AND THE #1 AND #2 TEAMS FROM THAT ROUND GO TO A 3V3 for 1st and 2nd place... and the losers (#3/ #4 place) of the cashout round go to a 3V3 to fight for the 3rd place and the loser of that gets 4th place. Adjust the RS addition/ deduction according to that.

Make an effort of fixing the mode instead of making a "playercount" excuse.

Of course the mode will have less players if it's designed in such a shitty way.

After closing the game, I noticed that my Local Security Authority Protection (LSAP) was deactivated. I'm not sure if it's related to the game or just a coincidence, but has anyone else experienced this before?

Usually a game wouldn't do that - I mean there is always a small chance, but LSAP would never turn itself off.
As well as this - AWS downtime wouldn't affect LSAP,

If you know how to, probably be interesting to check windows event logs to see what turned it off around that time, if you don't know how to do that then maybe just consider a malware scan or something along them lines.

Yeah usually a game wouldn't do something like that, but I have no idea what else could've caused it. Might be problems related to Windows 11 since I upgraded not too long ago. Hey everyone,
I've been trying to unlock the Busy Body achievement on Xbox — the one where you have to eliminate 3 enemies with a melee weapon in under 10 seconds. I’ve pulled this off multiple times in public matches using different classes and melee weapons, but the achievement just won’t unlock.

I already reached out to the devs through their official website and also contacted Xbox Support, but haven’t gotten any response from either side. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue or knows if this achievement is bugged?

My gf and I both play on the same PlayStation, we have seperate accounts. When we play The Finals on her account, the character seems to move much faster. When we switch to my account it feels so much slower.

If the Devs recommend the latest drivers then unfortunately I just don't trust them. In the game's settings they tell you not to run exclusive fullscreen for some reason, which is a load of horse %%%%. You run every game you want to run well in exc full.

dx11 is usually a stutterfest. It limits the game to 4c/8 threads, while dx12 had a 8c/16 thread limit. If you have less than 6 cores it Might help, but because there's so much going on with the environment changing, it's unlikely . what's your specs? are you having issues running the game?

Actually, my performance has been phenomenal since CB. You wouldn't believe it, I've been getting 60-80 fps on medium-high settings (w/2k upscaled in-game resolution... my native monitor & windows resolution is 1080p, but the game is sharper in 2k, and the performance was never affected by this) My friend with a 2022 setup is only getting marginally better performance. He has always been complaining about FPS, while I've been enjoying the game on my 2015 prehistoric setup. But the new update definitely broke the performance for me

On Steam, the achievement "Artful Expression", which you’re supposed to get by performing an emote while eliminating an opponent, seems to be bugged.

We checked the logs and we can see that on the 25th your graphics setting went from being set to Low to being set to Epic. I assume you didn't change this yourself, or did you? Did you notice? Our suggestion would be to try Low again and see if you get the same performance as before

I remember that not all my settings were set to low. Low-medium. Right now, I tried medium-high for the GPU-related settings. The CPU settings I keep on low.

The problem happens with my Denuvo crash on startup first then after loading up The Finals after that crash, werfault pop up and notified me about it before crashing the kernel again
Doing sfc /scannow, I got it fixed up

This crash happened to me two times before, I have to recommend replacing Denuvo with something else because of how shady and wonky Denuvo works, hell, it crashed my Kernel 3 times now

Already tested and I always set off raytracing. I check every time if the game changes some setting. I've tested every fix read online, on the Embark crash troubleshooting guide, I've even rolled back my GPU drivers but nothing changed. Still crashing, since friday and never before that update

At least 15 crashes, I dont know why it shows only three. Most of the time it crashed with the white window pop up that I've linked in my bug report, both popups on crash are linked there. The TFLA0029 seems to be an account connection error I would make sure your account is still linked to the platform you want it to be. @mild marsh I would try revalidating your steam files. The error usually stems from the following

1. GPU hang or time out -> will happen if the gpu is hot or overclocked in some instances
2. Your game files are corrupt and need to be revalidated

• Go to steam -> the finals -> right click -> properties -> installed files -> verify integrity of game files

3. Background software conflict

• If you have msi afterburner, discord overlay enabled, or razer synapse this can cause conflicts with memory access

4. Ram or cpu instability -> your ram is becoming faulty, cpu is over heating or dying, ram isn't plugged in all the way, mismatched ram capacity i.e. 16gb stick and 8gb stick in your slots.

@last steeple I would check nvidia app if you are using it, it could be trying to "optimize" each time you load, there should be an option to turn that off I would make sure that is off.
@lost yarrow I beleive the pumpkin should dissapear I havent payed much attention to it. I know you shouldn't get the same item from a pumpkin twice though

I'd try enabling nvidia reflex with boost. It should be in your graphics settings, If you have framegen on that will also ad input delay if you dont have a fast enough cpu/gpu. As far as the keep walking issue you could have something for you input turned on so I would check all of your setting for that.

I forgot to iterate it well enough, If you get a System/Kernel Crash, you need to do sfc /scannow on the Command Prompt with Admin permissions just for it to find and repair Denuvo because it will keep crashing your Memory if you don't fix it fast enough. The reason why is because Denuvo is trying to write a report error on the go as it tries to store cached memories. This is probably my hypothesis as to why there can be System crash in some cases.

Hey everyone,
just sharing this here in case it helps someone — I finally fixed the TFGE0001 “Server not responding” issue after days of testing.

If you’re on Windows 11 Insider / Dev / Canary builds (26200–26220) and the game won’t connect no matter what you do (reinstalls, DNS flush, firewall off, etc.), the problem isn’t your PC or network.
It’s actually a Windows bug — the system service WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery (WinHttpAutoProxySvc) is broken in these builds.
Denuvo Anti-Cheat depends on that service for its backend handshake, so when it fails, The Finals can’t authenticate and throws TFGE0001.

I reinstalled a stable Windows 11 23H2 (build 26100) using the official ISO (keeping personal files) — and the game worked instantly.
Same account, same network, same hardware.

So:
→ If you’re stuck with TFGE0001 on Insider builds, switch back to a stable release (22H2/23H2).
→ You’ll need to reinstall apps, but not lose your files.

Hopefully this helps the devs and saves other players some frustration.
This issue is 100% reproducible on Insider builds — confirmed by multiple users now.

Im currantly experiencing constant gamecrashes( unreal engine reports ). can someone help me with the isues?
I have a 7900 xt and a 9600x so specs arnt the problem

Russian players are unable to play the game. The Denuvo anti-cheat is preventing them from launching the game. I tried asking for help multiple times, and asking on multiple places, but nobody has replied. I don't think it's fair that players have to look for methods to bypass this, as they could risk getting banned. My friend, who is in Russia, doesn't know what to do. He hasn't been able to play since the new update.

If any dev sees this and can say whether this will be fixed in an update, or can tell my friend what to do, I'd greatly appreciate it.

He verified the files through Steam, tried allowing Denuvo and everything The Finals related in firewall. We even tried DNS over HTTPS, but no success.

the way i fixed it was
type in steam in your windows search bar
right click it, then click "open file location"
(if it takes you to the steam shortcut, right click that and click "open file location" too)
right click steam.exe, go to properties, compatibility tab, advanced, then check "run this program as an administrator", and click apply

weirdly i always thought it was running as admin as ive had steam for over a decade but ive never run into a problem with it before

Found it, it's a Charm and Sticker, Charm is of the Chicken, and Sticker is the 4 colored lines, Blue, Green, Yellow, Red, I didn't have to do anything to get it, just showed up.

you could try to delete the %AppData%/Local/Discovery folder, you will lose all configs including keybinds but maybe when the game re-creates the files you will not have the same issue. Could be a permissions issue related to the config file. Or maybe it was created when you ran game as admin and now you run as a non-admin user.

I feel like randomized weapon animations (choosing multiple animations at once) don't work really well. I inspect my weapon and it always does the same animation during a match. And then it changes next match but it still doesn't randomize. Let's say I pick 2 inspect animations. It definitely doesn't look like animations differ %50 of the time. It's more like %100 or %90(?) of the same one animation. I realized this with revolver's default and gun spinning animation.

Do I get how it works wrong? It should work like totally randomized with each inspect and not each match right?

I would like to talk to you about the problem that my game has been developing for some time... when we switch to the new season I never have the replay of the kill cam when I die so I don't know what it looks like but it's not the most serious in all this. Every round during a game(i guess the game is creating new server for every round, so 1 WT game = 3 different servers created for all rounds played) is a gamble for me whether the server created is gonna be super fucking laggy(unplayable level laggy) or normal, its not issue with my internet and also theres no network stats available to check ingame as well. TWO MAJOR BUGS TO REPORT:

1. audio bug - I had an issue where once put into a game I was unable to hear any footsteps or weapon usage (hammer swing, bullet firing) from myself, teammates, or enemies. I could hear when ziplines were in use, glass would break, or explosions, but I'd have no way of knowing where people were by sound nor had any sound of guns firing at me. This problem did not resolve until I restarted the game

2. respawn bug - I had a teammate in world tour who was unable to respawn in the middle of a match despite the fact that they had tokens still available to use. We ended up having to fight the last 2 minutes as a team of two because we could not afford to leave an objective to go revive. They also stated that they had that happen to them 3 times tonight

When Denuvo got added I have had much lower FPS, stuttering, and insane frame drops. I lost almost 40 frames. Please find another anti-cheating option. All graphics settings are already low and I'm using the RTX3080 graphics card for my 5800x3d CPU. Now do I need a better PC spec than this? I've been playing since the last Open Beta and Season 1, and I've loved this game so much that I've purchased Battlepass for every season. I put up with it when it was reported recently that Legacy Battlepass was being resold, but I've never seen a frame rate this low. Sometimes it's more than 40 frames apart. I don't think this is right. It's really upsetting.

The Finals, like Arc Raiders, does not allow the use of FSR Frame Generation if you have an RTX 40/50 series GPU. There is no reason this should be the case. I have a 5080 and 9800x3D, and somehow FSR FG still has less performance cost and lower latency than DLSS FG. Both options should be available to all players in both games.

The spawn invincibility in Blast Off feels like its a bit too long. People can be in the air and halfway across the arena while still invincible, which gives them the opportunity to get kills while still invincible. Is that intentional? Hi, I’m having an issue launching THE FINALS.

When I try to start the game, it closes right after the update verification.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

The launcher doesn’t stay running in the background.

Running as administrator doesn’t help.

Repairing the game changes nothing.

I have no third-party antivirus.

Deleting the Saved folder didn’t fix it.

I think the problem might be related to the anti-cheat, because I can’t launch the Epic Games launcher either.
