Hello, with my friend we found a game breaking bug on the map las vegas in sandstorm biome, it HAS to be fixed since it is an "out of map" bug that can ruine a whole game

Basically, if you are playing light or medium, you can enter a sandpile and you can shoot people and they can't shoot back, you can also take the vault and hide in it to wait the end of the timer, could be easily abused to win

With autohotkey being recently banned; killing the script still prevents the game from opening (cool wasted a few hours figuring that out; thanks for the non existent announcement/in game useful info). Trying to play fortnite afterwards now kills that game until next reboot (and i assume any game running anti cheat) . I use autohotkey for changing audio outputs (headsets/mics). A game is not a viable reason for me to uninstall a program. Any future plans to allow this program through? How is it not banned for other games...

For those struggling with the SYSTEM INTEGRITY ERROR, I have a very niche solution that was tested and is proven to work!

It involved disabling the FPS Monitoring via MSI AFTERBURNER.
Steam / NVIDIA FPS Overlays are completely fine, however when doing it from MSI Afterburner, the system will flag it as something that is taking data from the game that isn't officially recognized by the Easy Anti Cheat program.

Anything you have monitoring your game, I recommend just disabling it. Potentially, even something like that of the 'Rivatuner' Plugin for MSI Afterburner that limits Frame Rates could also be triggering this Error Message so please disable that if you are using it as well. (I recommend limiting FPS with NVIDIA Control Panel for my NVIDIA People)

Hope this helps someone who may be in a similar predicament!

Someone got permanently stuck as scanned by me after I used a sonar grenade, so that I could always see them. This only seemed to be on my end, as my teammates did not react to the guy running at them while invisible but I could still see him.

In the same game, my teammates shield wall was marked as an enemy's teams. So that I could not shoot through it but could damage it and it showed up red/pink, as enemy shields normally do. Once again, this persisted through death.

This is a bug relating to any melee weapon or the quick melee action. This bug makes them attack much faster than intended and is unfair if used properly with something like a macro. Inputs required ; The button selected for swapping to an item you physically pull out e.g goo nade + Quick melee or Button for weapon pull out + attack button for any given melee weapon. Press these inputs at the same time and multiple times - not too fast as there is a delay on hit registration with melee weapons and this bug will occur. TFGE0000: Caused when you have several skins equipped on a single weapon. Go through your loadout and make sure each gun has one skin. You can also delete your contestant and make a new one.

When playing with a controller, if you switch to "directional equipping", there is no where in the menus to properly edit your communication wheel options. The options in the Contestants "Expressions" tab seem to only map to the 4 directional wheels dedicated to either emotes or sounds, neither of which actually appear in the game when you activate your communication wheel. The wheel in-game has an 8 direction interface, and I'm not sure how it designates what is in each position.

That's a strange remark. I've never seen anything like it in any other game. When playing for light or medium build, I get this error when joining a match (any mode). If you start searching for a match by selecting a heavy build, then it calmly enters. Verified. I've been playing like this for several weeks now. i just want to point out the hypocrisy in the community in the unjustified c4 nerf when the same can be done by light class with breach charge and medium class can also do it with mines attached to throwable objects. but the number one and only complaint came from people who don't play heavy.

so if fair is fair, see attached below. you can delete whole teams in 1 shot. the wait time between 2 charges is less than the time it takes to run from one objective to another.

you have enough time to place 2 charges on anything before you run into another team. this is in fact more spammable than the c4 ever was.

they got cooldown increases. not damage decreases. and the breach charge 0 was changed about it. the only other thing they do now is add mass so you cant cross map throw them at teams anymore and 1 shot cross map 2 or 3 people at a time. are you sure you're not the one that didn't read the patch notes?

@desert pivot i'm not going to waste a 10 minute cooldown to respond to your clear lack of knowledge on the subject, but no one worth their time used the red explosive cannisters. fire barrels or toxic gas barrels have always been used. their area of effect is much larger and does more damage. and if they didn't die from the blast, they died from the effects of the fire or the gas almost immediately afterwards. which is what makes them so strong to begin with.

now, lets get back to what's fair is fair.

anyways. even with mass it requires you to to get a little closer to be more effective. meaning, your chances of actually getting that shot and/or timing down to be made easier and be able to pull it off guaranteed. i was actually doing this as a light yesterday. getting in peoples faces and wiping whole teams because the ignorance of the community seem to think it was only a c4 problem.

The increased mass makes it less spammable which was also applied to mines and breach charges, it makes it less spammable because you cant really use any barrel other than the read ones, the point of the nerf wasnt to make the nuke useless, it was to make it less efficient and spammable thus the mass nerf of the mines and breach charge do the same. The other issue is there is next to no reason not to take C4 with heavy whereas with light you would be sacrificing a good deal of utility with light replacing stun, glitch or invis or heck even gas grenades

I dislike one shots as much as anyone but to say the nerf for C4 was unjust is a bit silly, again its not just he can do it, its the frequency and effectiveness of that playstyle without sacrificing other utility options.

getting weird physics behaviour on arena throwables in the practice range when you detonate one c4 on a gas canister when it's midair and try to throw it again, might occur on other canisters as well but i havent been able to grab one and throw it before it exploded, light class breach charge explodes the canister immediately after detonating it like before the 1.5 update, it's unique to the c4.
One c4 doesn't detonate a gas canister unless the canister hits the floor or a wall and gets a bit damaged first, if you det the c4 when it's midair, the explosion will just jostle its trajectory and damage it just enough so that if you throw it again, the gas can will explode on impact. but this second throw has like messed up physics where the can will try to fly behind you and to the right and immediately explode on impact, regardless of where you're aiming. It feels weird that a breaching charge can det canisters more reliably than the c4.

What is happening? On PC the equipment wheel does not work with mouse and keyboard
How to find this bug? I found this bug by trying to bind the equipment wheel in the in game settings on pc. Then going in the practice range to test it the keybind.
What should be happening? When I hold down the keybind, the equipment wheel should come up and allow me to flick to an option with my mouse to select that item.
Additional details: It doesn't allow me to have any mouse input so I think that is the issue. Basically when I try using it, it doesn't allow any input and there for I can't select an item via the equpiment wheel. Other inputs for items still work, for example, I can use scroll naturally without the equipment wheel or the numbered keybinds. Just the equipment wheel bind disables mouse input during it being on screen making it unusable.

After every single game I get “internal anti cheat integrity check failed”. It has been like this since launch for me. I’ve looked it up tons of other people get this and there isn’t a fix. Hi, I wrote a ticket on your website 3 weeks ago, but unfortunately the problem was not resolved with this patch.
I had the problem in openbeta, then was fixed when the game came out in december, and returned after a few patch (maybe after 1.4.0).
I've met several people here on discord with the exact same problem. During the game, randomly, we have spike lag with the symbols coming out to the right of the screen.
By monitoring internet bandwidth usage, the finals suddenly increases upload usage. You can see the upload usage in the red chart on the right spiking up, and at the same time in the chart on the left the ping spiking up causing lag in game.
It seems to saturate the upload network only at certain moments, for 5-6 seconds, it also happen in the practice range standing still doing nothing.
My connection has low bandwidth 8MB down, 1MB up, but it doesn't lose packets and I have no problems with any other online games.
I would just like to know if you are aware of this issue because is very frustrating, thanks @sullen surge

Hello! I’m having an issue on the steamdeck playing the finals. Before this last update, I could play just fine on the native deck. The only problems I had was when I tried to enable voice chat. The game would jam and crash after maybe 5 seconds. After the new update came out and the patch notes listed that voice chat would be stabled automatically, I tried reinstalling the game to see if that would fix it. Now that voice chat is auto enabled, my game just crashes after 5 seconds without me doing anything. Even if I jump right in and disable it right away, the game still crashes

How to find this bug? Just go to practice, throw one glitch nade and try to just HOLD mouse 1 on the second one before the first one explodes, the 2nd grenade will throw by itself.

1. re-installed the game
   2.varified game files
   3.tried to reinstall the easy anti cheat software but it refuses to open the program
   4.deleted the easy anti cheat software and reinstalled it through varifying the finals' game files
   5.updated my version of windows MANUALY to make sure it was up to date (windows 10)
2. followed steps ON THE easy anti cheat website, which there is no error support for this or the download failed error
   7.restarted my pc several times through the use of CMD for cold reboots

at this point its a waiting game for the devs to patch the game to make it even playable (openable even)

It's especially bad when you're sniping far away and people just blend into blurry mess even on 2560x1440 and especially when people go left right left right it just blends into messy pixels where you cannot aim for the head. The ghost trail of TAA stays on the screen for like a second or something. Please give us an option to reduce the amount it takes the last frames into account or just reduce it for everyone. Like when you're sniping in Seoul from construction to hospital, people are half invisible because everything is a blur. Whenever you are mid-banking money, and are interrupted because the machine is moved away from you (for example, the floor is destroyed underneath it, taking the machine with it), the game doesn't default you to your last held weapon/equipment. It seems to cycle back one instead.

What should be happening? Whenever you are interrupted when banking, it should default to the weapon you were holding prior to cashing out. When the bug happens, it means you are without your weapon, right when you're interrupted and need it most.

What is happening? - Game crashed for the first time ever while loading into the first round of a ranked tournament. Reconnect failed upon turning the game back on. Second reconnect succeeded; I was spectating my teammate as he said "I'M GONNA REVIVE, HIS STATUETTE JUST SPAWNED NEXT TO ME??!" - but for me as a spectator the statuette he approached was the pale red team colour, not blue.

He revived the statuette, I came back ingame but with no HUD.

I had a healing beam, an AKM, a weapon I've never used since the beta, a goo grenade, a defibrillator, and a jump pad, all of these in a configuration I do not use, none of my loadouts contain the healing beam or AKM. I had either a default loadout or a loadout belonging to another player who I'd duplicated.

We qualified in that round, but attempting to load into the next round disconnected me.

At this point no further reconnects would work, all resulting in 'Jakkar has Disconnected' appearing ingame for my teammates, while I never got past 1-2 seconds of the map loading screen.

Restarting the game, and restarting my computer solved nothing, we gave up after 9 reconnect attempts.

**How to find this bug? **As above, no further info.

What should be happening? I think that's clear.

On steam you can launch the game before letting it update and still play the other modes with other people with the old client, you cant access solo bank it but quick cash/tournament works. there's an issue with the Vegas map now since the destruction update. The Bar/kitchen area where one of the cashouts is has invisible counter-tops. The game itself is a bug.. look lemme do an honest review in here, it has nothing to do with lack of skill nor hate, the game has the potential to raise in the leaderboards and actually be enjoyable but not with embark lacking on it!

Ranked system, not even considered ranked, it‘s just a quick cash with some fancy icons you can have. There is no way, a gold player or even silver getting ranked with top 100 players is called competitive. It‘s just straight up a lack of adressing proper issues within the game. Like Recon or Nukes, but instead of that, you‘re going to nerf stuff that was already bad!

Another thing, hackers, if this keeps going, you can change the name from The Finals to The Cheaters Paradise. Every 2 outa 3 matches is someone blatant cheating and they have 200+ hours in the game. How? Embark please?

Light was already useless because of the way to overpowered nukes and recon, what do you do? You change the carriable thrown speed if something is attached to it xD wich actually made no difference at all in the gameplay.

You should look what the community is saying and maybe look into to those problems first instead of releasing new skins, wich by the way look like some standard skin from Warzone and not really worth the money.

HUGE Aim Assist bug no one seems to notice - specifically under 20 meters AA Slowdown and "magnetism" is completely turned OFF

I'm on PS5, so this applies to this console, I'm not sure if the same thing is happening on other platforms as well.

TL;DR: Under 20 meters AA Slowdown is completely not working after the latest patch. Above this range, these functions actually do work, hence I assume it has to be a bug. It was also working at all ranges before the patch.

I'm a controller player and I 100% agree AA needed a nerf. However, right now it's bugged and working ONLY above 20 meters in range. I just want to get some attention to this issue. That's why most discussions about new AA are invalid as it's not even working how it should.

When standing more than 20 meters away from the target, AA Sensitivity Slowdown and Magnetism work as before the patch, just weaker, as it was nerfed from 50% to 35%. However, than the range becomes less than 20 meters, Slowdown and magnetism are completely turned off, as if it was at 0% and not 35%. At this range manually turning off and on the "Sensitivity Reduction" option in the AA Settings doesn't do anything, even though it does make a difference when the range is more than 20 meters. This the reason why I can still beam people from range, but if I get close range, aim becomes super inconsistent.

Patch notes mentioned only nerfing the strength of AA, not completely turning it off in close range. Hence I assume it's a bug, as before the patch it was working at every range. If it's by design, then it's a terrible implementation because it completely destroys muscle memory. When AA Slowdown is working, it makes sensitivity slower to easier track targets. When it's not, sensitivity is again different.

hey, not sure if its been mentioned, but there are instances where you can grab ropes through glass. its not that big of an issue as you just grind against the glass. Also Riot shield bugs are still happening, if not more noticeable, visually the shield will be to the side, and game registers the shield infront, blocking bullets. can provide video if needed

HUGE Aim Assist bug no one seems to notice - specifically under 20 meters AA Slowdown and "magnetism" is completely turned OFF

I'm on PS5, so this applies to this console, I'm not sure if the same thing is happening on other platforms as well.

TL;DR: Under 20 meters AA Slowdown is completely not working after the latest patch. Above this range, these functions actually do work, hence I assume it has to be a bug. It was also working at all ranges before the patch.

I'm a controller player and I 100% agree AA needed a nerf. However, right now it's bugged and working ONLY above 20 meters in range. I just want to get some attention to this issue. That's why most discussions about new AA are invalid as it's not even working how it should.

When standing more than 20 meters away from the target, AA Sensitivity Slowdown and Magnetism work as before the patch, just weaker, as it was nerfed from 50% to 35%. However, than the range becomes less than 20 meters, Slowdown and magnetism are completely turned off, as if it was at 0% and not 35%. At this range manually turning off and on the "Sensitivity Reduction" option in the AA Settings doesn't do anything, even though it does make a difference when the range is more than 20 meters. This the reason why I can still beam people from range, but if I get close range, aim becomes super inconsistent.

Patch notes mentioned only nerfing the strength of AA, not completely turning it off in close range. Hence I assume it's a bug, as before the patch it was working at every range. If it's by design, then it's a terrible implementation because it completely destroys muscle memory. When AA Slowdown is working, it makes sensitivity slower to easier track targets. When it's not, sensitivity is again different.

I found a bug unintentionally, it seems to be an issue with the spacing inbetween the horizontal cashout that broke the collision of this large electrical box behind the cashout. I initially was stuck and it took quite a bit of wiggling around to get out of it, oddly enough behind it on the opposite side the collision also appeared to break.

If you encounter a bug that's preventing you shooting your gun when you have full ammo after reload, keep switching to your weapon then to another utility back and forth.
i.e. primary weapon -> utility -> primary weapon. Couple tries could fix this bug without needing to die to reset yourself.

Wrong, you have to anticipate throwing Nuke very accurately to get kills and it's very easy to blow yourself and your teammates up when attacked by an enemy.
If you walk towards an enemy mine with a nuke or an enemy frag grenade hits you, you'll blow yourself up, so the nuke isn't easy, it's only an advantage to spot the enemy first at close range

My Gf has a bug when in-game on PC. She's using ADS in fight and can only shoot 1 bullet before the game gets her off the ADS. It only appears in fight with people, not alone shooting the sky for example. Don't know if it has a link with the aim controller assist though
