I tested in my home lab but all of them got caught and I need to turn off my defender. it is undetectable for the instructor. 1st. There can be new tools which might be able to produce undetectable payloads

2nd. The all known payloads/backdoors once uploaded to sites like virus total etc . These websites work in collaboration with different antivirus software which detects signatures of known payloads

if your on a network you run, and your running your DNS server... if you create the DNS record, your server will resolve it as its there, rather than reaching out to ISP's DNS server to resolve for you, it's a trick I use a lot

So far you have run scans to check for malware, checked the airflow cleaned the fans, checked the processes that are running when it maxes out noting was popping out to me with the screenshot you sent. So a general checklist to make sure you have updated.
Operating System
Apps: Update your web browser, office suite, security software, and games.
Antivirus: Make sure your antivirus software has the latest virus definitions.
Device Drivers:
Graphics Card (GPU) Driver
Network Card Driver
Sound Card Driver
Wi-Fi Driver
Also if your gaming I know directX and other gaming drivers can cause issues if they are not updated.
Other Hardware Drivers where applicable.
Once you go through the updates I would imagine the issuer will resolve for you if not I can try to offer other ideas or maybe someone here has another idea...

I've enabled UPnP and it helped so the connection is more stable but thats about it. With VPNs, Proton works just to reduce ping if I need it and I've tried Nord once. It worked back then but after, it didn't let me connect to the internet with it on.
