For personal experience, I have an asus tuf 15 with a 4060 and ryzen7, you can play the game kinda smoothly but expect around 100fps on average quality.
I prefer the stability of 120fps ps5 potato graphic

I think that's subjective
I'd argue dagger because it requires more positioning and patience due to the weapon being fucking broken and unusable at times
but mgl is harder if your enemies just know how to position themselves, however a ranged weapon will always have more leeway when it comes to attacker positioning compared to a melee weapon, and it's not like you are actively throwing yourself to the enemies with a low health pool
