Its not about if a shadow Drop was rational or not, its about how Embark brings it. With an easter egg countdown like if they would make a crazy announcement. People just had to check the Summer Game Fest page to know that embark be there (most fans knew it). To me it is a really bad move from them + the fact they paid alot to be there... Thats alot of money they could put in their game and instead of going to the SGF they could just make a trailer announcement on their social medias pages and i think the release date wouldnt have that much hate.

I will wait for the game, i will play it and i will love it because it is already an incredible game but i think most of that " over reaction " is because, nowadays, players are used to see their games diying because of bad marketing and bad communication... it's not hate, it's more " fear " to see another amazing game dying quickly.

If I manage to think of a critique for either game they will hear about it but I’m really struggling. Only thing that I have so far is that if you lose a world tour, it should give you 1/4 of a point similar to the ticket system from the wheel events. WT is a bit too grindy for me atm
