and theres different techniques to flicking aswell, one is power flicking where you tense up your muscles for a flick, its faster but you get rebound from your wrist so your wrist/arm needs to recover from it a bit and then theres a slower flick where you dont tense up your muscles as much but dont get much rebound

viscosce had to cut down on aimtraining herself because she got carpal tunnel after thousands of hours in kovaaks

you have to be pretty careful about aimtraining in that sense, have to know when to take a break

I think you’ll understand more when you start playing kovaaks, targets are tiny(depending) so you gotta really focus. And some scenarios are specifically tension management exercises so it’ll wear you out more

But generally I never exceed 1:3 ratio for kovaaks vs game time

I think The Finals in general hits a really interesting balance of every aim style/technique/awareness being relevant meaning the traditional tac fps fundamentals collide with stuff from cod and that also mixes with stuff from OW
