yes, and unless they changed it since i internalized the process... bluestones' progress only tracks escapes and downs. 1 point per down or escape, double it in HR. if you want to turbo bluestones, rushing reds in HR is worth 4 even if you dont extract, or 3 in PVE if you do (from ruins-inferno)

you can also speedrun ice map rafts for a quick 2 per run in HR

Chapel is cheeks. if you're looking for a lighter helmet, sallet is probably a better option as a light helmet if you're desperate for movespeed, or maybe even a woolen cap if thats too slow for you. Cleric needs a nerf. But as for kitting up. If you go ice caves, norms or hr solo. You should be able to just loot treasure and get 2k to 4k a game. You could get another bis kit in a hour or 2 doing that.

You do probably need to play for a few hours a day though to keep up with most everyone though
