Mulitplayer is known to be buggy. Anything you experience that seems weird, you all need to take f6 screenshots, and make a bug report post in #1438224825113120788. That way you and your friends can share the info that DE will need to fix the bugs.

It feels like greatswords/polearms/bows out perform short blades/fly blades/magic (especially wrist magic) by a lot with how it currently works

I played for almost 7 hours. I like the game 7/10, but the bosses are very hard to kill. It’s also not clear how to properly upgrade the character, weapons, etc. I didn’t find any items during the game.

The character graphics look very bad, and the weapons in the shop look similar to weapons from games made in 1994. It feels like I have to be a pianist to control 4–5 keys at the same time.

I’m disappointed, but I will keep playing. Maybe it’s just like this at the beginning.

Arrow stabbing was how bows initially operated. But it was on light attack, not heavy. Then DE swapped the fire on heavy attack to fire on light attack and made heavy attack arrow rain. That's your account level. While it does correlate a little bit to power, a lot of your power comes from your gear levels, Joineries, Totems, Runes, and Pacts

I can't read that text. But I see where you are. Go across the little river nearby and just wait around for nightfall. A ghost knight will show up near the kith stairs (he doesn't seem to spawn if you're too close to the stairs). Defeat him and he unlocks the door for you.

It's a physical pun. You fight a knight at night.

No. It doesn't save the rune/totem in loadout. probably because you can change non-equipped weapon runes/totems.

Ok. For courage armor, you want bromius's armor. Mendicant armor is better for coruage-spirit, Fenn's armor is best for courage-grace.

Oscelda is a good all-around pact. You can heal yourself, bestone is crowd control and damage boost against bestoned enemies, birds swarm quickly stuns an enemy (more if that enemy dies close to another while the ability still has time left), and one of the passsives makes your abilities recharge much faster if you stand/walk in water.

Magic primary/secondaries take a bit of getting used to, but once you've got the hang of them, they're quite good as a weapons class.

You will want to aim, becuse the auto-lockon will try to make the magic weapons prioritize non-enemies as targets.

You may also want to use a melee as the non-ranged weapon in your loadout. Magic or bow primary, shortblades secondary. Melee primary, magic or flyblades secondary. This tends to help with quite a few parts of the game.

ye, when i run it solo, i usually take a staff and flyblades, flyblades i usually run with perfect throw build and totems that slow enemies with each hit and as a smite primer

melee weapons ofc will do more damage than staffs usually, but they require you to know parries, dodges and when to attack, staffs you can just stand at a distance, spec in to attack speed in both weapon arts and totems and feybalt joinery i think? whichever one increases damage with subsequent attacks
