That seems stupid to have to jump back and forth from a seperate map in my opinion, to have a massive event like kvk and then to return to main map to hit leaders then to return to kvk map. I think going forward that events coincide with what’s happening.
Also to note: more information is needed for a lot of events, a lot of events have no information at all.

But it unlocked at reset on stage 6 of the chronicles. so this needs to be changed as this is miss leading. And I told my players that it’s on stage 7 so a lot of players missed out on killing monsters getting rewards and hero exp. @rose charm

I won a $100- Amazon voucher back on the 15th May. I got an in game mail asking me to provide details including a screen shot of my game, which I did well before the cut off on 27th May. I wrote to customer support a few days ago just querying when the crystals would be added to my account. They made re-verify everything I said and then finally they've said they'll investigate it and resolve it in 2 weeks and are trying to constantly close the ticket, even though they haven't actually resolved anything. At the end of KVK, all piers close, which means any troops on the water are caught with no available pathway home. This is not a bug but an unintentional bi-product of game design. Hello everybody!

Found a possible bug with the way Verdandi's active skill works:

• On the first turn of the skill activation, the enemy only receives a damage factor.
• On the next turn after that, the burning effect is applied to the target.
• And only on the third turn, the burning effect is active on the target and deals damage to the target.

By analogy with other similar skills, the activation process should take place over two turns, not three:

• on the first turn, the damage factor is applied and the burn effect is applied
• and on the second turn, the burn is active on the target and deals damage to the target.

if you use Artur, then you should be concerned that he's losing a huge chunk of damage

I got ivor at lvl 37 who has a squad capacity of 37,185 and wooder at lvl 35 who has a squad capacity of 32,855 yet if I create a squad of them I only have army limit of 67k although it should have been 70k

This is because , the "tech" capacity for both of them are common

The tech capacity won't apply twice , it will apply only once
Click on the "?" next to the "March Capacity"
U will see a breakdown
Add the Hero capacity and add capacity from tech only once

@little rapids I figured out that first strike appears to bug Artur's torment skill

Taking first strike out causes the skill to function normally again

Either way this should be addressed

What sucks is the apparent lack of reaction from the customer service/dev team here to a real complaint. I have learned that a customer is always right. A customer does not complain for the sake of complaining.
This game shows a real problem. Acknowledge the question and offer some real advice showing it is the dev's that are reacting should be 1st action to take. So far no show.
Second action should be official advice and steps the organisation wiil take itself and give a time period when they come back to the customer. That is being professional.
Suggestions given so far is that the customer could try something. That is not the best approach in my humble opinion..

According to IGG customer support there are no bugs in BOTR and we're all imagining it.

We just had our king capture a temple, then we all just got ejected except him. We tried to recapture it and our king is attacking us as he is still the leader of the temple, but the enemy force has taken it.

Then he couldn't do rallies for like 15 mins as it was still bugged showing him in the temple even when he had left.

Getting smashed by our own king as leader of a temple that the enemy has somehow managed to eject us from despite not defeating us.

From another point of view: Many games are prioritizing monetization strategies, and often forget about effective content. Nay, nay. As far as I can see, VR takes care of F2P as well, providing them space for development. Hope that will always be kept in sight 🙂
