they're level 50-60 beast tribes, but their daily EXP is nowhere near as much as what the pixies would give a 70-80

And then theres the annoying tankbuster which seems to have no cast or telegraph

there's also some one-time steps that you skip on 2nd job and onwards

If you’re using Cross Lions, the markers have to be in the “right” spot. Since the lions aren’t at the outermost corners, the diagonals don’t cut perfectly through the intercards. Dunno if that’s your issue, but I know that can cause inconsistency.

The fight is pretty straight forward in terms of how mechanics work. It mostly just had a tighter dps check and heavier healing requirements, both of which are heavily mitigated by echo right now

Doing dungeons with trusts can often have additional fluff dialogue but comes at the price of being much slower than a standard duty finder group. Not really considered an endgame question btw

A female player and celebrity named Miyu Koike, who also happened to be the host for FFXIV’s official Nico Nico channel show, had an incident where she attempted to recruit 7 other players to play with her, broadcasted live.

Abyss of Darkness, a then world 3rd Japanese group for Final Coil clear, sneaked into the party (6 of them), streamed themselves through an unofficial channel. The group then made fun of Koike through slanders, spinning the boss around, and made fun of her DPS performance. Worse, Koike was also sexually harassed when the party was about to disband.

This led the Japanese community to punish the group sending hundreds of naked Roegadyns (Hageruga Matsuri, see below) as a protest. These trolls ended up getting harassed in return, which prompted them to change their names, servers, deleted their Twitter accounts, issued an insincere apology through their Nicovideo live broadcast (which further angered the community and escalated the animosity).

Finally the group received a temporary ban by the lead community representative, Foxclon himself. This escalated to a boiling point that Foxclon had to issue a statement through their own official broadcast.

ACT already allows you to analyze your data. If people want to be assholes with it, they totally can already (and will be banned accordingly). Giving a text log wouldn't change anything.

typically what happens is after the brambles are dropped the tanks and healers bunch up on one half of the arena and the dps on the other half

they wait for the tethers to snapshot where they are

As a tank, you should stand on the north of the boss's hitbox next to the other tank when the boss casts Obscure Woods.

Shortly afterwards you will get knocked back to the edge of the arena, at which point you should wait a few moments for the bramble thorny thingies to drop on top of you. Make sure you're standing slightly apart from the other tank so the pair of you don't get hit by each other's brambles and take twice the damage.

Once the brambles have dropped, go to your position NW of the boss. There will probably be a waymarker there (A or 1) and the other tank and both healers will also be stacking there

#

Remain stacked up there for a few moments until the bramble tethers appear (you will see the debuff appear, named Thorny Vine or some such thing)

#

then you run straight ahead through the boss to the other side, and keep running until the tethers break (debuff is removed from you)

#

Then adjust into the nearest safe spot (either east or south of the boss, depending on which directions she is pointing her big glowy purple tether thingies). For this you can also follow where the other tank and healers are moving if you're not confident.

The duplicate jobs only reduce the limit break generation rate you have in your group

#

It should affect your dps output too much but it can also clash raidbuffs

#

So with echo in the tier currently this might not be such a huge issue, but it can be tough when you don't have lb3 to work with during prog

#

if you want to get raid experience then get to current endgame, old stuff people prefer to do unsynced and steamroll the boss, with PF or fc friends, and if you want to make a static for old content then yeah your pool of interested people is pretty small
