It takes a reasonably long time to draw. The entire time you're also being sprayed by bullets, and arrow hitbox can sometimes be awkwardly large. It'll stick into grates or railings where bullets will go through. It just feels weird that bow has all these random drawbacks to it that other weaponbs generally don't suffer through
