Was sorta curious what you guys think about the idea that this whole puzzle is supposed to be the literal backstory of what is happening ingame. like clues and or puzzles/sequences that are given ingame are almost always tied to a company, what if the entities providing the clues in their name have differing corporate agendas, either to keep us playing or not. clues provided on promotional material for the game IRL may operate by an entirely different mechanical scheme than those actually depicted in the game

Pretty sure the Rhodent band are the ones doing the heist, given that the little spray map seems to point from the stage to the vault. the door right next to the vault leads to that wacky wooden board that looks like it breaks in the alley, and that is right in front of the giant skyward spotlight outside the map and the spot where you can hear the band in the hotel.

Also, in the LTM you're forced to wear 5/6 pieces of the outfit you unlock, only missing the gloves. They're normal wheelspin gloves, and the only place in the map that I've found that references a car is the "Rewards Program: 100 points enters you into the automotive lottery" or such on the bus stops. I spent so long looking for any car reference that when I found one I was actually kinda surprised.

I've already been looking into just a lot of that entire area of constellations honestly, Starting from polaris going towards Vulpe, there's several constellations such as Cepheus and Cygnus who have some relation to what I've been thinking. Cepheus is the King, Andromeda his Daughter, was saved by Perseus when Cepheus and His wife anger posideon with his wifes claims that andromeda or herself was prettier than the Sea Nymph's which prompted him to send out waves and a sea monster to ravage the coast of aetheopia, which they reigned over, and then to resolve this Cepheus was to sacrifice Andromeda and to do this he tied her to a stone out in the ocean but Perseus fell for her when he saw her and saved her life. However she was already to be married to her Uncle Phineus who had also turned out to be an agent of Posideon thus attempting to kill her along with her father. Which led Perseus to kill them with medusa's head. And all of this falls perfectly in line with the set of inversions layed out by the stories of Hamlet, Tristan and iseul-t, and king arthur, which have all been connected to the contellations in their own ways already. While the Andromeda story also is considered the fore-runner to the princess and dragon stories of the renaissance which king arthur is from ofc, and lines up perfect with the draco star skins and their descriptions. There's also references of King midas which directly tie in with Tristan and Iseult as well as Ovid whose been kind of running wild in the easter eggs already from what I've read

Seriously though, I’ve only been at this for a few weeks and I’ve really appreciated the excuse to dust off some science texts, delve into online resources, and stretch some decoding muscles. Even if we end up down a long rabbit hole that culminates in a dead end I appreciate the journey and the interesting things we learn along the way.

We're missing step 1 "How do we see the image with the same level of information Rob is seeing?"

There is not just one "Step 1" you need to do try many different things on each step, put them together and compare, remove a function and compare again etc... then you start seeing repeating patterns, then you know you are on to something... then you move to the next step, and so on... This was the first time Klee was hidden, and the first time a clue is hidden it should be hard, almost impossible... that's part of the Eureka-moment, the answer was there all the time... you just need to open your eyes.
