Now I can't enable the TPM, the Trusted computng option doesn't appear, and all the answers I've found indicate that I need to buy a new motherboard or add an external memory module, components that aren't available in my region. Do you know of any alternative solutions, since the developers aren't responding to inquiries?....The mother is a Z97-HD3 / i5 4690K 3.50 GHz.

Look for ones that are older than 2020
Or ones that have oemXX.inf or similar.
Then try and compare those with the drivers you have in Windows Security > Device Security > Core Isolation Details > Review incompatible drivers.
