There are 2 ways you use gems to upgrade stuff.

1. You use gems before using rss. In this method you use more gems since gems are replacing your resources and also speed-ups.

2. After you have used your resources and put something on upgrade. Then you use gems as a substitute for speed-ups. In this way you pay less gems than method 1 since gems are only substituting speed-ups and not resources itself.

You used to tap on the claim and the gathered resources were transferred to your Warehouse. Energy is supposed to recharge 1 unit every 50 seconds. Just don't think of hoarding both Nilfung Leader , Nilfung and forge beasts all together. Do them one at a time. Also try not to lose when attacking them. You will lose both troops and energy.

hello this is not a bug i confirmed with the team, this one is the number of donations, and the other is the number of awards, so there is a difference there. The current design is that if the prize is drawn, all the rewards will be given to the player. hope it helps

As I’ve been attempting to explain: I personally am not the one that got hacked. I was a R4 founder of the tribe that got booted out of absolutely nowhere. Not only that but blocked as well. There has been talk on the server about the mega tribes possibly hacking in and dismantling all possible opposition from the inside. I believe that is what is happening to my tribe right now.

But because it wasn’t my account that got hacked, customer service can’t help.

Also before getting to lvl 4, I could scroll between the 5 different levels, after the no bug thing happened, I've been frozen at page/lvl 4 ever since, and last thing is that total score in rankings didnt match up with the lvl xp, but that could easily be because of the claimed/unclaimed gifts 🙂

It's been extremely hard for me to capture the issue.
Every time I reach for my spare phone to record it happening it's already resetting the game. I don't have a mini tripod to set up to have the other phone recording when it happens.

• It's Typing in Group Chat/Typing in Tribe Chat in the game that's causing it.
• Just imagine typing out a sentence and the game resets itself.
  It only happens when I type, other than that the game runs smooth.

I didn't think of that it, I have "Google Gboard keyboard" on my phone for multi language translation to speak to players in our tribe. Could that cause it?

I was using "Gboard" to get a hold of players that aren't near the tribe main Castle and telling them to teleport to it. Because sending out personal messages or tribe messages doesn't allow translation.

I have accepted and completed 4/6 out of 6 tasks in the "Tribe Mobilization" event but my attempts show 6/6.

I did not refresh any quests(tasks), I know that uses up attempts.

Somehow the game is counting 6/6 instead of 4/6.

I have completed one personal 5 star task and 3 public 4 star tasks.
