There's a camera in my room. My phone's flash light is constantly on, and they're taking screenshots. It's not visible to the naked eye, but it's visible on the camera.

The second part where strange things are happening is a bit funny since you said you factory reset your phone so that shouldn't be possible in the first place

If you gave your phone's registration over to the company, then the company would have to remove it from their end. You can try to contact apple with proof of purchase, and they can also help you directly.

If the company bought it, registered it in their apple account, then gave it to you, then according to apple, its the company's phone.

I went to Apple technical service, and they said it wasn't possible, but why is it possible? They can do this, but the screen is constantly being taken. How did I figure this out? I took a screen shot from the camera's angle, and something invisible flash, but it's only visible from the camera. then I don't take screen shots, but I have a video of a flash effect on my phone all time, but I can't seem to share it here.

What worked for me is having some cheap used laptop as a linux machine, then my main windows machine.
Eventually, i just got fed-up with windows, and got a new(at the time) laptop, and now they are both linux

So then it your jurisdiction a lot of people have their private address on their homepage, mandated by law.. and it's barely an inconvenience that people "could" look up where you live.
If you think the person can cause you harm and are sure he knows where you live, then it's a matter of measures you are willing to take. Like camera/monitoring, maybe try to live away from that addresse for a short while - checking if someone tries to enter or ring you up there

Remembering, or syncing your notes between devices, coordinating projects with others, preparing notes for a client report. etc..
I pair Joplin with a webdav server, so I can invite people to collaborate and remove them again, its optionally locally encrypted, so it does not matter which of the sync options you use

There is a firefox plugin called Joplin Web Clipper, which allows you to download websites and import them into joplin.. its really a game changer for effective note keeping

Well as a former cable installer who didn't work long enough to get to touch fiber, running the cables should hopefully be straightforward in a corperate setting, as long as the previous technicians left string for you to re-use. If not, see if it is acceptable to leave a string in conduits and such for the next technician, as if you are that next technician, it will make your life easier.

Yeah, if nobody tells you, the standards for CAT5/5a/6/7/whatever are ....exactly that. Standards.
You can look into the standard of how many CAT6 wires you can have in a pipe X inches big. Conforming to those standards, typically keeps a more neat cable tray(bundling every x amount of cables).

That being said, make sure you also are active in the company policy, as if you are doing things one way as your entire team does things a different way, it will make things annoying for everyone, and will be frowned upon. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

Learning "AI" or "LLM usage" is just another set of tools to use.
Because of it's inaccuracies, it is recommend to use it in a field where you already know the answers, but need something to bounce data off of, or help you go through datasets.

But you have to be the one to look through what it spits out, and say "you know what, 185.169.852.143 might not be a real IP"

but things also depend on your best learning style; I find using multiple different resources helps, starting with reading the docs, read guides, get practical experience just doing cyber ranges/THM/HTB/etc and then watch videos if you want explaining things. That’s kind of the order I go in
