This is a very large longshot but, in Las Vegas you can shoot out the letters in the light up signs across the map and they flicker... before my match ended I shot the letters from the "Eastwood Drive" sign and put one of the letters flickers into morse and it translated to "4". I'll see if each letter is different if I can get into another game

Correct me if I'm wrong but we measured the angles between these circles, but never actually measured the sizes of the circles themselves?
I took a stab at it. Green circles are mine overlayed on top of the base image with a smart sharpen and brightness/contrast adjustment to bring out the circles.

From left to right the diameters of the circles are approximately 198px, 51px, 119px.

It's also worth pointing out that Julius Caesar spoke Greek. In fact the idiom 'It's all Greek to me' is (arguably) taken from Shakespeare's Julius Caesar Act 1 Scene 2.

Casca is reporting to Cassius about the Caesar being offered his civic crown. When Cassius asks what one of the speakers, Cicero, had to say, he replies:

I can't see the HappyNamatama pointing to anything. The concentric circles in the background seem to have got a mention, but I couldn't find anyone mentioning the North Star on the hat.

Reason I was looking at it, was if there was any other image to overlay on top - a transparent image would make the most sense (I think).
