Have you tried verifying the integrity of the game files in steam or closing any strange programs (that could be the easy anti cheat crashing because its running into something strange)

I did verify file integrity and still had the issue. The only thing I did prior to opening finals is boot up my pc lol.

Right now, I'm trying to check for updates on drivers if it helps

I doubt it would be the issue but you could always run the '/sfc scannow' command in an admin cmd prompt to check window's integrity

@oblique fable @hearty shuttle if all else fails reinstalling might fix. if you have slow internet or don't want to wait to download you can just delete every file in steamapps\common\The Finals but keep everything in The Finals\Discovery\Content and then verify the integrity thought steam again.

This will reinstall the engine and easy anticheat without needing to redownload all 60 gig or whatever

open cmd as admin

it will reinstall eac the next them you open the game

Are all money hungry grubs that ride new fades and fashion cause they obsess over skins and never listen to their player base. And for that I salute and respect the only company yaht shows more support to the players than their pockets

It depends, since everyone is different, but generally it can be healthy. I guess it also depends on the quality of that one meal as well.

And yeah, it can be tough. So apparently your gut microbiome/whatever system regulates it, actually has a sort of "memory" with the weight it's used to, and will flip hormones on to trigger hunger whenever you're not at said weight. Apparently you have to maintain that lost weight for quite a long time in order to permanently flip that hormonal switch.

But of course there's likely a dozen other things that factor into it. The human body is bonkers, lol.

The keto I'm doing now is finally the "correct" way, and I'm making sure I'm getting plenty of electrolytes and fat. I think some people focus way too much on protein, and neglect fat, which is literally what your body is trying to feed on with keto.
