Same here, got my receipt for my Paragon purchase, but no items/codes have been distributed to my account yet. Figured something like this might've happened on day one, just really excited to get my hands on the new goodies. o7
I would rather just know that our purchase was actually recorded on our accounts in like a purchase history.
I purchased right at the launch, received payment email confirmation and see it taken from my account, Never received any items in game nor have I recieved any friend codes

The fix just hit my account, in several waves: First I got codes, then the store recognized I was a founder, then the items showed up in-game. Roughly three minutes between each of those for me.

I don't think xsolla wallet was a payment option was it? Only credit card and paypal. That service is provided by xsolla yes but I think xsolla wallet is a separate payment method also offered by xsolla but not enabled by DE in the store.

I just checked and i have my founders stuff so thank you but also not sure why but when scrolling in the gardens it freezes after i get down to about 20 i have tried twice so far and its just gets stuck there even tho the scrolling thing on the side says there is more past that

Every time @late oriole and I try to go to the gardens to plant a flower, the menu freezes and then the game black screens

all the visible gardens are full, the menu freezes, and when I click on "leave eternium" the game gets a black screen and does nothing

Hi, has there been an update on whatll be done for the people that werent able to plant a flower due to not being given the founder pack items?
iv finally got my founders items but now i cant get into the gardens. as soon as i try scrolling down to look for a garden with some space in them it stops me from scrolling then crashes when i try leaving the menu
i created a new account and bought founders for it this morning, logged in to it just now for the first time and i was just spawned into the world with founders armor on, no opening cutscene or tutorial quest active
my character was chosen for me, and i did not get any of the starting armor or pact choices
i also spawned with no fables active so my sparrow can't guide me anywhere
visited grandpa's hut because i think thats where the tutorial starts now but nothing happened :(

Updated to 12 once logged into the loading screen it just keeps loading and doesn’t enter the game
Same here aside from the crashes. The game stays open, I still get the audio, but the screen is completely black except for my cursor
I keep having the same error, whether is paypal or card payments, tried different browsers and tried getting others in my house to pay using there computers and cards. Still the same error. 😢

The thing is if I click the paypal option, it doesn't go to paypal to enter the details, it just comes up with the error straight away, so they have no idea whom there declining, so doesn't seem like a Xsolla issue. If the card option is chosen it does allow details to put in then goes to error. I have contacted Xsolla, waiting for a response.
Funny thing is When I did contact them there was somehow a issue with the card and they did fix it

So yesterday I tried buying the paragon pack with my card and it always made it all the way to the end of transaction (meaning I scanned the QR code and on my end I accepted the payment which the website verified) but then when returning to soulframe website it always errored at the last second and asks me to try again.
I thought this was because of traffic and it even said no money has been debited from my bank account
So today I tried again and it just keeps doing the same thing. I enter my info, it gives me the QR code, I scan it, it is successful everytime, even the transaction page accepts it and then when returning to the site, it errors
Any ideas on how I can fix this?

I purchased one of the founder packs. The warframe has a link to login to access founder merch, but it leads nowhere.

My region still shows as suspended when I try to buy the pack even after the hotfixes :c
Trying to buy Founder's Pack but my VISA credit card keeps giving me this error. I'm in EU, checked my limits, no previous issues on Steam GoG or any other online shop. Haven't done any refunds in last 3 months.
And no, I'm not making a PayPal account just to buy a Founders pack.
I get that with DE one always has to expect bugs but c'mon! I'm literally trying to give you my hard earned money. And using an Erste-bank credit card I've used thousands of times with no issues. Not some shady 3rd party/scam/crypto card.

Alright I fixed it, I finally bought it.
Unfortunately I had to make a PAypal account and had the funds directely in my Paypal saldo.
I couldn't use my back account through Paypal for some reason.
I was kinda following the Steam way because over there I never directly buy warframe stuff with my bank account. Always via my steam wallet!
I kinda see where the problem lies. You are not at your correct billing adress when paying.... because we never had to fill in a billing adress. This means that you need a third party which accepts your billing adress. Which I had done with paypal I guess cause i connected my bank account.
Either this or I was blocked by the payment processor which I think isn't the case cause in the full payment process I never got an error or a mail with an error it always stopped right at the end in the soulframe website itself.
I live in Europe btw idk if the payment laws or stuff are different here than in US and Canada

This is such a s**tshow. Seriously - how hard is it to try buying the Founder's Pack with a EU-based credit card before you press the "launch" button DE? I'm genuinely disappointed and if Xsorla blocks my credit card over it I'm straight up going to give up on buying anything from DE ever again.

For e.g., the screenshot I am replying to says 2001:

It would be more productive in this case to reach out to xsolla.
I had the same error message with a different code and it was my bank that was the issue.

Why should I be the one reaching out to Xsorla when DE is the one that screwed up and failed miserably to set up a system with Xsorla that allows for EU-based credit cards?
Was I the one who selected XSorla as the payment processor? NO. It was DE. Why am I supposed to fix DE's mess and waste my time arguing with Xsolla customer support over DE's ineptitude?
Welp was just trying to help. Someone else might not think the same way but have the same issue, might find it helpful to understand what exactly is going wrong. 😅

I finally got my Paragon pack today after I bought it yesterday since launch, but I'm having a major problem: I can't click on any of the gardens, and I can't even scroll down to see the others.
Worse yet, if I try to leave the area to go to a garden, the screen just goes completely black, and I have to force quit the game using Task Manager.
I was really looking forward to planting my flower... that's why I got it the first minute it launched live... I hope we can get this fixed soon.

I bought Paragon yesterday and the same thing happened initially. Hopefully you will receive it later this morning. It took about 5 hours for mine to process. I know the backlogs for some of us purchasers were around 4200 people yesterday and it sounded like there was some manual intervention with scripts needed to correct some of it. DE is working through it as quickly as they can.
DE has always been reliable for me, so im not nervous. Just would like to know, where can I expect the key to show up, email or in that website they use for purchasing?

i got the same issue but a different error. Google and chatgpt says their is a usual 48 to 72 hour cool down due to fraudulent activity. I sent an email to Xsolla but no word back yet.

So I bought founders today and decided to give the two codes I have to my friends. One of them redeemed it successfully while the second gets a message saying that it’s invalid and the code disappeared from my account.
But it gives them error? While I made sure it isn’t the same as for the other friend
I talked to a xsolla rep, it seems to be the banks declining the payment, idk why
is that promo code u just showed still in your account management page?

hey, I'm still having an issue with the payment page not showing the regional currency, looked it up and it seems like when i hit Buy on the founders page its supposed to ask me to relog first, and then go to the payment page,but it just cuts that and goes straight to the payment page. I tried clicking Buy both logged in and logged out and it's the same. So I guess the relog step is broken? any solution for this?

Hi, so yesterday It took too long for me to get my items, made it so i couldn't plant the flower, now it seems like all spots are still full even with increased instances, atleast, as far as i could tell before the game black screened, will there be more spots or did i just get locked out because i got unlucky?

After contacting Xsolla, I was able to buy the founders pack on the website. It seems they werent accepting my payment for some reason. But with their help it took at best: 30 mins.

It seems i was logged into the merch store as my warframe account from long ago; therefor the 'click here' to verify as a founder thing didnt work.

There's an issue when heading to the Garden when scrolling down the instance menu. The scroll might get stuck and if it does one is not able to interact with the UI in any way, requiring a hard exit and relog in.
This is a known issue, DE Sarah said it should be fixed in the next hotfix 
Frustrating, I bought my paragon pack within seconds of the website being updated and still not able to plant the seed(s) in the garden since I didn't get items yesterday, and today the first set of instances were filled and I freeze on scrolling down for more
And can't gain any faction xp either. I know these are known issues but just lending my voice to the +1s

I was one of the first purchasers too and didn't get my stuff until about 9:30 p.m. Eastern time last night and have the same problem with the garden. Also, I never got the codes along with the rest of my stuff so they may have forgotten these when they did the manual updates for the cursed founders.
Mine gave me everything in game the instant i purchased last night (about 10p pacific). But… i can’t get into any garden to plant. And, i received all my codes on my account no problem but when i gave one to a friend he made an account, entered it and it said preludes was closed and he would have to wait until invited. Yet, it accepted his code?! Wtf. It appears he still has not been allowed to download the game despite entering the code successfully.
Purchased paragon, $106.00 taken from my checking account with no transaction data listed, just.. gone. No confirmation email, no items, no money. Sent support ticket now though I am not seeing that this is a common thing to get NO confirmation, just no items. I left a message on the forums as well, but haven't heard back at all

I think there might still be some regional purchasing issues preventing transactions, the backlog was related to purchases that did go through but accounts weren't being credited with what they purchased.
Ok well I just hope it still been worked on i have game access but would really like to buy my founders

the extra codes can be found under account management on soulframes website by clicking your user name they will not be emailing us all to give codes
The possible fix didn't work due to me being in another country unfortunately is there a way arounud this?
No, I'm in a similar situation so I've reached out to support like the pin asks. Tempted to just put it through in whatever currency it's asking and see how it goes though 😂
i wonder why they don't just let you move to the purchase page and then give you the error message about being in a sanctioned region if the payment info is from one
bc the way it's implemented now seems to cause issues for people not in those regions

Created a new account to reset progress and bought founders with it and it didnt take me to tutorial it just shoved me to where i was was with my old account and I cant progress anything

sorry but shouldn't an issue like this wherein people pay money to play and end up not being able to progress the basic storyline be high priority. As founders we kind deserve at minimum a response in tickets or anything from DE atleast acknowledging this
Ahh I see this spot exists now. Just downloaded the launcher installer after buying founders and it literally isn't doing anything after opening a small window for a split second

My friend sent a ticket and got the Founder's Pack auto-refunded for no reason. Now it shows a negative balance. If I buy the Founder's Pack again, will the balance fix itself? Can I log in normally?

there's no way to gift founders right now, friends logging into friends' accounts to purchase it for them is the only way to do it
definitely a bug - not logged in Polish users see founder's packs with the price in PLN, while logged in you can only purchase in EUR

You are fine. Anyone can download the game. Access and ability to play the game are different. The web team has been made aware of the issue and is working to correct it.
Anyone else ran into an issue where you cant purchase the game even though you have the funds for it
Yes unfortunately this seems to be a common issue. You can try to clear cache/cookies and try again or you will need to contact xsolla support as they are the vendor who runs the payments.
i tried deleting the cookies/cache and even tried on my other pc but ill contact xsolla and see what they can do to help
