How are you guys making gui apps in python? Right now I’ve just been using something like flask and locally hosting it. I feel like web UI’s are going to be the future now but I feel like I also suck at web design in terms of frontend when it’s just base html, css and js. I can try to lock in more with js and learn bun but I’m not sure if it’s a good idea anymore. I see cool stuff like tauri which looks cool asf but it’s only in rust. Ive started the task at. school of creating an augmented reality sandbox, Im a couple months in but im completely in over my head. hello everyone
im an IT guy in a compony. there a user pc which cant pick the the dns that i provided it through a router instead the window 10 pc is picking up a dns of another router.
so, the router which i provided the dns is a the main router behind it the isp router are connected so we dont get the ip the isp provided
the window pc is only getting the dns from the isp behind the main router
idk why only 1-3 pc is getting this issue and its only on one specific vlan where the pc cant get dns if i siwtch to another vlan it works but some things dont work on the vlan that is working

It’s worth learning at least the basics of JavaScript because the modern frontend ecosystem (Vite, shadcn/ui, etc.) is built around it. Even if you mainly use Python or Go for the backend, JS knowledge makes integration smoother and opens the door to TypeScript. You don’t need to become an expert just learn ES6+ fundamentals.
