Based on analysis shared by members of this Discord, there are serious concerns about misrepresentation in the Dragon Collab event:

Mythic stones are heavily overpriced relative to their actual value.

The event appears to misrepresent how many mythic stones are realistically required to complete the codex. In this regard please note that community analysis suggests the average requirement is ~285 mythic stones, which is grossly disproportionate to what is implied or advertised.

While the event suggests a 20% chance to obtain a mythic dragon from mythic stone, actual probability calculations indicate the chance are much much lower, i.e. rather closer to ~4% to obtain a specific dragon. 20% chance relates to a mythic dragon, which includes getting duplicates. My personal experience is the same and so is the experience of many of my friends and teammates.

Many feel these mechanics rely on exploitative, gambling-like tactics that go well beyond standard gaming monetization. These practices are highly exploitative and venture into gambling schemes, raising questions about whether appropriate licenses are held under Singaporean law by IGG.

If you feel impacted, you may want to look into reporting potential unfair or misleading trade practices by IGG through:

IGG killed the golden goose, this game had some problems but for me this update is the beginning of the end. Unless you are a MAJOR spender that game just became unplayable with these massive changes. So many are quitting or selling their accounts, this pushed people over the edge. How can even our big spenders play with no army...no one to farm, fill rallies, build flags, help strategize. Its actually sad but I guess inevitable, IGG kept pushing the envelope and now the player base is turning against them. Some will leave, some will take legal action, some will have a spending strike, the players will dwindle and move on. Ultimately who suffers is all of us who invested time and money here and built a community.

This kvk is a complete joke. Our team is fighting 2 vs. 1 at all levels. And only from chronicle 16 onwards is a battalion possible. I am king in K26 and my teammates are leaving the game en masse. This kvk is unbelievable. The map is a disaster for the bounty legion. We can't support each other. Because of the air docks, it takes 20 minutes to get to the battle. You can't support anyone either. I want my money back from the Black Mayhem card because our kingdom will not continue playing this KVK. IGG, I've paid a lot of money over the last 4 years. My kingdom is already discussing ending Viking Rise together and starting a new game. What have you done? The declaration of war is also a joke. You get up at midnight. You have to wait an hour before you can attack the pass. Then you have to wait another hour before you can attack the city. Then you have to wait another hour. Seriously. How are you supposed to go to work in the morning when you have to wait 4 hours at night to fight? What have you done to this good game? Sorry for my harsh words, but this is the last straw. It’s not only the lack of action. It’s even more the fact that one team (the kingdoms in the corners, call then team 1) have only disadvantages. They have to fight 2:1 in Zone 2, so enemy can do two Ralleys at same time, while other team can’t. Then the team 1 has much bigger ways to go to Killing Fields. To support other team-kingdoms they have to use airdocks to send troops, while enemy team can play with two kingdoms and their cities in one and the same zone2. Also team1 needs to be careful using the „call troops back“-Button while supporting in other zones. Kingdoms of team 2 don’t have this problem as two of them are directly connected to z2.
And last but not least and besides many more disadvantages, the kingdoms of team 1 have it much harder to conquer buildings in z2 and to get rewards of Bataillon chronicle because they fight more or less alone in their individual z2. While team two every kingdom has chances in two zone2 to get buildings for chronicle rewards

I really enjoyed the KvK7 map because it offered so many opportunities to create a strategy that actually suited our kingdom. It felt balanced and gave us the freedom to play our own way.
​This current KvK8 map, however, feels like a major step backward. The fact that battalions aren't available until the center opens, combined with these long waiting periods, has really taken the fun out of the game. It’s clearly becoming a struggle for many to stay motivated and it’s hard to justify the messed-up sleep schedules when the gameplay feels this restricted and one-dimensional.

We shall see if IGG has any intention of saving this KvK by fixing the Chronicles so we can get battalions sooner. We really need the balance and the strategic freedom back that we had in the previous KvKs.

I think only the winning team agrees to this map they have advantages because IGG put them in a good spot, lol✌️ I know it's business, but robbing players is too much! Basically decided to stop spending. Have every skin possible except those that were PvP events where k69 couldn't win against the big kingdoms. No more skins or anything for me. Collector level is 50 already and when IGG decides to up the Collector Level to 100, i'm probably done because of power creep. It was a good run but I can only see things getting worse from here on out. Its already heavily P2W which is ok for me but most of k69 are barely getting to T7s and maxing all construction when they basically add a whole new city worth of upgrades. F2P is dead guys. Really. Together with amount of bots in this game where I am sure there are player groups automating reinforcement, even F2P T5 reinforcement will soon be a past tense thing.

Will hang around and see what KvK9 brings but if its more of the same, we're done i think.

This set up doesnt help field fight either. Maybe a bit on zone opening. Maybe for a push but oppoenent has 1h to prepare. Token are easily spent, the 1h fight after the 1h wait doesnt worth the wait because we need 1h for next wave after the war declaration

You can prevent opponent to get a city and spent war token for nothing. 8h later, you can still sit in z1 while you are waiting reset to get more tokens.
Cities and structure are shield right after the ownership change, So opponent has to wait 5-6-7-8h before re-taking it.

the kvk8 system as it is needs changes, i think it has potential but as you say we need to cut the 'red tape' - get rid of war declarations, tokens, waiting periods etc. Adjust king and tribe skills so guerilla, quick build etc. have some kind of effect

The most boring KVK ever! I started playing less than a year ago, KVK 5 was busy at that time. Slowly but surely I'm growing, but I'm still very tiny compared with a lot of other players. What I, as a smaller player, miss this KVK is the possibility to hide in flags and cities of allies. Or that we can put our city on the territory of our allies, what isn't possible now.
I've only T5 troops and I'm just opening T6 troops. In the open field I'm very vulnerable and I stand no chance (only in a ball). One blow and I'm dead. The long travel distances don't help either. Before a march is back in town to reload takes too much time. If I come back the fighting is over or only the big players are over. So I have no business being there and go back home.
Yes, I spend some money on the game, but I don't have a money tree in my garden. So the goodies we can win at KVK are very welcome. But with this way of gameplay it's make almost impossible as a smaller player to get some nice goodies.

Other players told other things about this KVK I totally agree with. The declaration of war is totally insane. You can't suprise enemies anymore. Before you arrive with the troops, a whole welcome committee is standing there. To get a town takes way too long. Last it went fine with refills etc. but after an hour of fierce fighting the time is up and we are empty handed. It's boring and totally not motivating at all.

@bronze bough I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the recent Dragon Event. To be very clear: this event feels like nothing more than a poorly designed cash-grab.

Over time, the game has been pushed in a direction where it is obvious that free-to-play players get nothing. Fine. But what is completely unacceptable is that even after spending, players are still receiving nothing of value.

I personally spent 20 Red Stones in this event and received ZERO Red Dragons. No progress, no compensation, no meaningful rewards. If spending resources does not guarantee even basic outcomes, then what is the point of participating at all?

At this stage, playing this event feels no different from blindly throwing money into the sea and hoping for luck. There is no logic, no balance, and no respect for player investment.

You have a “suggestion” or “feedback” channel, but it is obvious that player feedback is ignored entirely. It increasingly feels like the only priority is extracting money, not maintaining a fair or enjoyable game experience.

I do not expect this complaint to change anything — but it needed to be said.

On the 27th red stone I finally got a red dragon. But point taken. Then when I acquired all of them, 3 red dragons popped out from the yellow stones in a row. Its a weird setting for sure.

I havent spent a dime on this game in about 2 weeks now and feeling a lot better for it.

Its not just the events. But I had 7000 blades that I churned through at a 6 blade per roll rate on one jewel and got one - 1! - gold skill. I've known other players who have gotten 3 or 4 gold skills paying far less.

You could say its bad luck but i'm kinda done with paying.

The straw for me that broke this camels back was kvk8 with scheduled jousts.

I'll hang around until kvk9 but when daily work feels more entertaining than a game - then that's where its done.

There comes a point where you doubt that anything will ever come. I cant compete at a top level without some certainty.

My recommendation seriously would be that unless IGG comes up with some certainty around 'you get a gold skill or a 6-star skill' after 1000 rolls - then dont bother because there otherwise its all one big black box that IGG can manipulate how much they want

A good example is the rune coin event - i tried not doing rune event for 3-4 times in a row and suddenly the rate of hitting a four card or a straight flush went up. If you do it everytime, nothing comes out.

Epic Age and Immortal Conquest (which was made by NetEase), is just like LotR: Rise to War and GoT: Dragonfire, just with more characters and more squads.

@rough panther Is it normal that IGG put the actually newest Archer Heroes into the Daily Pack in the Mall?
