What is happening? In the clip you can see I have already reloaded. But when I go to shoot it won't let me, it forces me to reload again and then it won't actually let me shoot.
How to find this bug? In game, it has happened 2-3 times now over the course of 9 hours of gameplay.

IF EXPERIENCING AUDIO CUTS

My game would cut audio for a second or two at the loudest points in the game as well as randomly. If allowed to continue for over 10 minutes, my entire PC sound goes into white noise mode and the only solution is a hard restart of the PC.

What I did to fix this was right click on the finals in steam and hit properties or manage. Under launch options you have the ability to run a script, I just typed in "-dx11" which forces the game to run DirectX 11, and it stopped being an issue for me from then on. If this helps anyone else pliz react to this ♥️

That is not what i am implying. Yes you can change your region for matchmaking to a specific region, "Region locked" is a bit different it would require a vpn which an anti cheat in a good game wont allow the game to even run on a vpn, and that will prevent some of the kids from china with really good gaming chairs joining me for a lovely ranked game in NA to drop 31 kills with a light and not die.

What is happening?
Game will be running smooth and good at 130 fps, then out of no where the game will stutter and get frame drops down to 30-50 fps. Cant seem to tell what exactly is causing it but my friend gets the same issue. He has a nvidia 3080 and i have a AMD rx 6900xt so different GPUs but both are plenty powerful. I have found closing and repoening the game usually helps but then after a few games the stutters come back. Even lowering graphics settings doesnt help, i can lower them and get higher fps but the stutters eventually still show up.

How to find this bug?
Just playing the game and it eventually starts to happen.

The devs are aware of the chinese invasion since open beta and are refusing to implement a ping limit and a region lock. all it takes is to prevent a player with a ping higher than 150ms to select a region and its fixed. let the chinese cheaters play against each others. the devs are letting them play here and the leaderboard is 90% chinese cheaters. they are being encouraged by the devs to ruin the game. there are clip of chiense cheaters using beta reward skins so they are not being banned

I'm experiencing the same problem. I have a 4090 and 7800x3d, so I can run all maps with max settings and more than 100fps, except Monaco. Everytime I play Monaco, I just experience stuttering throughout the whole game. It seems when the stuttering happens, my GPU usage jumps from 90% to 40%, and then jumps back to 90%. I tried turning all graphic settings to the lowest, and the stuttering still happens on that map

1. Load into practice range as heavy
2. While running, activate mesh shield

Results

1. Character running animation keeps playing even while stationary
2. Camera position is no longer correct after closing shield, when in first person / while aiming
3. If the mesh shield is closed then redeployed while stationary the running animation doesnt play while moving (except the IK of the feet)

Yeah, DirectX 11 used to work during the open-beta as the game didn't allow you to switch, but I could use DirectX 11 by using "-dx11" in the launch options, but now it doesn't work at all. My game is set as North America. I have people from china playing and servers lag and my hit markers don't hit them. Its unfair all around. BUG REPORT : So I am not exactly sure what is casuing it. Issue is that the yellow walls inbetween buildings are not displaying themselves when they are moved up. They are just invisible. It happens mainly when a building has been destroyed next to it. I have even noticed explosive barrels playing into it as well. The wall appears to be down, but after you die it will start to rise or just spawn right in. I try to run through it and get stuck on the wall that I can't see. Great for knowing when another player is on the other side of the wall. Not so great for trying to get past them. I think it's mainly the collisions causing this bug. I am not sure. What is happening? Hit reg issues ,when hitting a certain enemy player the damage dealt will be minimal like 5-10 dmg ,tested on an afk player , it also is consistent until said enemy player dies ,not sure if the dmg dealt to the enemy is reduced only for you or to the other players too.

In the Practice range i encountered a bug where you press H to do your emo and wait for it to finish your gun get bugged out and you cant aim anymore. The gun is like frozen on your screen.

When using the light and using the grappling hook. When you aim to go onto a roof you sometimes get stuck underneath the roof for a few seconds.

On Monaco, when you are dead and you go into free cam and go on top of the arena closer to the viewers there your sound overlaps and it somewhat plays the sounds twice but at different times which makes it so it sounds verry weird.

Reviving people as a medium, so when you are getting shot and you are dying and your figure lays in grass, as an example on Monaco besides the fences near the construction site on the white house. When your figure is lying there and you want to insta-revive the person with a defi you cant do it because the grass blocks the sight or something.

When queing for a game and you cancel it even way before it finds a match it still connects you no matter what.

When Using the Riot Shield and being hit directly with a Pyro Grenade, you will burn to your death.
I believe that this is due to the riot shield counting as a surface and thus burning for the whole pyro duration. This will reapply the burning effect constantly to the player and will eventually kill them.

This doesnt happen in matches, but in practice range if you use personal shield on heavy and swap to your weapon it breaks your camera and all animations. This perists through anything in that lobby so you have to leave and rejoin.

Edit: 100% repeatable for me. Everything else works fine. Weapons shoot etc just no ADS, no reload animation, your weapon is tied to the new wierd camera movement, and theres no crosshair.

Second edit: Its happens as soon as you use mesh shield. Player animation is broken and all subsequent animations in that lobby break.

What is happening? PC is restarting when opening the game. Also occurs in the middle of gameplay.
How to find this bug? Tell us how you found the bug: Happened the first time while in the Equipment menu after launching the game for the first time. Now has been occuring at startup, as well as in-game. I've been able to have gameplay sessions lasting 1-2 hours without a restart, but it has continued to happen.
What should be happening? : My PC should not be restarting! This doesn't happen with any other applications or games.
Additional details: During the Closed and Open Beta test periods I did not experience this issue! I did have a major component change between then and now, I upgrade from a Ryzen 7 2700X to a Ryzen 9 5900X. Wondering if there are any known issues with the Finals with this hardware.

Open beta - 180fps epic settings, release - barely get 110-120 fps with drops to 70 on full low + dlss performance. RTX 4070 i5 12400F 1080p. GPU utilization 40% max, while CPU is 70-100%. PC is heavily optimized, all drivers are fresh, 12400F cant bottleneck 4070, i get enough of PS and i dont have any problems in any games. Embark support is ignoring 2nd day.

Well for proton it's a different story. There is a WINE support for EAC (at least there were plans to add it long ago) that you need to specifically turn on which most don't enable for some reason. Running EAC games in general is a hell on linux which made me go back to windows. Anyone who's gotten this error so far has mingled with OS'es to some extent, but that might be a wrong assumption.

Game just seems to run marginally worse compared to the beta. Intel Core i7-12700H + 3060 Laptop GPU and 16 GB of RAM. Hitting 70-90 FPS on Low settings, which wouldn't be bad, if not for constant stuttering and frame drops that weren't a problem compared to the last beta (In which I was able to run the game with the same specs at Medium, with 80-100 FPS average and little to no frame drops). Coincidentally, aiming also feels more sluggish/jittery. For some reason the sensitivity scale is borked and aiming at 100% feels slow, which also wasn't an issue during the beta.

What is happening?

Every time I try to load into a match I get a error code TFGE0000 (Connection failed) and TFGE0003 (Server connection timed out), I've tried to connect into solos, duos and trios to no avail over the past 24 hours. Region settings have been attempted as automated, Europe and North America. Crossplay has been On and Off to test if there is a difference. I've flushed my DNS amongst other suggested steps mentioned within The Finals website itself. Restarted PC, Verified files, Restarted router, Tested VPN on and off, Turned firewall off, windows defender off, tried to allow the program through both, have no anti virus, re-installed the game and much more of the solutions I've managed to find online with no result.

How to find this bug?

I queue'd up for a match and it would occur majority of the attempts, on occasion it will let me in but cause the issue for someone else within my match in return when they don't experience it without me. Tested with friends and solo.

What should be happening?

I should be able to connect to the match and play, have been able to do so the first 24-ish hours of the release, but suddenly it stopped working.

Sorry, I want to get rid of that. I really love the game and I was looking forward to it like a little kid. But playing with the controller is a real hassle. No matter how I set the controller, slow, fast, singular, linear, etc. the controls just feel super spongy. That can't be right and I wonder why they decided on such a control system in the first place. Other games do it better.
It feels like I'm playing a cloud game. And I've heard from so many people in the chat that they have the same problem. That ruins the game for me. No desire for it anymore.

*EDIT: ... I think the C4's hitbox may have prevented the pick up? If you step through frame by frame (using comma and period in YouTube) you can see the selected item change from the propane to the poison the instant the C4 appears (despite the fact that my center dot is directly under the C4).
C4 (and breach charge) hitbox absolutely should not interrupt item pick up!

Mouse or Keyboard are freezes randomly in matches 1 or 2 seconds. Mouse: Logitech G502 Hero, Keyboard Roccat Vulcan.
The Bug was in Beta too. Only Hotfix i know is to start the game with DX11, The performance with DX11 is miserable...

1. Bouncing input lag with stable\locked FPS (VSYNC OFF)
2. In main menu and in match.
3. I didn't see any games that bounce input lag at stable or locked FPS.
4. Can't attach video in chat.
5. Switched from dGPU DisplayPort to iGPU - DP increase input lag even more and "mouse look" feels weird.
