She used to onetap tracer if you bashed, primary attacked and rocketflailed, thats really all that is gone.. her shield got nerfed but she has so much crowd control that she still has the mitigation down so well.. I always rate my battles by 2/2/1 damage/healing/mitigation to determine if I did a good job
If you mitigate half the damage you deal and heal as much as you hit.. you did a good job regardless of winning or losing
