i farm with the cogah active, but even then sometimes they still don't drop (or might be loot bugging out of the map) but the problem is that cogah vial are consummable and not an activate switch

Storage Capacity costs 150 Arcs per 50 slots, so I think what maybe happened for you was:

• DE gave you 50 extra slots on top of the base 50, since you have 50 or more items
• This would've cost you 150 Arcs
• But since you already paid 100, they didn't charge you the 50 arcs, they let you have that for free as part of this one-time conversion
