ok, the underlying base engine that controls chrome is called the blink engine

That same engine exists for any chrome-based browser, so brave, chrome, edge, whatever.

There may be slight differences between them (default settings, who gets the data that is collected for the browser, etc...)

But I wouldn't lock-in to a single browser

I would try multiple

and then only keep the 2 or 3 you want installed

The sources I used back in the day are outdated like w3schools, but there are plenty of modern options. Sololearn is a good start, but the key is finding resources that fit your comfort level. pair that with official docs and small projects, start lil, even simple ones and you will build real coding skills without needing AI.

If its not a mistake, then you can try to contact google about it, but it sounds like unless he just forgot to remove it off his own phone, that might be part of a group of stolen phones that were re-sold, knowing that it won't work.
