How can I make use of passage of arms more effectively in duty finder dungeons? So far it seems either a) they don't know what the blue wings even mean, or b) they wait until they see the blue wings but there's a ~1.5 sec pre-animation before that where the buff is already active, which slows reaction time and it's ultimately useless; granted the ranged DPS unnecessarily moving away while I set it up doesn't help

For 70-80 you can do stuff like roulettes, beast tribe quests, BSF (unlocked in the relic questline), spamming highest level leveling dungeon/trusts
Fastest for tank is quite literally highest level leveling dungeon but that link has other ways you can go about it
