Or use Procmon to watch the weird .exe and see what its doing when you run it
Or, if the details from those programs are too much, then use malwarebytes to double check the applications on your computer to make sure that there is no malicious files hidden within your files.

Crowdsec can block malicious IPs in the firewall, but if the issue is that it takes down the WAN connection of the VPS, then only the ISP of the machine can help, or an expensive DDoS provider that sits in front of your server.

I am having trouble with some neighbors for the last several years. They somehow always know my location. They stalk me by making noises at me when I am outside, pop lights on me after dark, point lasers at my dog to make him bark like crazy, and my iPhone keeps getting hacked into. There isn't much to learn from a DHCP flood, its exactly what it sounds like.
vLAN hopping is more a concept. If the switches/L2 allows tagged traffic on a network, you can, as an application, tag things with that vLAN.

for vLANs, Cisco Packet Tracer (Since it will break down the packet for you, and show you the individual pieces that make up a packet. Remember, vLAN is just a number added onto a packet)

Then I would recommend a real managed switch, even if its like an old 10/100.
You can emulate it with Linux Bridges, but imo, the setup of a linux bridge doesn't compare to a real-world switch.

Everything else, Gateways/Routes, DHCP, DNS, VPN, IPS/IDS, whatever, can be done easily in VMs, and I would highly recommend it. I like Proxmox for a dedicated machine as a testlab(it runs headless, and you access it from another computer over a web browser)

But Layer 2, its a different way of configuring it all-together. It would be like testing an access point with VMs.

So analysts could take a fleet of clean linux machines, and build a query around it, that excludes the "known good kernel modules" and such.

Being able to demonstrate knowledge of the languages they listed will help. Talk to them about projects you’ve worked on or contributed to, stuff you’re passionate about in the space, have a github or blog or whatever you’ve worked on or created ready. Be ready to prove that you’re good with being a self-motivated, self-starter but also that you can get along with others and produce results on a team. Use examples from your life, don’t make stuff up.

Get a thank you letter together for them to give even if you’re not picked up. That’s a professional tip and shows maturity.

that depends very much on you, hard to say. Personally I found that I prefer to pick up on JavaScript as I go, instead of spending much time on the development side of it. I can't recommend a single resource for JS either, I usually just look up syntax as I go

Hello I need help regarding a problem which keep corrupting a exe file and I need to reinstall it almost every time to use it.it happened on windows 7 pro,a Panasonic CF 53 and used to be an official truck diagnostic truck computer,and since the production of the diagnostic software discontinued,I used a crack of the same software and there is my problem,almost like 1 to 2 days,the exe corrupted with a popup of "file corrupted or infected by virus,this software can never be used again" and on top of the popup frame, there's winlicence name and that's I think the problem, does anyone knows how to fix this
