looks like buying on website cooks you lol
there is three problems right now that I've seen.
- People are not getting their stuff
- People in UK are unable to purchase due to being asked for zip code
- People all over the world are getting the wrong currency shown with no way to change country

I purchased through the website but there's nothing on the account management page, additionally the link to the merch just takes me to the Warframe store and the verify/login page just redirects to the same store page with no way to actually purchase the merch.

Okay, I got a reply from xsolla. You have to reach out via their live chat on their wallet site, and tell them you’re getting (error code) and they’ll help you out. I was able to buy ^^
Guys 99% sure the problem with not getting anything after buying is that the server is overloaded.
Yeah xsolla is pretty fast with these problems and transparent when there is a problem, at least what I encountered over the years with them.
it doesn't help that when you're in the etherium, the mailbox bug persists so you keep getting taken out of it because it counts as hitting "escape"
for reference, I managed to buy via xsolla, got charged and got the receipt, but i'm still not credited with the Paragon stuff
Just so if anyone is having the xsolla error code 3032, just gotta chat them up.

I purchased in the US, using Firefox browser, Paypal payment. I have received a receipt from Paypal showing the purchase, but the items have not been delivered to the account
There's one not on your list. Soulframe Merch on the Warframe store takes me in a loop and doesn't provide any way to verify my Founders status.

Yeah, seems the Xsolla payment system is only doing US payments and not doing any other region

Hello, when I open the game and go to the cammel I see the prices for founders as regional prices, but when I go to the website its the same price as shown on stream 99usd, it wont let me buy from inside the game the founders pack
Silly me thought that zip codes are not country specific so the zip code i entered was assumed to be for the US and went through when i dont live in the US
xsolla is giving me error messages left and right i should try later so there the chain seems to be broken

yep thats the issue i got as well
lots of sites have anti DDOS protection that locks down features in over use
either really a spam issue since thousands spammed the refresh to buy it instantly

I had this same issue. I tried twice and gave up. But then saw my bank got charged twice on my phone. But no founder in game or confirmation email. Created a ticket about this.

its also misleading in game : you only get access to the shop, no bundle
The location is set to US and theyre trying to pay in dollars but put in a Dutch post code in the US zipcode field. The postcode can have abc not just 123

- This is the same issue affecting I am unable to fill out the Zip/Postal Code properly.

There is another issue that is the same as the wrong currency issue: some people get messages that their region is suspended. It's because their location is set to Russia or Belarus. This user is having that issue. #1442981071259045948 message

I have the same email for my warframe and soulframe accounts. When I head to purchase merch via the paragon pack, it redirets me to warframe's shop, then tells me I don't have a Paragon key on my account. I'm able to access all of the content in-game via the Paragon purchase.

This is related to the backlog, which we are getting through! When your account is through the backlog, you should be able to get in.

(Also if xsolla ever decides there is a payment dispute, they will just perma-ban you and refuse to work with you to sort it out even if you offer to pay any fees or debts.)

It does not, There's a hiccup between when you purchase, and when items are added to your account. We're going through a backlog to ensure everyone's goodies are delivered, you'll get your goodies when we get to you in the backlog.

This is the same backlog issue we're tracking (or, we think it is). You'll have to wait for the backlog to catch up with your purchase, then it should work.

Purchased mine at 1:06PM PST, nothing yet in email or in-game regarding delivery. Xsolla and Paypal both confirmed payment. I'll update when I get something, so folks have a ballpark of what the turnaround looks like.
I have faith that Support should be able to help sort things out, though maybe once the backlog is cleared and things are back to a normal pace
I think this is different. I have a separate account between warframe and soulframe, but the shop is trying to use my warframe account. I don't see a way to link the two.

As a point of data: Received Xsolla Receipt at 12:46PM Pacific about 5 mins after Paragon purchase (via PayPal) from the Website. See the charge on my CC as "PAYPAL XSOLLA OVERWOLF". Account has not changed in any way, no items, etc. I assume this is THE defintion of being backlogged, so I am waiting. I just wanted to provide my experience in case it helps anyone else feel less anxious.

I do not. I'm unsure if you're in the backlog or will need to contact xsolla / Support. I would recommend waiting until we resolve the backlog, then if you have not received it, reach out to Support and they'll help you clear it up.

The part that is being slow, and where the backlog is, is between purchase and distribution. So you're logged in the purchase, it just hasn't reached distribution of goodies yet.

This is something for us to fix on the backend, not something that you can fix. We're working diligently on getting a good solution that will fix this for everyone.

when I purchased from Warframe store, tax was included in the purchase and customs fee was included in the shipping. It might be different now but it specified for me probably on the review purchase page or under the selected shipping option

What if I already purchased in USD
So I got a receipt for purchasing the founders from Xsolla. Yet I see in my bank app that the payment is still pending, is it fine?

It is showing the correct currency for me now on the website, but I did already purchase with the wrong currency and it's still showing as not purchased

I haven't seen a purchasing system that doesn't recognize the correct currency being used in a very long time. Once you look at your receipt with whatever charge method you used, it should be adjusted for your local currency.

Bought Paragon, Placed a support ticket. Missing items and codes. I can provide ticket number if needed.
If I'm in US, bought Paragon, and haven't received any codes/items/shop access/etc, do I need to put a support ticket in, or is that just going to be handled via a script once the bottlenecks are sorted?

New merch store bug! Or ongoing, I've seen others with this issue.
- When are logged into the merch store with your warframe account, then click the link after purchasing founders, you are still staying logged in to your warframe account. With no access to the items!
- Clicking the 'check access here' button does nothing.
- You can log out of the store, then click the link again so that it logs you in with your soulframe account. You then immediately have access to the correct bundles.
I purchase the founder pack, and when Im trying to sign in, i get this error
