I have 5 more shards from Leidolf in the bag, even though this character is maxed out (no need for additional shards). At the moment in the game, I can not do anything with these 5 shards. Hero xp balance. Even as a spender I’m failing to see a reason to buy your equipment packs or bother with high level equipment now that the hero xp reward has been cut by over 50%. I can spend a week getting 2 heros to lvl 45 and just wait for the gear. Lvl2 rune turtle was worth 90k xp (a bit much )but now at 10k a turtle it isn’t really worth the gain considering I have to wait on a respawn timer. And my gear I spent $ on is collecting dust for over 2 weeks as I had sets for 6 heroes and can only level 100k xp maybe in 12hrs. At such low levels and amounts how does the future of the gear/hero’s balance out? What about the legenday gear id rather PAY to have now except I’d have to wait to get xp on hero’s to use that gear..100k a level in legendary and it’s not even a level 30…

Increase the xp gain for a rune and blacksmith monster based on the number of players attcking. Ie: 5players of a single March max means 50k xp for each. This rewards the more active/coordinated tribes(spenders and F2P included) and doesn’t promote inactive and sporadic playing tribes.

I'v been playing this game for a month and while I didn't donate much, I feel bad just losing all the progress to start playing on a different server. I either do this or quit the game completely.
My kingdom is currently being destroyed by a raging whale who openly treats everyone as subhuman in kingdom chat while constantly bullying and attacking everyone. :D
There is literally nothing an entire kingdom can do against a guy with 100m might at this stage of the game, so people just quit VR everyday after he attacks them and says that he must be respected for letting others play the game in his kingdom. :D

Also, the game shouldn’t be all fundamentally about making money or you won’t keep your client base.
It has be optionally to pay quicker or stay playing the game for longer to get there in the long haul.
Not having this sort of option also instils that the game is more money based because it’s a core part of the game - building might - so people will eventually get tired and move onto something else.

Servers lack people. There are barely any fights on my server it's full of inactive alliances. Your mistake was making servers up too fast You did not give time to filter those who are staying in the game. Unlike other games it was full of action because they gave time before making new servers. Which I enjoyed very much. .suggest adding resource plots. Hi dev team! I have played many castle builders in the past and I really enjoy this one over all others but I still see a glaring problem. The lack of any real resource buildings is a HUGE concern. You can get to level 16 fairly quickly with just farming on the map but being at level 20 I’d be farming for a week to upgrade my hall. Healing troops after shrines or wars can be extremely especially to our free to play members. My tribe members and many others have mentioned how much of a hinderance this is. I really don’t think people are going to keep playing if they feel they have to pay real money to go further. People like me have no real problem getting ahead but most people do. We are not going to be able to compete with other games if people can’t have a steady stream of farmable income that doesn’t put their marches at jeopardy or tae days. I mean absolutely no disrespect and understand running games is harder than playing them. This seriously does need to get fixed though.

Let everyone aware of who in their leadership is around so they don't ask r4 to do something in tribe and no r4 is online. PvP Arena, could be a separate event or just open at all times where players take their best characters.
This could be a World Map kind of arena where each player that enters must risk(bet) a minimum amount of resources, let's say 2Million.
When you enter the map, you start at lvl 0 Area, where no-one can attack you, you can stay there as long as you like.
When you go further into the map, Areas start Increasing in level: AREA 0,1,2,3,4,5,6 etc...
In AREA 1 only Chief Hall of the same level can attack you (ex. CH 15 vs CH 15).
In AREA 2 only Chief Hall +-1 can attack you, (ex. If you are CH 15, in AREA 2 you can fight CH 14-16).
In AREA 5, If you are level 15, you can fight CH +-5, so CH lvl 10 to 20.
Any time you Die, you do not loose any troops, but only loose the bet (2million resources for example).
When you are killed in the Arena, you go back to your town and to enter a
Arena again, you have to place the resources bet again.
This could be just like the law of the jungle but fight for resources only, no runes no buffs, maybe healing stones positioned all around the map.
You could also choose to Enter as a Team or as a Solo, When you are a team of 10 Marches and you kill another march, the resources are Spread to everyone equally.
Resources that are gained from kills in the Arena are automatically deposited to your Village, they cannot be taken away.
The only 2 ways to Leave the Arena:
- You die,
- You get to lvl 0 AREA and safely exit Arena.

I know y'all just found out about the players who keep attacking over and over (the whole HAN1 clan for one) but I already got so pissed off I deleted the game already. I will not even consider coming back unless there is mail with at least a million resources each for me. I used to have 2.3 mil resources each for food/wood/stone/gold. After getting attacked 12 times in a row in the same night by the same player, I have maybe 40k resources each left. I can't fix my wall. I can't heal my soldiers. I can't do side quests to get anything back BECAUSE ALL BUT 17 OF MY THOUSANDS OF T2 TROOPS ARE DEAD. I had 19k axe fighters, 18k pikemen, 18k bowmen, and 24k porters. When I log back in, I have 17. It'll take 1d17hr and 1.7 million food, wood, and stone to heal them. I used to have that. Now I'm completely cucked.
I hope the devs figure this out, cus as it currently stands, this game sucks pretty bad
