it depends on a lot of factors.
SAM is almost always a lock for speedkill because it feeds off of buffs better than any other job in the game.
in a similar vein, DRK is usually chosen for 1 of the tanks.
both of those jobs also happen to have reasonably strong burst windows every odd minute as well (whereas many other jobs are purely 2m burst windows)
this in turn makes NIN work really well with them

run that log through xivanalysis to get immediate feedback on how you're doing
join learning parties for savage and run those logs through xivanalysis as well
the biggest issue with new players is uptime
if you can't consistently hit 98% uptime during fights then you have work to do
you can even use normal panda as uptime/rotation practice
your rotation needs to be muscle memory second nature
if you have to think about your rotation AND solve savage mechanics at the same time, you are bound to fail at one or the other

so if your group does ranged/tank one side and melee/heals the other then it should be fairly easy to squeeze to your spot

Macrocosmos is still 3m long and each ultimate fight is like at least 15m long. So it’s like 1 macrocosmos per phase for phase 1 and maybe 2. 3 and 4 might be able to fit 2 in each depends on how long it is. But as I said, going into ultimate with 390 piety is really bad regardless of job
