Okay, so what is the difference between Nvidia graphics cards and AMD graphics cards? My friend said that Nvidia is better graphics like raytraycing and stuff like that but that AMD just gives more fps. Is this true, if not whats the difference?

The perceivable difference is nothing. The only difference is different company, different hardware. But at the end of the day both of them are just as viable. AMD cards offer a higher VRAM which some people find benefit in. For example the 3080 only has like 12 or 16gb VRAM while some amd cards have like 20 to 24

Really at the end of the day if u don't wanna go deep into it, it rlly doesn't matter. Just make sure you still research which is the best card for ur config + budget because that REALLY maters
