That usually wouldn't happen, but if it's not getting lost at your end, then I'd guess that a whole node is down.

So you just have to wait either for the node to come back up, or for the network to start suggesting a different route for the data.

Some of the gear from Eureka, like the Osode, has the “Eureka Bonus” stat, which is basically a stat that boosts your overall damage and damage mitigation

It’s basically like having extra Magicite in every element

I am playing with an XBOX One controller and I am not sure if i am doing anything wrong but when I see the enemies and I am inside a fight with more than one enemy, sometimes I get in the bottom left a screen with the names of the enemies with a bar with their health. And I can move between them with left and right arrow. But sometimes I dont get this window. Is it normal?
Sometimes I fight against 2 enemies and I only see 1 bar. Or fighthing various and seeing less that the real number of enemies.

that's just how jobs are built in this game, the devs have intentionally sacrificed job flexibility in order to keep the jobs balanced against each other

In your duty finder window select the ⚙️ icon on the top left to open up the duty finder settings window.
Inside that window select the setting undersized party before confirming and entering the instances of your choice. NOTE: UNSYNC-ING AN INSTANCE WILL FORFEIT ALL OF YOUR EXP AND COMPLETION REWARDS. Which Opener / Rotation is Better?

Higanbana 1st and Midare 1st rotations both output exactly the same potency every 60 seconds so the difference between them comes down to the small difference in timing for your 3 burst phase Iaijutsu.

Higanbana 1st gets your DOT ticking sooner giving it a slight head start thus it is ahead by a few ticks of potency at any given point in a fight. For this reason, generally speaking, Bana 1st is preferred in most cases.

However, when optimising at a higher level you have to consider the encounters phase timings and/or your groups kill time as it relates to your Tsubame timing. Midare 1st is the better option if you can gain a Tsubame cast where you wouldn't have done so when doing Higanbana 1st.
