You will be able to move between kingdoms that are within same migration bracket. Those are formed from kingdoms near each other in number and that are in the same season.

I have a question about migration, so imagine if our kingdom is the strongest bracket ..and our migration cap goes to 25 + 2 … after filling this cap, if we drop to common kingdom like some other kingdom over took the strong spot , will our cap increase to 100 + 5 again???

Strong doesn't mean the strongest kingdom. It's at least 25% above the average kingdom might in your migration bracket.

If you do manage to drop from strong to common then you will get the extra slots, yes

it wil move you to 25 and 2 so then thats the amount you will have. if you havent yet managed to fill that amount, you can still do it, but if youre over it, you cant take any more

yes but theres the risk that youll just jump back to strong after just 1 migrator coming in. the kingdom might updates after every emigrator and migrator
