Had a couple of thoughts last night that I've had a few moments to chase down.

The Egg Nebula can be found in the constellation Cygnus, which shares a Urania's Mirror card with Vulpecula and Anser.

None of the details on it stand out to me as matching any other clues.

I've taken to calling it the 'Neggbula'

There's an unfinished Fabergé egg, the last Imperial Fabergé ever designed, called The Constellation.

It's two separate halves, split across what I'm going to dub the 'Eggquator'.

Again, nothing leapt out at me as that being connected in any other manner, but I only had a brief moment or two to check. Someone else might spot something.

More ideas and unnecessary portmanteaus to follow later!

Trouble is there's no cardinal points. Nothing to use as a base.

I thought perhaps the numbers might indicate measurement, angle, bearing etc. but whatever remotely fits one space, doesn't fit another.

The repeated 444 is annoying too.

It eliminates a few ideas about a possible order or pathing through them.

Yet lends more weight to the idea that the 444 signifies something that is occuring in three separate places.

I think we can break down the possibilities:

1. "Hey, the format of the final password has some Roman Numerals in it!" - I think this is unlikely as that's clearly already been established for previous solutions and hardly needs reiterating - this was delivered specifically as a T3 clue.

2.** "Hey, Roman Numerals are used as a method to solve something that will lead to an answer."** - Seems more likely, but that's immediately where people went with this image and that progress was pretty much shot down by Rob.

3. "Hey, Julius Caesar (or something adjacent) specifically is the clue (backed up by the VVV) and you've just not linked him to it yet." - My money is on this.

There's definitely clues within the easter eggs as to what new maps might be, and possibly more, but so far there's nothing concrete that's been deciphered.

We're unlikely to have a message spell out what the next map is, and it's more likely the next map will drop and we'll suddenly see how some of what we were looking at points to it.

Unless there's some unique way of interacting with the file itself it it 100% not in the background of vvv.png.
The background is uniform in color and has no opacity differences. There's just no way to hide information there.

This is why Flex posting a different image lead me to think: "Duh! We just assumed it was in vvv.png because it's so recent. There's plenty of other images with 4s hidden in them!"
