Should I show you what I tried? The prompt I gave:

No wooden panels or typical double-door style—just a single, imposing structure that appears as if it could open either by splitting in the middle or by the dragon’s mouth parting. But its way better when I tried it on the new one (now the 1 coin old legacy one, I tried to spam it so I see if it picks up)

Basically what I want is: A simple gate that has a dragon head on it, somewhat similar to the rashomon gate in naruto? But not a human japanese style face, a wide gate with a somewhat dragon shaped gate, where the mouth sticks out (like iron gate)
And not a realistic dragon just opening it's mouth

I don't quite understand what you mean. but it's not a bug. the bot will send people back to onboarding if they try to use the imagine command, because onboarding contains an explanation of how our server works, and how imagine won't work here. we try to let people know any other way that we can, but this is a kind of last resort step, to try to cut back on the imagine spam we otherwise get inundated with lol

Im really struggling on using the Motion 2.0, its not really giving something simple like, I just want to make a character get a whiteboard and write ATOM on it

Try to keep it more visually grounded, AI in general struggles with things that aren't clearly visual. Like "a subtle idea indicator".

One of my lastest portraits in the style I do is this one (the Japanese female one) with mask

It shares cues with the other masked female I use as base as well

On that:

Both wear masks
Both have jet black hair
They always pose with a gray or neutral color background
Both have a choker

These are cropped versions due to the full sized images not allowed on Discord.

Hey, y'all know, there should be a option when importing images to canvas when outpainting

For example, if I load Canvas,I select the image and before selecting it, it should ask the user:

"What variation of this image you want to use with Canvas?"
HD Smooth Upscale
Alternate Upscale
Creative Upscale
Crisp Upscale
No Background
Universal Upscaler variation 1
Universal Upscaler variation 2
Original image

Its a better way to do so, because if I have for example a image with various upscales, if I select it on Canvas it will be randomly selected of either a HD Smooth Upscale variation or a Universal Upscaler variation

I have a system for generating character profiles for combining Pikachu with different characters and monsters. Recently, I've been using ChatGPT for straightforward responses without using the web search or reasoning, features, but I've struggled with turning those into image prompts. I discovered a great website called WritingMate that has no character limits for text input, unlike others I've tried. Since finding out about AI, my mindset has shifted to believing I can do anything; it’s all about how you phrase your questions.

hello, just quick question, everyone else have disabled Character model in train new model? I know there is a msg: Back in monday, but its tuesday already in all timezones. I started to use Leonardo 2 days ago, so i dont know if this is disabled for longer time or just for now and it`s a bad timing for me. The whole point im using Leonardo, is to make consistent character, and i ve seen on tutorials, this training model is crucial. 🙂 thank you.

I’m trying to create a consistent AI character using my own reference image. My goal is to keep the character’s facial features exactly the same across multiple generations (different poses, outfits, and backgrounds).

I’ve been testing this for several days using the Phoenix 1.0 and Vision XL models, but the results have been inconsistent. Even when I use the same prompt and enable Character Reference with a clear cropped face image, the facial structure still changes noticeably between outputs.

I also tried enabling Named Character and using Image Guidance, but the consistency doesn't improve much. I’m not sure if I’m missing some important settings or if there’s a better workflow I should follow.

Can you please advise me on the best way to achieve high facial consistency when generating the same character repeatedly?
Any tips on the ideal settings for Character Reference, Image Weight, or other techniques would be greatly appreciated.

My character is a human, and I'm trying to generate consistent results using a fixed face image. I'm using a cropped portrait (just the face) as the Character Reference, and generating images using the Vision XL model, which I understand supports this feature.

However, even after 3 days of testing—day and night—I still can't get results that match the fixed face consistently. Every generation shows slight or even major differences in facial features compared to my reference image.

I’ve enabled both Character Reference and Named Character, and tried different prompt settings, but the face keeps changing. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I'll upload the reference photo I'm using along with some sample outputs soon, in case it helps identify the issue.

Can you please guide me on how to get more consistent and accurate character results?

in my experience, you dont want a "just the face" image as referecnce, but rather a portrait of about waist up. at least in my experience. slightly from the side, not just straight forward..
i recommend continuing this help-seeking over in #🙋│image-help
alternatively, you could use the /mentoring command, which will open up a private thread for you and the helpers aropund the server to get assistance privately.
