I finally figured it out, I downloaded a tool that lets me read crash dumps from bluescreen and there was a driver that was preventing it from working. intelppm. Disabled that and it worked. Weird thing is I downloaded windows hvci readiness tool and it said I had 0 errors

The fact that a Rogue can simply EXIST in the same lobby as me completely invalidates my entire playstyle. I am a THINKING player. I position. I calculate. And yet I am punished for it by someone holding W and pressing two buttons.

Before anyone says “skill issue,” I want you to understand I have played competitive games for over 10 years. I hit Diamond in multiple titles (not that it matters, but it does). This is not about skill. This is about DESIGN FAILURE.

If the devs do not address this IMMEDIATELY, I will be uninstalling. And no, this is not an empty threat. I already hovered over the uninstall button twice today.

Welp, I love paying 30 bucks for this game, plus in game purchases, and being a loyal supporter for years, only to be slapped in the face by the requirements for HR. I literally CANNOT enable 2 of the 3 settings. My PC doesnt have those as options. So here I am, roughly 60 bucks and over 2k hours into this game, and I simply cannot play half the content I payed for because the Devs are too stupid to implement a proper anti-cheat. What a joke.

essentially, people with outdated hardware can't play.
One guy resorted to re-install windows.
Many people have to uninstall outdated drivers and mess with BIOS settings.
Also, if you have the smallest bit of malware, corrupted software(Or cheats obviously), then you won't be able to turn on memory integrity.

So many people have different issues, there is just no single solution.

get your motherboard model number, and just google "enable secure boot". for hvci / memory integrity you need to enable that and tpm, then you can bring up core isolation in windows and enable memory integrity

Only cheaters will know how to do it, while honest players will have to either quit or buy new hardware. What a great decision! Since the beginning of time. i am crashing upon extraction 80% of the time every single dungeon i escape immediately crashes me for many seasons , the known issue of stuttering is not even a problem. but selling above 5 trinkets to the collector from lobby also crashes my game , aswell as accepting more than 1000 gold from trading post collection on sold item. ive heard people tryin to help me by saying its a pc issue update ur drivers etc. aswell as its ur internet issue. its dns blabla. i changed over 3 pc and i play on 4 different internets cuz i travel for work and play same time. and every other PC on a NEW internet has the very same issue constantly. which is somewhat impossible. my question is could it be a steam issue ? please help or send help

The fact that there are more people on normal difficulty doesn't necessarily mean it's better. There's more parity because there are more players, but when you encounter three or four people with the same legendary gear as you, the fights are more intense and longer. It depends on the mechanics, since everyone's gear is equal. People simply don't want to invest time in upgrading, so they go to normal.
