Game not loading as from 12-6-2024 21.00 UTC on pc via MEmu, Ipad or Iphone.
Wifi/internet working normal.

The game has been removed. downloaded and reinstalled many times.

Hey, There is a problem with the new automatic rallies, it is possible to choose your favorite commanders, but when someone launches a Berserker rally for example, the game will send the first commanders in the list, and not do the choice of Heroes specializing in Infantry.

So you can have Verdandi and Arthur with full infantry marches...

sorry this is the last time i promise. This game is just way too glitchy after the recent update lol. i dont see any mention of it in this channel but its the same for everyone ive asked.

1. The amount of unread messages in a chat doesnt go away until you completely close out of the chat window, this was not the case before this update. The unread messages icon would also go away once you go to a different chat.
2. You dont automatically scroll down when sending a message anymore, even when you're on the bottom of the chat. ive found out that you still automatically scroll down after you send 1 message -> scroll down -> send a second message. Then it scrolls you down for that second message but it stops doing it if you send another message after that as shown in the video.

Hello, I'm experiencing a bug in Arena. My rank is Fearless Warrior, so I should have 5 marches, but when someone challenges me, only 4 marches appear. Additionally, the skill I upgraded hasn't updated in my Arena battles.

Although I have level 10 skills across the board, when someone challenges me, it seems like I can only perform at level 9.

Greetings. Game got some strange issues with hotfixes. For a long time I wondered, why periodically game starts to crush (especially when switching city/world view, or to another character. But then these problems gone away for some time, then appearing again. Now I get it - game got 2 parts - version and resources (numbers displayed on the loading screen), version is updating from Google play, resources are downloading in-game (latest hotfixes for example). And in the period after in-game update, before version updates through Google Play(or APK in download section in discord) game client becoming unstable, crashes happening constantly

Like I told, reinstall helps only when new .apk is released. Before that, after reinstalling version on which hotfixes were applied, in-game resources downloading happens (no matter the size, it could be only several megabytes, like last ones) and game start to work unstable. Before I posted this, I monitored the situation during last few updates - still the same.

For example, there was a delay in releasing version 1.4.186 at download section, even in-game letter came, and during that period game was unstable, then 1.4.186 were added, I downloaded and installed it, issues were gone. Then 1.4.190 update is released(current), and it appeared in download section at the same day, I downloaded and installed it, and there were no problems. But then, some small hotfixes came, and issues with constant crashes came back.

I have an issue with auto-rally. I have set the auto-rally as soon as the last update set in, but my troops never join any rally, even though my city is right next to the rally maker. I have set the squads on the rally menu and all targets are enabled. There is room in infirmary and rally limit in maximum amount. I also have the required troop tier trained

The changeable menu sets the minimum level , switch it to the lowest and you should probably join rallies

Why are items(hero shards) & troops disappearing?

My friends account is loosing troops(no battle reports of pvp & without infirmaries being full) The first two photos are 6.5 hours apart.

I have lost well over 50-100 legendaries/ 150-200 epic/ 300-400 rare hero shards.

Not a bug, but didn't know where else to put it... In settings there is the option to hide identity when purchasing anything. Described as all encompassing, but isn't. It doesn't cover war materials, and in that window it is in really small text barely noticeable to opt out of broadcasting who did it... absolutely vile, disgusting and despicable way of tricking people. Shame on igg, shame....

Rainbow bridges in kvk map are supposed to be one way. How come the enemy just walked out our pass 6 even if it is locked? Bs. Also fix that Rosky defence.. it's against the games basic mechanics that even archers have no match against his defence. Also higher tier troops are supposed to overpower lower tier troops. How come there are people still winning t6 with their t2s?

Those troops passing through are not controlled , its a force recall , they can't control those troops

T2 in themselves cannot beat T6 , it has to be a combination of high grade equipment and Mount stats to be able to accomplish that

I know the answer to both of these. But they can recall troops home via that gate. They don't have to die for it. But anyway the thing with the lower tier troop problem is that IGG said after our last kvk round that they would make it more balanced according to the troop tier TO REMOVE this kind of behaviour because it kills the fun for lower strenght guys. It only serves the few strongest guys. But now it seems they did not remove that after all..

Basically a few strongest guys can sen t2/t3 troops out there to kill everyone and who they can't match, they can just outrun. It is a waste of time to chase them.

I'm K20 and access was open towards K7 territory.
I crossed the rainbow bridges and went far east.
When I wanted to return, it states it goes automatically.
I pressed yes and 2x squads of the total 4x, went tru gate 7 inside not reachable territory of the center placed Kingdom K30.
(We are placed West/South)

I had no control of my army, but the enemy had access to attack me.

I’m about to quit this game. I was doing the vengeful determination challenge and was not getting my points. I submitted the issue and I was told to uninstall the game, reinstall it and restart my device which I did. my credit card is maxed until Friday, but that should never be an issue when I’m trying to reinstall a free game. Apple would not let me install it because of an “active subscription” Blessed Offerings. I never ordered that, I submitted that issue when it charged my credit card. I just accepted it when IGG didn’t refund my money and I moved on. Today, I can’t reinstall game.

Well the issue is vengeful determination attacking board isn't working for me . It doesn't show the rank at all its empty. I have already claimed the awards from level 1 to level 15 which were also hard to collect because of some bug

There is a bug while building a tower flag in French language. the game does not put an automatic marker when you build it, it is marked "Invalid Text" as soon as I change the language to English for example, it works perfectly.

After crossing the rainbow bridge in KvK 3 my troops were defeated at the resource point. Now they are stuck there. It's a bug. I was told that only with the deportation of a king can it be removed. Is there another alternative to resolve this bug?

I didn't want the king to spend resources on my deportation.

A bug like this, depending on the phase of the chronicles in KvK, could cost the entire village being burned, since I can't move without returning all the troops.
