Would you say that being curious on how to do something and then figuring it out, e.g. identifying and solving a problem is a good way to learn different skills or concepts? I need an advice.
As someone who is just getting into bug bounty, what will be your advice. Should I or should I not get into it. It seems a little useless ? Because mythos etc , however speculative, is a future possibility. if you got access once and lost it again, someone might still have control of the account and is changing the recovery info. try the recovery form again from a device/location you usually use. also check if your backup email or phone was changed. if it keeps failing, contact microsoft support directly, not just the form. and secure your other accounts asap if you reused the same password. happy now?

for an administrator account, it just restricts programs so you don't accidentally run something bad

for a basic user account, it restricts the same things, but requires an admin's approval

i believe it appears when a program tries to make a change that needs admin-level permissons

just so some autoclicker you downloaded off the net can't immediately start scurrying away with your data and running ransomware
