I used cli version of https://github.com/Tyrrrz/DiscordChatExporter and ran it as dotnet DiscordChatExporter.Cli.dll export --channel 1011929497139953744 --token discordtokengoeshere --format Json --output "export.json" (discord token can be grabbed using dev tools in chrome although you will see warnings not to do it) . After that it was pretty easy in node app to loop through json, check reactions on each message and if emoji was eyes and Rob's user
