Its been a really frustrating process not just for us but all players who bought passes on Day 1 and have been waiting to migrate for 3 days

Once again sorry if we offended you but the frustrations have been boiling for days mainly due to poor customer service despite clearly mentioning the problem and giving evidence with screenshots

Hi, Im not sure if it is a bug, but I have unlocked the Lagertha skin in the Vikings event and she hasn't appeared for me.

I didn't have the hero already (she isnt an option for me to unlock either), but the description for the reward says if you dont own the hero, they will be unlocked when you get the skin... but this hasn't happened for me. I don't even see Lagertha locked in the heroes menu.

Oddly I do have a red '1' pip over the heroes button, but there is nothing inside that relates to it.

the "bracelets" donated is a team effort, not an individual effort , if ur at the marked points , u could do any number of attempts available to u before it is defeated

Its not bugged , u just have tribe mates killing arthelflaed way too quickly without having ur members get a chance to get to 500k for reward qualification

its not a game bug per se...go around kill niflungs , get bracelets , get to 87k donations , ur only off 1.3k , u can attack whe u get there , go on contribute too

What about this?

I used 2 armies to attack a summoned monster for the forge and 3 to attack the other one I summoned but now I get no rewards for summoning a third even though only 2 monsters were summoned.

The game is counting multiple armies hitting the same target as if multiple monsters have been summoned.

See? No refreshes were done. Only 2 monsters were killed. But I have reached the max amount of rewards for defeating monsters….

I get no exp after the second monster.

Fixed my issue by going on to steam, right clicking on the game, going to properties, then installed files and clicked verify integrity of game files. Game loaded after it fixed the missing/corrupt files

There is a bug where if you a R3 ranked player in tribe and you were already selected to participate in Battle of the ruins and spot list is closed. If you get promoted to R4, it will kick you out of Battle of the Ruins! Please everyone be careful.

On every map not just mine (13002), the bottom right team only has 7 manors. Other corners have 8
Depending on how long the fix takes we will need some compensation as we're losing out on manor points

Trials of Conquest do not work in KvK map. Says they are part of Battalion so cant attack them.

2 solutions.

• Hotfix it so can be done as normal before it ends
• Make it so we can send them into battle an make stuff easier

I think there’s an issue with points calculation in KvK. In the top 300 chief ranking, the kingdom players have accumulated over 200,000 points, but their kingdom is listed as only having about 104K points.

When looking at tribe member stats, (might gain for this). It is counting the might of healed troops aswell. When in reality and for ease of understanding it should be only counting the unique might gain.
