i had one girl friend online when i was 13-14 who was really cool but she disappeared around college. i never related to many people locally frankly boy or girl.

agree on the general problems many have. but it’s definitely possible.

in the latter relationship it was funny because she was into me but i never opened that door with her cause idk online culture around that time not super chill for girls. probably still isn’t.

so being a safe space for her intellectually/emotionally was infinitely more important.

it just takes the right person i think for friendships. idk. i’m definitely a particular kind of person.

Keep playing. Learn about the game. Watch videos watch what pros do. Try to understand why they do xyz. Dunno what you're playing or why you feel like you suck (aim?) & so on.

I mostly just play TDM casually atm. Probably a better place to start if you're struggling with aim or just don't know maps & so on.

Those teams that destroy I would look at it like you'll have a challenge for them eventually. Everyone deserves a challenge.

The finals ususally need a faster sensitivity than valorant or cs, from my experience playing Finals with low sensitivity can be exausting

i play counter strike occationally so that's from personal experience

eh also movements are quite different, keep in mind to not do reverse strafe if you are subconsciously doing it and aiming for the head is not necessary too

Tracking is much more important than accuracy in this game

It's kind of hilarious that they outed the writer who talked about "Demo fatigue" in the making of, and showed the absolute king who tried to fight for Demos, dogs, and bats in the Abyss.

Considering they didn't have the finale written while they were filming episode 1, they absolutely did not have their priorities straight.

Everything about the finale felt shallow, with no actual earned emotion. We actually put the Season 3 finale on afterwards, because that delivered a truly earned emotional finale. As far as I'm considered, the show ended with Season 4, lol.

(Then there's also the color grading and lighting in S5, which everyone seems to agree was leagues below the prior seasons. Shots of Max running through Henry's mind showed that off pretty well.)

Ok so for some reason, on console, free games don't require the consoles subscription (Fortnite, The Finals, Apex, Overwatch) but ANY paid game (Rainbow 6 Siege, Stardew Valley, ARC Raiders) will require a subscription to access online features

I dont know why console companies decieded it works like this but its just the way it is for every game

It was insane. Maybe a bit too long across both days though, it was like 10-12 hour days in dreamhack. Hopefully they're doing the finals major 2026 in Stockholm again as will be going.

Ngl, Arc Raiders has me jealous as hell

The game is just better and it's paid anyways so it makes sense, but they're out here getting major content every month and we can't even get a piece of new gear for every class every half a year

It's not the best choice to add new weapons so frequently for a game like the finals, it's like adding a new gun for counter strike every few month, it will be chaos.

But yes i will say the finals deserves better

Chaos is one of the main selling points of The Finals though, and tbh I do agree that it's best to cut back on the weapons a bit (at the very least until they've got the available ones balanced)

It was in cashout and I was playing heavy, the guy was medium, I used my last coin to run back to my team but I spawned on the other side of the map, and on the way there the oranges ganged up on me. Then I ran out of coins, couldn't revive. The guy didn't seem to understand that you need coins to revive cos he said that if I didn't wanna play just get off the game, then proceeded to call me a dumbass, then disgusting pos.
