos the ks-23 play is rewarded for playing in melee range bringing back the effectiveness and the old brawler playstyle it had when animation canceling was in the game.
    Of course winch damage would have to be reduced to 0 to avoid light oneshot combos

Increase spear damage by 5 so spear isnt on the losing end of winch nerf

Here is a list of weapons that need to be buffed but not make them meta in the next balance patch

Spear: increase the basic attack damage combo to 70, 80, 95 and increase the spin attack damage to either 120 or 130

KS-23: increase the projectile speed to 500m/s, add a 1.2x headshot multiplier, increase the environmental damage so it can two shot most walls, I know it's a shotgun but it shoots slug rounds and this will reward players for hitting headshots with the KS-23

Riot shield: increase the swing speed by a little and make it so we can bash people while blocking if they get too close and the bash will do no damage but will knock them back a bit but not too far maybe like 5 meters and increase the movement speed when blocking

R.357:Increase the bodyshot damage to 75 and decrease the headshot multiplier to 1.9 therefore making it 75 × 1.9=142.5 and also decrease the fire rate by a little bit maybe from 140 to 130

Dual blades: add a parry mechanic so it can parry secondary attacks of other melee weapons like the sledgehammers overhead charge but it can't parry the primary attacks of other melee weapons and increase the first swing damage from 50 to 55 and increase the second swing damage from 60 to 65 and lastly increase the final attack damage from 65 to 75 and make it so the final attack can be done faster and increase the movement speed when deflecting by just a little bit

AKM: increase magazine capacity to 34, 35 or 36, the choice is yours on what number you choose

ARN-220: increase the fire rate to 750 rpm, decrease the duration of the tactical reload animation from 2.45s to 2.30s, decrease the duration of the full reload animation from 2.80s to 2.60s

Smoke Grenade: decrease the ammo from 3 to 2, and decrease the cooldown from 50s to 20s

As a ninja smoke stealer I can say it’s not true. You can see when smoke expires cause your body get white when not in smoke and black when it is. Gas has been a problem for a while but I noticed it has a slight shade of green and you know it by damage anyway. The only downside that I never understood is why mines get not highlighted in thermal. Agreed that only thing can stop me from stealing is a gas or you had to throw the cash out away from me 😂

The main problems r heavies and a headshot buff 1.2x would fix everything and u need skill atleast.

We already have winch and sledge combo so a ks23 and headshot combo would be fair.

Ks23 also need wall penetration but weaker damage after one wall for balance.

Also we need center dot cross hair to be 2.5 in options and 1.7 when aiming.

Flamethrower needs to put walls on fire when continuously firing as a defensive measure with low damage.

hi i would like to point out that some of lights guns are performing abit to good, such as the smgs constantly out gun assault rifles at ranges thye shouldnt be able to most of the time and the throwing knives do to much damage for how easily spamable they are just a range decrease on the smgs and a slower fire rate on the throwing knives would do wonders for balancing

I'd like knife's skins or daggers for melee when using a weapon, example stabbing someone with a pocket knife/dagger face to face or back.

I don't think for melee users it's necessary since they already have melee weapons, off course.

Wishlist for medieval weapons:
Medium-Morning Star, Shield & Hilted or Mortuary Swords, Parrying Dagger, Rapier, Lances(range).

Light-Billhook, Cinquedea, Rondel, Sgian Dubh, Seax, Puñal(these all could be skins aswell), Javelins(range).

PEAK Ranked System Rework:

I think a modified Swiss would be ideal. Everyone plays an equal number of matches and it outputs a clear winner(s), middle of the pack team(s), and loser(s).

Start with:
{1, 3, 5, 7} and {2, 4, 6, 8}
Then winners move up and losers move down.
{1, 2, 3, 4} and {5, 6, 7, 8}
Winners of upper bracket go to final round, losers of upper and winners of lower go to middle of the pack placement, and loser of lower end there.
{1, 2} and {3, 4, 5, 6} and {7, 8}

This allows for a fairly even amount of rounds (no point in forcing 7 & 8 to fight for scraps) while still giving a true winner. The lower bracket winners get a chance for redemption, and upper bracket losers still carry risk. It's definitely less "defined" for the middle teams, but that's ok since in theory they should only be seeing minor rs adjustments. This gives a much more even experience across the board and makes the seeding system much more fair. Here is a list of weapons that need to be buffed but not make them meta in the next balance patch

Spear: increase the basic attack damage combo to 70, 80, 95 and increase the spin attack damage to either 120 or 130

KS-23: increase the projectile speed to 500m/s, add a 1.2x headshot multiplier, increase the environmental damage so it can two shot most walls, I know it's a shotgun but it shoots slug rounds and this will reward players for hitting headshots with the KS-23

Riot shield: increase the swing speed by a little and make it so we can bash people while blocking if they get too close and the bash will do no damage but will knock them back a bit but not too far maybe like 5 meters and increase the movement speed when blocking

R.357:Increase the bodyshot damage to 75 and decrease the headshot multiplier to 1.9 therefore making it 75 × 1.9=142.5 and also decrease the fire rate by a little bit maybe from 140 to 130

Dual blades: add a parry mechanic so it can parry secondary attacks of other melee weapons like the sledgehammers overhead charge but it can't parry the primary attacks of other melee weapons and increase the first swing damage from 50 to 55 and increase the second swing damage from 60 to 65 and lastly increase the final attack damage from 65 to 75 and make it so the final attack can be done faster and increase the movement speed when deflecting by just a little bit

AKM: increase magazine capacity to 34, 35 or 36, the choice is yours on what number you choose

ARN-220: increase the fire rate to 750 rpm, decrease the duration of the tactical reload animation from 2.45s to 2.30s, decrease the duration of the full reload animation from 2.80s to 2.60s

Smoke Grenade: decrease the ammo from 3 to 2, and decrease the cooldown from 50s to 20s

Sword was never toxic, it was a skill check on both players. You say ubiquitous? I barely ever see sword unless I’m the one playing it, way less than db. Disorienting and confusing? Maybe the first time you fight it, but once you hear the sound cues you know exactly what’s happening. Very strong? It was only ever “broken” when the person using it knew what they were doing and the person fighting it did not. At other levels db is just better. Frustrating? Just play better, anyone with good game sense and decent aim can stop a sword before the sword can get to them, same as db, but db deals more damage so it’s actually more frustrating than sword.

Sword and db were very similar, db is a faster ttk, where sword was better at closing gaps (thanks to dash + lunge).

Losing ranked points due to teammates leaving or never connecting to the match in the first place is highly unfair. You can't leave the match either because you get a queue ban and lose ranked points and you're forced to play a 2-man team. I don't know why you're getting punished for someone else's problem? I'd understand if this is was a premade team but you should not be lucky and gamble and pray that your random teammate makes it to the match or doesn't disconnect.

This just looks like a design flaw and why it hasn't been addressed already even though its season 6 is insane to me.

If the Sword’s lunge doesn’t go back to 140 damage,it’s just useless.If it’s under 140,you can’t use it against Medium or Heavy at all.That value was carefully calculated and made sense in terms of balance.

Everyone knows Dagger,Sword and all melee get countered by Light.But you nerfed Sword while pretending it was for the sake of Lights, even though it was obviously done to benefit Mediums.
People are tired of these blatant patches made only for Medium.There’s a reason people started saying “The Mediums”.
Heavy is still powerful at close range,so melee isn’t even a threat to them.

Medium has tons of tools to counter melee:turrets, mines, goo grenade, glitch trap, dematerializer, jump pad, zip line, proximity sensor, and a bunch of weapons. And still, these skill-issue players cry for nerfs to melee and weak wepon even though they already have all those tools. They just can’t handle melee because of a skill issue.

I play all classes,melee was never a problem when I played Medium or Heavy(not to mention Light).If anything, having melee was a guaranteed win. But because of these dumb whining, stuff that wasn’t even meta got nerfed.That’s how you ruin patches.

About Double Barrel,you nerfed it, then reverted it. Because Light has low HP, so it needs to have high DPS. DB is only viable up close, and it needs to 2-tap Heavy.That balance was correct, so reverted.
The same goes for Sword.Nerfing melee damage is saying “don’t use it.” It’s the same mistake as with DB. Sword was built around close-range and low health.it required specific damage combinations for each classes. so lunge was 140.

Okay, you fuckers want your sword back? remove multi hit on all of lights melee weapon. The problem isnt the damage, its the multihit. I dont want to join a match only to get wiped by a bee with a claymore as a stinger. Heavy on paper is the weakest classes out of them all. Slow as shit and huge as fuck with zero gadgets that can help them move across the map. Lets see the light. Small like a bee and moves like one too with both ability and gadgets supporting the high mobility.

Lets have a scenario. 3v3, both have a team comp of HML. Light pops an invis and kills the medium with DB ALONE and zips away with a grapple before the other light and heavy inflicts enough damage. Now the heavy does that, Moves inside the building and kills the medium with a sledge. Now what? popping a dome shield wouldnt help when theres 2 dudes who can fuck you up in less than 5 second. Running away? With a mobility of a rock and a hitbox as visible as a building just stay in place atp.

they need to remove defib sickness. Being respawned with 75hp (as a light main) with no ammo (because I use double-barrel and died because my 2 shots either didn't register properly or I missed), and my grapple and all my util on cooldown is what makes the defib garbage. I have never yelled at people so much to not defib me until they nerfed the defib with that. Put my util or my specialization on cooldown, not both, and maybe it should give more than half health since that was an adjustment they made when defib was still super powerful. Just like how mines, breach charges, C4 and throwables all got nerfed to hell to make nukes less annoying, it didn't work so they removed nukes entirely but left all the shit that got nerfed leading up to that.

Also Nerf Dash, it's the last no-skill crutch that lights have.

@sly spoke try using the DB, it's literally in the top 3 for hardest guns to use.

@graceful aspen 10 kills in QC is pretty low bro. You're also very limited to fights you can take because you're forced to close distances and if you miss or screw up you're dead and no where your team can help you

@wet herald it would be just as balanced if it only cooled down your specialization, which would stop defib-chains, which was the entire point of defib sickness. But leaving me essentially a free one-shot kill with ZERO options besides run and hope I don't get winged by a stray bullet in my big toe.

The game needs a walk button. Always sprint is nice since you wanna sprint almost all the time but a walk button would be good to hold down when you want to be sneaky and make less sounds for a few seconds. That's how it used to be in the old games 20 years ago and it's better than the toggle function since it's requires more fiddling.

Hoping we get another light spec in S7. Things have been incredibly stale since dash became the only spec that was even close to viable. Since nobody wants dash to be viable, I'm assuming grapple and invis shouldn't either, and I would rather see something new, even if it's bad.

Suggestion regarding the minigun

What is it I don't like?
The minigun needs to spin up for so long that enemies can deal a lot of damage or even kill the heavy before the minigun has the chance to fire even a single bullet, given that both players hit LMB at the same time

What do I suggest?
Moving the part of the spin-up where a player can't shoot from before firing to after firing, meaning once the heavy w/ minigun lets go of LMB they have to wait a second or so until they can shoot again, or in other words a wind-down to replace part of the wind-up, so that a minigun heavy has to either commit to continue shooting or make themselves defenseless for a second, as opposed to any time they aren't already spun up

Health pools should be concrete for everyone. I'm tired of running into classes with more health then they should have. (Just played a match did 264 damage to a medium consecutively, they didn't have any healing throughout the firefight) but they lived.

Buff to flamethrower : exponantional damage when on fire and receiving damage from flamethrower.

This will force heavy to close distance and use environnement to their advantages (even tho most maps are now only made for long distance fight).

It will be a hand emote for the left hand (As every other hand emote) which tosses a coin (With a very satisfaction sound effect, like the ULTRAKILL's one) and then grab it in the air and the emote finishes

I just come back after weeks. Nothing change. Light still nerf for nothing and get kill behind wall after a dash because Embark servers can't register correctly

  • Why in WT, lose in final round against a tri-stack squad when I'm playing solo ?
  • Add "step" in the reload animation so when you climb on something during a reload, it's not completly reset.
  • Add a report option " Sabotage " in the report section in game please.
  • Let us choose our sight weapons at the beginning of a game
  • Delete low gravity event. It's not fun AT ALL
  • Random skin and charm list for weapons/gadgets
  • We shouldn't lost point in ranked when a team mate leave the squad and didn't play during the round
  • Let us invite friends or join them in group even if we are not the group leader
  • Add the possibility to look at the profil/card of friends and recent players.

  • Cerberus nerf is useless. Nerf it more.
  • REVERT CL40 BUFF. It's just in every game and it's not fun at all.
  • You shouldn't be able to right clic sword + dash
  • CB01-Repeater is just stupidly OP. Nerf the damage
  • Buff Vanish Bomb and make it start regen instant. It will increase survability for the Light and it can be use for your teammates too !
  • Nerf Turret range.
  • Nerf proximity sensor range
  • Reduce the radius of the reflect of the Dual Blade or let us shoot in the feet or something else to let us counter DB when you got an AR
  • Nerf the range of the KS shotgun. You can put 100 dmg at 20m. Nevermind, you just buff it even more
  • Nerf PIKE to 48 instead of 50 dmg. You know what you did in 5.8 with that.
  • LH1 nerf was to strong in 6.0. Buff it to 45 dmg.
  • Flamethrower and hook should NOT get you through walls or other.
  • Flamethrower is bugged too, thanks to your servers, you can hit people without being in the range + you can take more damage from burning than the player itself. Nonsense
  • Nerf the hammer like you did for the sword to 100, because > Winch + Hammer + Melee = Free Kill. Same with chains.
  • Revive and Objectives score should add additional points in ranked
  • Rework defib: Reduce the cooldown reset to 5s and give 100HP instead of 50% of your HP. It will force Medium to revive more safety !
  • Rework Sonar : Scan 5 times instead of 3 but if you don't move it can't scan you
  • Winch and lockbolt shouldn't do damage.

Today I had again 2-3 matches where in one team there was people who were clearly above average skill lvl guys and then other team with people who did not know how to play at all.

When i talk about difference of skill level, it is not like CS:GO Silver and Silver Master Guardian. The difference of skill is actually like between Silver and Master Guardian Elite.

There should be 3-6 matches that evaluate your skill level and then the game pairs you with people of same skill level.

Having someone who hugs walls and looks for loot and plays with buttons is worse that not having team mate at all in game where we have people who get 15 eliminations and +2500 objective score.

What I Don’t Like

  • Triple Medium (MMM) comps are annoying to play against and creating frustrating gameplay. They’re especially oppressive in the final round and have remained an issue since Season 3. Current state of Cerb doesn't help. Let me be clear, it's not the difficulty I want to highlight, but how unfun it is to play against this composition.

  • The revive-focused playstyle makes fights feel one-sided and exhausting if you don't yourself have at least 2 mediums with defib and glitch mine. Facing a team that can revive quickly and repeatedly often feels like you need to eliminate them 6 times just to gain ground, even if you outplay them. I'm all for drawn out fights but preferably with class variety not the same class 3 extra times.

  • Other triple-class comps (LLL, HHH) have their own problems, but MMM stands out. Its combination of health, utility, and revive power makes it uniquely hard to counter and unfun to play against.

What I’d Suggest

  • Reward strategic variety and class interdependence. Emphasize mechanics that make Lights, Heavies, and Mediums more interdependent, so that optimal team performance comes from combining their strengths rather than stacking one class.

  • Encourage mixed-class compositions through game design or incentives. Create balance mechanics or rewards that make diverse team comps (Light/Medium/Heavy) more effective or attractive. This could be minor synergy bonuses for mixed teams or diminishing returns for duplicate gadgets.

  • Consider limiting teams to a maximum of two players per class, or applying passive drawbacks when all three players choose the same gadget (like a slower revive speed on the 3rd defib).

  • Balance revive tools and sustain abilities around team diversity. Make revive-focused builds less effective when stacked, encouraging teams to spread responsibilities across classes rather than loading all utility into a single role.

Here is a list of weapons that need to be buffed but not make them meta in the next balance patch

Spear: increase the basic attack damage combo to 70, 80, 95 and increase the spin attack damage to either 120 or 130

KS-23: increase the projectile speed to 500m/s, add a 1.2x headshot multiplier, increase the environmental damage so it can two shot most walls, I know it's a shotgun but it shoots slug rounds and this will reward players for hitting headshots with the KS-23

Riot shield: increase the swing speed by a little and make it so we can bash people while blocking if they get too close and the bash will do no damage but will knock them back a bit but not too far maybe like 5 meters and increase the movement speed when blocking

R.357:Increase the bodyshot damage to 75 and decrease the headshot multiplier to 1.9 therefore making it 75 × 1.9=142.5 and also decrease the fire rate by a little bit maybe from 140 to 130

Dual blades: add a parry mechanic so it can parry secondary attacks of other melee weapons like the sledgehammers overhead charge but it can't parry the primary attacks of other melee weapons and increase the first swing damage from 50 to 55 and increase the second swing damage from 60 to 65 and lastly increase the final attack damage from 65 to 75 and make it so the final attack can be done faster and increase the movement speed when deflecting by just a little bit

AKM: increase magazine capacity to 34, 35 or 36, the choice is yours on what number you choose

ARN-220: increase the fire rate to 750 rpm, decrease the duration of the tactical reload animation from 2.45s to 2.30s, decrease the duration of the full reload animation from 2.80s to 2.60s

Smoke Grenade: decrease the ammo from 3 to 2, and decrease the cooldown from 50s to 20s

Ks-23 still needs more buffs to be decent.
The spread needs to be reduced to 0. The spread on the ks-23 makes it unrelieable even within its effective range and having your gun be unrelieable when it heavily punishes you for missing (in the ks-23s case oftentimes a lost 1v1) is not a good idea. Not to mention that the ks-23 already isnt the easiest to use gun due to its awkward projectile, the existence of the projectile makes accurate ks-23 shots a point of skill expression and not rng.,
The ks-23 heavily struggles at killing heavies and mediums. Needing 3 shots for mediums and 4 for heavies at its current rate of fire makes it a pain to kill them, but the thing that breaks it is the fact theres no tech to reduce the ammount of shots needed. No headshots, no qm combos. The damage output of a really good ks-23 player and a bad one (as long as theyre hitting their shots) is the exact same. My suggestion is to buff its damage to 105. This enables 2 shot qm for medium and 3 shot qm for heavy. By enabeling these qm combos the ks-23 play is rewarded for playing in melee range bringing back the effectiveness and the old brawler playstyle it had when animation canceling was in the game.,
Of course winch damage would have to be reduced to 0 to avoid light oneshot combos

Increase spear damage by 5 so spear isnt on the losing end of winch nerf

About Double Barrel,you nerfed it, then reverted it. Because Light has low HP, so it needs to have high DPS. DB is only viable up close, and it needs to 2-tap Heavy.That balance was correct, so reverted.
The same goes for Sword.Nerfing melee damage is saying “don’t use it.” It’s the same mistake as with DB. Sword was built around close-range and low health.it required specific damage combinations for each classes. so lunge was 140.

it would be freaking epic if spears alt spin attack was replaced with a spear throw. The spear secondary is the corniest thing in the game for something like powershift lets be real and having a melee weapon that can also be a projectile would be hella unique. and and and it's a spear 😁

Game Feedback? Sure: This game designed to be infuriating and it's taking away from the enjoyment, Progressively getting worse per season even though we are fortunate to have a stable playerbase to achieve great things.

UE5 has a ton of exploits to abuse and goes unpunished if you do. Solo Queue highlights all the games problems, and that doesn't mean solo queue is "hurr durr doesn't want to play a team game"...no the problem isnt the team dynamics, it's the map, gameplay, design, and performance of the game itself. All seems like a lazily put together after thought.

Absolutely brutal if you play well, but clearly player data is not utilized to it's full potential. archetypes are a balancing disaster. counterplay is improbable outside theory.

However, music is great. environments are great. cosmetics are great. lore is great. Really nailed all the WT and sponosorship vibes, but jfc gameplay sucks ass 60% of the time for 90% of the playerbase.the elite put on a great show, but they can only carry this games appeal so far...

I really don't think sword was ever the problem, and if it was, then I have a solution.
Revert sword to it's state at launch. Back then it was really weak, which was why it got buffed in the first place. If sword really deserved the nerf it got and it wasn't because of dash, then reverting sword to the weakest it's ever been (not counting right now) would solve the problem.
I think sword was strong in combination with dash, not the other way around. It was weak, and then dash started getting used with it and it was strong. The problem was never sword.

CL40 Is a pub stomp weapon. Great for crowds in lobbies against people who don't know how to play the game. If CL40 gets nerfed again it'll probably be unusable. Its already tough to use against anyone half-aware of the user, has terrible sustain, and kills the user if the opponent pressures them in a close range engagement. Shame because it's a fun projectile weapon and the only other grenade launcher is the one on heavy and that thing is already garbage.

Your "Win Points" system for World Tour frankly just sucks. Here's why:

  1. World Tour is your main casual gamemode. It's the one you spend the most time tweaking. It's the one you add funny gimmicks to every week. It's the one you give the most rewards for playing. Being specifically forced to win (as opposed to just playing or playing well outside of winning) contradicts the design of making it a casual mode and inherently makes it more competitive and toxic.
  2. The grind is excessive. Assuming every round is 15 minutes and you win each round 50% of the time (which would mean you're an average player), that means you have to spend over 147 hours each season for Emerald 1 -- JUST in World Tour. It's only been 3 seasons of the new Emerald system and it's already getting tedious and causing burnout.
  3. Those who already have Emerald 1 don't get anything. Them winning is literally just blocking progress for other players.

I understand incentivizing people to play WT with rewards, though. I suggest you replace Win Points with Cash Earned. Say, for example, instead of 2400 Win Points to get Emerald 1, you need to earn a total of $10,000,000 to get Emerald 1. You can further tweak the numbers as you like (maybe even give more cash in the gamemode itself?), but this should at least let you easily address point 1 (and kind of point 3).

Here is a list of weapons that need to be buffed but not make them meta in the next balance patch

Spear: increase the basic attack damage combo to 70, 80, 95 and increase the spin attack damage to either 120 or 130

KS-23: increase the projectile speed to 500m/s, add a 1.2x headshot multiplier, increase the environmental damage so it can two shot most walls, I know it's a shotgun but it shoots slug rounds and this will reward players for hitting headshots with the KS-23

Riot shield: increase the swing speed by a little and make it so we can bash people while blocking if they get too close and the bash will do no damage but will knock them back a bit but not too far maybe like 5 meters and increase the movement speed when blocking

R.357:Increase the bodyshot damage to 75 and decrease the headshot multiplier to 1.9 therefore making it 75 × 1.9=142.5 and also decrease the fire rate by a little bit maybe from 140 to 130

Dual blades: add a parry mechanic so it can parry secondary attacks of other melee weapons like the sledgehammers overhead charge but it can't parry the primary attacks of other melee weapons and increase the first swing damage from 50 to 55 and increase the second swing damage from 60 to 65 and lastly increase the final attack damage from 65 to 75 and make it so the final attack can be done faster and increase the movement speed when deflecting by just a little bit

AKM: increase magazine capacity to 34, 35 or 36, the choice is yours on what number you choose

ARN-220: increase the fire rate to 750 rpm, decrease the duration of the tactical reload animation from 2.45s to 2.30s, decrease the duration of the full reload animation from 2.80s to 2.60s

Smoke Grenade: decrease the ammo from 3 to 2, and decrease the cooldown from 50s to 20s

Make 93r have more fire rate like reducing the time between bursts,make it shoot 4 bullets and make them incendiary and name the gun spitfire which makes more sense.

The ks23 needs slightly higher projectile speed as even in mid range u have to lead your shots and it looks like it should hit but doesn’t and bullet deviation makes it worse.
It needs wall penetration after it’s weakened by one slug first and headshot 1.2x to make it truly unique and stand out.

Light breach charge needs to stack damage atleast close to what it was in season1

U should be able to charge a riot shield bash by using the weapon inspection button where u hit ur shield with Barton as a taunt and a telegraph,then u will shield bash to get closer or knock(5 damage) them off structures

New dual blades in battle pass where the animations is that u sharpen one blade by dragging in to the other blade creating sparks.đŸ’„

The Real issue is whinng from noobs who struggle against Lights or something. Stop nerf. Just buff underperforming and unfairly nerfed weapons.

If the Sword’s lunge doesn’t go back to 140 damage,it’s just useless.If it’s under 140,you can’t use it against Medium or Heavy at all.That value was carefully calculated and made sense in terms of balance.

Everyone knows Dagger,Sword and all melee get countered by Light.But you nerfed Sword while pretending it was for the sake of Lights, even though it was obviously done to benefit Mediums.
People are tired of these blatant patches made only for Medium.There’s a reason people started saying “The Mediums”.
Heavy is still powerful at close range,so melee isn’t even a threat to them.

Medium has tons of tools to counter melee: turrets, mines, goo grenade, glitch trap, dematerializer, jump pad, zip line, proximity sensor, and a bunch of weapons. And still, these skill-issue players cry for nerfs to melee and weak wepon even though they already have all those tools. They just can’t handle melee because of a skill issue.

I play all class,melee was never a problem when I played Medium or Heavy(not to mention Light).If anything, having melee was a guaranteed win. But because of these dumb whining, stuff that wasn’t even meta got nerfed.That’s how you ruin patches.

If you keep listening to people who ask for nerfs not because something is overpowered,but just because it annoys them(cause skill issue), of course the game will fall apart. And in doing so, you're killing the fun and variety of the game.

About Double Barrel,you nerfed it, then reverted it. Because Light has low HP, so it needs to have high DPS. DB is only viable up close, and it needs to 2-tap Heavy.That balance was correct, so reverted.
The same goes for Sword.Nerfing melee damage is saying “don’t use it.” It’s the same mistake as with DB. Sword was built around close-range and low health.it required specific damage combinations for each classes. so lunge was 140.

I think slot of us want cataclysm events like volcano eruption/ tsunami rouge waves / tornado / thunder / windstorm/ burning sun/ and blizzard .

These can have effects to the map where it destroys parts of maps maybe like flash flood and lava can destroy first floors .

Maybe add a malee ability to the heavy such as suplex of another character.

Maybe give heavy speed with a rocket boots or double jump ability ?

Give lights nun chucks that can be throw

Give medium a m14 or Draco

Give heavy shield and sword but punish movement

go cry about it. This game isnt going to make it till the end of the year. Its dead and the only people left are the basement kids that haven't seen sunlight since their birth.
New players dont end up staying because the only people left are ruby's who's primary goal in life is to be the best at a dying video game.
The reason why they nurf weapons is their sad attempt at trying to make the game easier for new players. But they obviously are failing at it because they cant get a full team of 12 players in a similar ranks, as there are not enough new players to create a balanced team. Hence why they removed the ability to see players ranks in ranked now...

You can complain all you want but we all know this game is dying because of it. The skill gap is so large that its not going to be possible to introduce new players into the game fairly.
Plus you get your smurfs that cant play in their rank anymore so they have to make new accounts to make themselves feel good at the game... Embark has no interest at keeping their game fair by actually banning these players or implementing hardware bans, when you cheat.

More and more I feel like I have to play Light and use thermal vision because of how many invisible lights there are. Like idk about you but I cannot fucking see or hear the cloaking effect. I keep switching away from Medium or Heavy and when I play light my loadout has to have thermal or else Im just really limited.

Just... invisibility is a shit idea. This game would be so much more fun and less frustrating without it. its allegedly intended to be for "sneak tactics and escape" but its never been used that way. People use it as a combat ability.

damage wise, the sniper is in the perfect spot right now, its objectively the worst shooting weapon existing, but it can be valuable in high ranked if you are an literal AIM GOD who hits at least one headshot on every enemy no matter the distance. This sounds bad right? But it’s perfect. sniper is THE most annoying weapon to lose against and should NEVER be meta. same goes with overpowered shotguns.
the only way to allow a fundamentally annoying weapon without making it insanely unfun for people to play against,
is making it so skill dependent that you literally cant complain if you lose against it bc the sniper player will ALWAYS be more skilled than you.
btw this concept should be applied to all fundamentally annoying weapons.

  4. NO in air accuracy at all

  5. NONSENSE scope wobble if getting shot

  6. MENTAL ability to NOT being able to aim instantly anywhere else than the bottom if adsing out of a climb.

2 teams rushing us last second to deny us the win
being forced to fight another loosing team, and then being wiped by the winning team and getting nothing
successfully defeating the winning team, just to then be wiped by the other team, giving them the objective for free
its frustrating, especially since it hits those hardest that try to complete the objective and put in effort instead of camping for the last second rush
every time this happens i cant help but think this wouldnt happen in 5v5

i think it would make the game a lot more enjoyable

Is there a rule against boosters in this game? Every high elo lobby has people with 50 wins and 1 guy who sucks at game in their team? Is this normal embark? Alt accounts are fine like they want to get other sponsor awards but having alts to boost people is not normal and should be banned and finding boosters not that hard. @sterile yew no i know they are at alt accounts. Most of the rubies got there by doing that. In ruby grind discord almost every ruby rank guy has one to play with their friends who are diamond. So they don't risk their placement at top 500 while playing with them.
Unrelated to this there are teaming that happens mostly at night times. So they can snipe each other easier.
Cheaters that boost people to ruby there are some people get their account boosted every season to ruby. for example Beginner#0199 did it for 3 seasons

Some suggestions with Melee weapons:

  • Riot shield: Make it permanent. Switching to gadgets, reviving, and stealing will still activate the riot on the left arm.

  • Dual Blades + Spear: make equipping these offensive Melees give a speed boost to the user, to compensate for their lack of utility and encourage it's ambushing playstyle.

  • Make sword usable again

Weapon suggestions :

-Cerb

  • Rework it into a slug shotgun that fires hitscan rounds unlike the ks23. These rounds should deal the following damage : 75(body)/50 (afterburn), 100 (head)/50 (afterburn).

This gun isn't necessarily overpowered, it is on the brink of overtuned. However, the issue with it is that it is both incredibly easy to use AND brings incredible utility while being nearly if not the best pick for medium. My rework idea centers around keeping the weapon strong when you hit your shots, keeping it's identity as the incendiary shotgun and keeping it distinct from the ks23 with it being a hitscan weapon with the ability to headshot, while removing the ease-of-use since the strongest weapons should never be the easiest to use.

  • Give the weapon a combat reload which reloads 2 grenades at a time, when more than 2 are missing.

This weapon closely mirrors the identity of the Cerb as a strong "light remover" that takes little skill to use in close quarters. However it is distinct from the Cerb in that it actually takes a good amount of skill to use at range while also having multiple drawbacks such as self damage and a very punishing reload. I would like the reload to be improved in order to allow the CL to be more viable at long range covering fire and area denial, as the weapon is currently a reload simulator.

  • Remove the animation that plays when there is an unspent shell in the chamber and your character has to catch it as it gets ejected.

Yes, this is realistic. This is how the weapon works in real life. This also makes it an incredible pain in the ass to reload and forces players to empty the gun pretty much anytime you want to reload for a quick 1+2 combat reload.

  • Increase it's damage from 100 to 110.

This may be somewhat controversial, since the reason that the ks doesn't already do 110 damage, is that it "could quick melee oneshot lights", but let's sit down and think about this for a second. The sledgehammer already does that with winch. Basically any weapon effectively does that with winch. The light is a high mobility class that should never even be close to heavy and heavy SHOULD be able to punish the light while he is out of position. If you get shot by a projectile shotgun and then kiss the heavy on the cheek as a light, you should die. With all of that said, this change would help the weapon immensely as it would allow heavy to 2 shot+qm mediums and 3 shot+qm heavies, which at least lets the ks punish poor positionning or capitalize on it's close quarters wall breaching gimmeck.

I just want lmgs to not feel like ass tbh, way too little fire rate for the damage. Once you get a minigun you have zero reason to use any lmg as a heavy. Also for the love of God PLEASE increase the cooldown for lights invisibility it's annoying as hell to play against, not hard just annoying. Tired of fighting against it almost every match because every single try hard in existence doesn't know what a shower is and only plays the most broken meta builds

Suggestion for minigun:

Since the minigun has almost zero accuracy at mid to long range and feels pretty useless in those situations, maybe consider adding some kind of deployable tripod or stand. When deployed, the player wouldn’t be able to move—only pivot around slowly (so you can’t instantly turn 180Âș), which would keep it weak at close range since enemies could easily flank you. But in exchange, the minigun would gain a massive boost in accuracy: almost no recoil and very tight spread, making it much more viable for holding down long corridors or open spaces.

Spec idea for light:
Score boost
-This spec would take the form of a passive score and a linked damage multiplier.
-Activation runs on a resource bar, while active you gain points for hitting shots and performing actions.
-Multiplier has a 10% damage cap, and it decays by 1% every 3 seconds.
-encourages fast paced play, as 10% boost is only active as long as you are CONSTANTLY moving and shooting, but things like a 5% multiplier still have important synergies.

This would also be pretty cool as a CNS themed arcade spec.

And you’ll also understand that CL40 is just a joke gun. Ya it’s annoying to play against, but it’s also not that hard to deal with considering if you get close enough you’ve almost completely countered the gun. It’s nothing that needs a nerf, especially considering the fact it already had multiple nerfs in the past. It’s fine how it is now. Any gun can be like this, where you take three of them and mess with an entire lobby. That doesn’t make the gun actually broken or needing of a nerf. CL40 really doesn’t need a nerf at all.

I’ve never had less fun than playing powershift against snipers. One is bad enough.

If they get in a good spot there’s nothing you can do. Sniper one shots lights and it’s very easy to do it with the hip fire. (For some insane reason?)

Nobody else can reach them. Awful weapon. Extremely unfun.

In cashout the consensus is that you’re useless and in powershift the whole lobby does not get to have fun.

Ks-23 still needs more buffs to be decent.
The spread needs to be reduced to 0. The spread on the ks-23 makes it unrelieable even within its effective range and having your gun be unrelieable when it heavily punishes you for missing (in the ks-23s case oftentimes a lost 1v1) is not a good idea. Not to mention that the ks-23 already isnt the easiest to use gun due to its awkward projectile, the existence of the projectile makes accurate ks-23 shots a point of skill expression and not rng.,
The ks-23 heavily struggles at killing heavies and mediums. Needing 3 shots for mediums and 4 for heavies at its current rate of fire makes it a pain to kill them, but the thing that breaks it is the fact theres no tech to reduce the ammount of shots needed. No headshots, no qm combos. The damage output of a really good ks-23 player and a bad one (as long as theyre hitting their shots) is the exact same. My suggestion is to buff its damage to 105. This enables 2 shot qm for medium and 3 shot qm for heavy. By enabeling these qm combos the ks-23 play is rewarded for playing in melee range bringing back the effectiveness and the old brawler playstyle it had when animation canceling was in the game.,
Of course winch damage would have to be reduced to 0 to avoid light oneshot combos

Should there be a penalty for playing too far off the cash out? Meaning if you’re more than X meters away a team can spawn closer to your cash out.

This way the team that died doesn’t get beamed immediately after spawning from the sight lines that allow for it.

Instead it makes the defending team choose if they wanna play off the cash then they must understand there is a risk with going too far and that risk is the attacking team possibly spawning very close to cash out as a penalty

Yo Embark, new season looking fun! I just hope ur not reworking another map unnecessarily. And the "The Divide" picture is looking fire with the lady robot and asian dude.
I just have 1 request, we already have a lot of new head cosmetics but they are almost all women. Would be nice to have a new head for the guys, besides the mannequin and cns blue face guys that we got 🙂 would add alot of variety cuz the default white guy is still very overused (face 05).

The Real issue is whinng from noobs who struggle against Lights or something. Stop nerf. Just buff underperforming and unfairly nerfed weapons.

If the Sword’s lunge doesn’t go back to 140 damage,it’s just useless.If it’s under 140,you can’t use it against Medium or Heavy at all.That value was carefully calculated and made sense in terms of balance.

Everyone knows Dagger,Sword and all melee get countered by Light.But you nerfed Sword while pretending it was for the sake of Lights, even though it was obviously done to benefit Mediums.
People are tired of these blatant patches made only for Medium.There’s a reason people started saying “The Mediums”.
Heavy is still powerful at close range,so melee isn’t even a threat to them.

Medium has tons of tools to counter melee: turrets, mines, goo grenade, glitch trap, dematerializer, jump pad, zip line, proximity sensor, and a bunch of weapons. And still, these skill-issue players cry for nerfs to melee and weak wepon even though they already have all those tools. They just can’t handle melee because of a skill issue.

I play all class,melee was never a problem when I played Medium or Heavy(not to mention Light).If anything, having melee was a guaranteed win. But because of these dumb whining, stuff that wasn’t even meta got nerfed.That’s how you ruin patches.

If you keep listening to people who ask for nerfs not because something is overpowered,but just because it annoys them(cause skill issue), of course the game will fall apart. And in doing so, you're killing the fun and variety of the game.

About Double Barrel,you nerfed it, then reverted it. Because Light has low HP, so it needs to have high DPS. DB is only viable up close, and it needs to 2-tap Heavy.That balance was correct, so reverted.
The same goes for Sword.Nerfing melee damage is saying “don’t use it.” It’s the same mistake as with DB. Sword was built around close-range and low health.it required specific damage combinations for each classes. so lunge was 140.

Games Balance seems really good right now I'd just like to see some sword nerfs I keep dominating Ruby lobbies with it and I'm sure it's only worse in lower brackets. Dounlr Barrel could use some love though probably bump the damage up a bit

Can a voting system be put into play for maps?, like can 2 sets of teams vote too ban 1 map and the other 2 teams ban another, they pick between only 2, and are given the option to refresh the map options. Just in case the 2 maps aren’t an issue to the majority of players who like those maps.

Here is a list of weapons that need to be buffed but not make them meta in the next balance patch

Spear: increase the basic attack damage combo to 70, 80, 95 and increase the spin attack damage to either 120 or 130

KS-23: increase the projectile speed to 500m/s, add a 1.2x headshot multiplier, increase the environmental damage so it can two shot most walls, I know it's a shotgun but it shoots slug rounds and this will reward players for hitting headshots with the KS-23

Riot shield: increase the swing speed by a little and make it so we can bash people while blocking if they get too close and the bash will do no damage but will knock them back a bit but not too far maybe like 5 meters and increase the movement speed when blocking

R.357:Increase the bodyshot damage to 75 and decrease the headshot multiplier to 1.9 therefore making it 75 × 1.9=142.5 and also decrease the fire rate by a little bit maybe from 140 to 130

Dual blades: add a parry mechanic so it can parry secondary attacks of other melee weapons like the sledgehammers overhead charge but it can't parry the primary attacks of other melee weapons and increase the first swing damage from 50 to 55 and increase the second swing damage from 60 to 65 and lastly increase the final attack damage from 65 to 75 and make it so the final attack can be done faster and increase the movement speed when deflecting by just a little bit

AKM: increase magazine capacity to 34, 35 or 36, the choice is yours on what number you choose

ARN-220: increase the fire rate to 750 rpm, decrease the duration of the tactical reload animation from 2.45s to 2.30s, decrease the duration of the full reload animation from 2.80s to 2.60s

Smoke Grenade: decrease the ammo from 3 to 2, and decrease the cooldown from 50s to 20s

I thought our feedback was heard but i dont think so now. New season new amount of xp for each lvl, less xp from contracts, wasted money and time to grind. I have bought 20 bp level as I could not play more then 5-6 h a week though I really wanted to get to last rewards. Last season dayli xp was higher, you lowered it this season and increased total xp for a BP, through events there were no xp for daily quests. In the end i dont understand what is the poit of changing the xp amount making it so casual players have no opportunity to get what was payed for. the only opportunity for me is logging in everyday and do dailies and game becomes works instead of fun. I hope you will finally address it and align xp amount to contracts xp, so people dont have to wasted their money and time, to gamble and find out last minute whether embark have 75k per lvl on the last row or 20 k per lvl.
