What is the purpose of “Blueprints”?

Appreciate the answer. How do I use the blueprint that gets created?

For example, I submitted an image and a brand description for a marketing blueprint and got three “blueprints”. Seems like it did a good job making a brand pallet. But I’m not clear what I can do with the blueprint image that was created. Are you saying I should use the blueprint image as a reference for the models when making other images or videos?

no. the blueprint name may be misleading. each blueprint option, is just a pre-saved template of settings to create their result. the result gets saved to your library, like any other image and video. (in my experience it takes a minute to synchronise into your feed)

for example. if you use the pop-echo silhouette, all you need to do is give it an image, and it will make the result. you dont need to worry about choosing model, presets, prompt, elements, etc. Blueprint 👉 Shortcut.

epiphany is a lovely holiday, I have enjoyed celebrating it since I was quite small. but here thankfully the stores stay open. only some families celebrate it.

here it's a "day-off" holiday, but we stay open tomorrow. you know, our cafe is close to the church so we expect some additional customers 😄

ahh right yeah exactly. it doesn't make financial sense for restaurants to close, especially when grocery stores are closed. it's a special day, and nothing is open, so people are all the more inclined to eat out.

my husband was surprised we could order food on christmas and new years, but although some places close, I think the majority of our restaurants stay open even on those days

ok so turns out the queue they advertise you can use in relaxed mode, if you use it too much, they ban you from using it to push tokens, so punish you for using the queue that's advertised you are entitled to, but there will be no warning that you are nearing this apparent limit, it will just suddenly limit you to 1 at a time.

So be careful using your queue too much as never had an issue using it a lot more in the past. Just a heads up to others that might have liked using the queue such as myself, they'll punish you, because you are entitled to it, but not too much, whatever that too much is.

Okay, it looks like you're having an issue with images not showing up in your collections? Like when you choose the collection tab in image ref, yes?

Sometimes I have found that it takes a while for all images to load. I'm not sure if that's your issue, but it might be worth scrolling to the bottom of the collection you're viewing, and giving it like 10 seconds to see if it loads more.

Otherwise this might be an interface bug, and we should for sure report that.

Are there any models that can create vector images or is it only raster?

you can tell AI to generate vector but its not truly vector in reality most of the time.

there is line weird dots and messy structure of it hidden in plain sight. You can't visually percieve it but when you take it to a editing software it becomes evident

Yeah.. I figured. I wonder how Adobe do it with illustrator? My boss needs a product concept printed on to a box and the design he gave me was from an image generator so now Im manually creating the design in illustrator.

AI can be used to give good concept ideas, some you can even trace for shapes

professional work involves alot of editing of elements and shifting that is not available with AI unless you cleanly trace or recreate it like that

I did that previously myself

yes, because you need to edit the outcome usually due to client demands so alot of things cannot be directly sold as it is. I usually either take the concept or trace it over. Its wiser to keep it less complex because of that.

nowadays nanobanana and chatgpt can fill that gap though, however not always reliable for every kind of edit

thats a very general raster sort of issue. Vector based stuff doesn't have that mess but AI doesn't generate in that truly

I did try to scale and I found that out too, even though you prompt in vector art, its never actually vector...it just looks vector-ish

rather than just taking a leap of faith in AI, its best to adjust things yourself reliably in Photopea

I did manage to use the trace tool to get the background looking decent but Im a video editor first and graphic designer second. 26 years with Photoshop but Illustrator is just so fundamentally different, im surprised adobe doesn't standardise their functions across all products, like something as simple as dragging a slider left and right without having to click into the menu and select what you want, all standard in every other app apart from illustrator. It's a slog alright!

Depends on what you want really. The best all rounder is Nano Banana imo though 🙏

Im about done with Leonard.ai. all the moderation and being censored is really making me upset. Is anyone else feeling this way? Its like almost every time now when I create something. Can't dont do it because of some random word or phase I have in my prompt. Worst is I cant figure out what the word is. They better fix this or im probably going to start shopping for a new AI without or with far less censorship and moderation. Let me create, and let me be responsible for the images I create.

too big of a prompt. cut down the symbolism stuff, this is straight out of Chatgpt

focus on essential stuff that needs to appear in image, you'd have better luck and control over prompt that way

if its slightly off, you can use omni editing models like nano or gpt1.5 to change the look on the fly

just dont overload the prompt, alot of the details are gonna be utterly ignored

"no modern elements, no sci-fi, no horns, no barbarian aesthetics" might be unneccesary, you've implied alot of grek-roman theme already, its redundant

while new models like nano banana and gpt 1.5 are very good in understanding prompt in natural language, its best not to overload the prompt with excessive details, otherwise you lose sight of whats important

if you want to get away from censorship fully, you need a machine capable of handling SDXL locally to forgo that completely

otherwise everyone hosting models want to place restrictions and limitations so that they dont get in trouble with law

I tried running SD locally, its not something I can do with a lappy lol
