I signed the kernel modules before and also tried to disable the secure boot. The message appears after a couple restarts. I did not turn on secure boot afterward.

tbh it depends if PC1/2 is confogured to use ISP3's DNS; if it is then ISP3 will try to resolve its own DNS
basically:
ISP3 checks its own DNS cache or DNS resolver first

but if its not configured that way (based on general routing/communication) ISP3 doesn't communicate with itself first
sooo it only checks if IT IS the destination or should it just forward traffic out.

@shell sinew Sadly I only have the one pc. I have a ton of trouble with booting any OS on here. A few weeks ago I tried with Linux mint using Etcher to handle the ISO image and I got an error every time. I want to learn so I’m trying to download it on my own but almost everything I’ve looked into all begins with kali being implemented and I can’t seem to get past that step. I used the 64bjt of Kali and Rufus to read the ISO image and it all seemed to have worked just fine. My laptop is a asus so when I boot it holding F2 it brings up a screen completely different then any of the ones I’ve seen in the tutorial videos so that’s where I’m getting confused but I set the Kali usb drive as priority and all that. I’m not sure exactly what to do next

ok, so what you can know about go buster is that it's used in order to fuzz websites for either subdomains or directories
it is a simple tool, that recursively searches for values using a wordlist within a url

as long as you understand that, i'd say you have got the full picture of gobuster

you will learn more tools for fuzzing as you go on

some of them may even be faster than gobuster

tails is ok, but i would recommend either kali or parrot

i personally use parrot because i just like how it looks

no need, actually i would heavily recommend that you would run these from a vm
as it won't require you to get rid of your own secure boot
making it less likely for malicious code to dive deep into your kernel

also saying, kali and parrot can sometimes... disfunction
as in: they can have bugs that are unfixable, and may require you to reinstall the whole os again
so it's better to vm them

it's simpler

much more efficient

and if you want a smooth experience i heavily recommend using hyper-v if you're on a windows machine

if not, then vmware is good too
