hi i have an super annoying problem. need to finish the " a recurring problem" questchain to gain access for " in a titan spot" which i need for the mainquest. so i played ffxiv last time 2018/2019 and in my journal i can see i already have finished "a recurring problem" but now there is no thancred in the waking sands nor have urianger more quests for me to finish. i tried to solve it via the "new chapter" mode but that didnt worked so now im pretty stucked( its also my first char so i didnt finished the story on other chars). the next quest would be " "ifrit bleeds, we can kill it" but as mentioned thancred is nowhere

Unfortunately i2501 is a pretty general error with no clear/surefire solution.
General things that solve it is a better/stable/not-public internet connection, not using a VPN (though using it can sometimes help), and using other browsers or using mobile.
Sometimes all you need to do is just wait it out for a few hours.

So I'm trying to get quest aether currents in stormblood, doing the fringes, and I'm missing one, it's almost certainly the quest "the hidden truth", and that it's given by serpent marshal brookstone, but he doesn't have it, he does have "A good role model" and "gross encounters" but neither of those award an Aether current.
So idk what to do, because I don't think those quests unlock that one.
and there are literally no other blue quests anywhere in the fringes.
Unless it's in the one small blip I haven't explored I'm lost.
